I’m the accounts lead at a PR firm. Our clients are typically in the medical device, healthcare, and health IT spaces. I work with clients directly to make sure all of their PR, communications, and marketing efforts are consistent, comprehensive, and aligned with their strategic goals.

I needed help building a website for a third-party client.

What was the scope of their involvement?
Foreto helped me build a WordPress website for a client in a very short time frame. The client had an existing website they wanted to revamp. Our in-house team created the look and feel while Foreto brought it to life and made everything work together comprehensively.
One of the hardest parts of the project was building out functionality to find physicians in the area for the services our client offers. There was a lot of brainstorming to get the appropriate search result. The team also incorporated some animation functionality with compelling imagery.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The site looks really good and our client is pleased with the result. I’m not a development expert and it was great that Agnieszka could speak to me in plain language and articulate what was possible. It was always easy for me to translate what she told me to the client.
How did Foreto perform from a project management standpoint?
Agnieszka was very accessible and we even talked a few times before the project got underway. The client is very particular and she was helpful and responsive as things needed to change along the way. We communicated via phone, Zoom, and email.
I’m in Denver and they’re overseas; I never felt that there was an issue with our time difference. They were responsive late into the evening and early in the morning. It was really helpful.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I had a really positive experience with them. We’re glad to have a nice partnership with them. I’m hopeful that our paths will cross again in the future.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, nothing comes to mind. It all felt very seamless.

It was a pleasure to work with Foreto's team. Everything was delivered according to plan and schedule even with a few items added along the way that were not included in the original scope. They were very thorough and found issues within the app we were not aware of. We are very happy with the results of their work.

Communication was well structured and efficient. We used just email but that was good enough for a small and short-term engagement. The developer shown a real dedication and interest to the project and provided progress details daily.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They were very communicative from the start and everyone involved in the project understood the technical aspect of things. We never felt like we are speaking to someone who doesn’t understand our needs. This collaboration was better than what we've had with previous vendors.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
As mentioned above, it was a short-term project therefore it is hard to say where they can improve. However, I know many software companies, and this was my best experience.
