I’m the head of marketing at Wired Productions, a UK-based video game publisher that produces and releases award-winning titles across major platforms in both physical and digital formats.

What challenge were you trying to address with Form Agency?

We hired Form Agency to redesign and rebuild our website, creating a modern, engaging, and user-friendly platform that better reflected our brand, showcased our games, and improved the overall experience for visitors. We also wanted a website that was easier for our internal team to manage and update.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Form Agency managed the full website redesign and rebuild, from initial concepts and planning through to launch. This included developing the site structure, creating wireframes and design concepts, agreeing on key milestones and deliverables, and handling the development and implementation of the new website. They also managed hosting and worked closely with our team throughout the project, incorporating feedback and ensuring the finished site met our needs.
A key feature was the development of connected pages that could pull information from different areas and display it consistently throughout the website, reducing duplication and making content management much easier. The site also needed to accommodate a large amount of content across our games, news, and company pages. Mobile-first design was another priority, ensuring a strong experience across devices, alongside flexible and adaptable sections that could evolve with our content and business needs.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The biggest measure of success was delivering a fully redesigned website that met our original objectives on time and against the agreed milestones. We saw improvements in usability, particularly on mobile, alongside a much more efficient way of managing and updating content internally. The connected content functionality also reduced duplication and made maintaining a large website considerably easier.
While we didn't set specific traffic or conversion targets, the project delivered a more modern, flexible, and scalable platform for the business. We measured success primarily through internal feedback and day-to-day use rather than specific performance metrics. Our team found the new site much easier to navigate, manage, and update, particularly when working across a large portfolio of games and content.
The connected pages reduced the need to manually duplicate information, saving time and making updates more consistent across the site. We also reviewed the mobile experience and overall usability throughout development, providing feedback at key milestones to ensure the finished website delivered against our original objectives.
Feedback on the new website has been positive, particularly around its modern design, ease of navigation, and how well it showcases our games and brand. Internally, the response has been especially strong, with the team appreciating the flexibility and ease of managing content. While we haven't conducted a formal external feedback survey, the overall response has been encouraging, and the site has delivered what we set out to achieve.

Form Agency managed the project well, with clear milestones, regular communication, and a structured approach from initial planning through to launch. They were responsive to feedback, flexible when requirements evolved, and worked collaboratively with our internal team. The project was delivered in line with the agreed timelines, and we always had a clear understanding of progress and next steps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What stood out most was their honesty, transparency, and adaptability. They were always upfront about what was achievable, realistic about timelines, and happy to challenge ideas or suggest better solutions rather than simply agreeing with everything.
That level of openness built trust throughout the project. They were also incredibly flexible, adapting to feedback and changing requirements without losing sight of the overall objectives. It felt like working with a genuine partner rather than just an external agency.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Overall, I was very happy with the experience and the final result. As with any project of this scale, there were challenges and adjustments along the way, but Form Agency handled these openly and professionally. Nothing stands out as something I would have wanted them to do differently, and I'd happily work with them again.

In 2023 we introduced FundGuard’s new brand design, created in collaboration with Form. The goal was to refresh our brand design to reflect FundGuard’s growth in the market, our expanded product offering, and the crystallization of our mission to facilitate safe and efficient asset growth for all investors. The project demanded an entirely new look for FundGuard, including a new brand design strategy, new logo, new color pallette and all of the digital and print assets that come with that - from website UI ideas to social media banners, presentation and documentation templates, videos, social media assets, animations, conference booth graphics, etc.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have developed a distinct and scalable design style that uniquely belongs to FundGuard. The new brand design and corresponding new website reflect the transformation that we are bringing to the industry in collaboration with our clients and partners, while showcasing the innovation and expertise of our team. Extremely modern and tech based in its feel, the brand allows the vibrancy of the color palette to come to the fore. 
Our engagement metrics were significantly lifted upon the launch of our new design, with measurable increases across all our digital channels: Website, social media, digital advertising and on-site conference presence.

The team at Form is consistently collaborative and responsive, and their design instincts are incredibly intuitive. They laid out a straightforward proposal and timeline for the rebrand project and did not miss any key deadlines. Their communication throughout the process was straightforward, and they were very agile when it came to adjustments to our brief or timeline.

I've been collaborating with Ben and Dave at Form for more than 15 years, and have brought them in to every new FinTech marketing project big and small. From brand design strategy to event marketing and digital content assets, they continue to surprise me with the diversity of their ideas and their uncanny ability to translate and transform my briefs into beautiful, distinct design concepts that result in measurably improved "before and after" engagement metrics. Further, they're just downright personable and authentic. Our check-in calls are always the highlight of my week.
