I am Netanel Baruch, the CEO of Q-ANSWERS, the largest Quora Marketing Services Agency. We sell Quora answering services and help businesses improve their online presence.

We hired Flysoft on an outstaffing model to provide two services: First one is to develop a service called “An Answer Content Generator,” in our Google Chrome extension that helps in correcting and re-writing the text when answering questions on Quora. The second service is to develop a web app that helps in answering questions on Quora not only in writing, but also via voice.

For example, a business owner can answer a question on Quora verbally using their microphone and the app will use AI to convert it into text (answer). What were your goals for this project? As an A-Z Quora Marketing Agency, we wanted to help our customers with free marketing insights for questions on various Q&A platforms, especially, Quora.

Our main goal is to help business owners find the most relevant questions, which have marketing value, all in one place and help them write answers in a faster and efficient way. By using the vast experience of Flysoft in the field of web app development, we wanted to develop apps and services that can make Quora an easy to use marketing channel for our clients. And outstaffing with Flysoft proved to be a good decision!

How did you select this vendor? After carefully going through the profiles of various web application development companies having an excellent track record, we have selected Flysoft to help us develop apps that can make our clients happy. Before hiring Flysoft, we have had multiple sessions with them to understand how they are intending to develop our end-user experience and were satisfied with their detailed project planning.

Their employees have a crystal clear vision of what is expected of them and are always willing to go that extra mile to satisfy their clients. We have also felt that they have all the necessary expertise and experience to execute our project as planned and so far, we are happy with their services.

We hired Flysoft to develop services and apps that can make it easy for our clients to answer questions on Quora. Depending on our requirements and project goals, they have come up with a service addition to our Google Chrome extension that helps clients answer questions easily and accurately without any grammatical errors, expand or extend the text. They have also helped us in developing an app that can convert answers in audio format to text using AI. This app will help our busy business owners save time as no typing is involved. It will also help people, who have limited typing skills.

A total of 5 member team was involved in this project, with all of them working exclusively on it. The team comprised of a Project Manager, 5 developers (2 working on the front end and 3 on the back end) and one QA Engineer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Even before hiring Flysoft, our team had an exact idea on which areas needed development to achieve a better user experience. We identified that though our web extension helps users find the most relevant questions and helps them use Quora as an effective marketing tool, they need help writing answers in the most effective way to rank on Google, as well as Quora. This is where we sought the expertise of Flysoft. They did a great job and we are already experiencing a steady growth in our client base.

The Project Management was done from our side because we were working under outstaffing model. We were happy working with this model because it was like we have an in-house team and we had maximum performance by working in this way.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

There are many factors that have impressed us. However, the most important factor that will leave a long-lasting impression is the hardworking attitude of the Flysoft employees. They were readily available during the entire 6 months of project planning and execution. Their expertise and hands-on experience with various development tools is worth mentioning.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Hiring FlySoft's services is by far the best decision we have made. The seamless working experience we had with them prompted us to keep them on board for support services as well. I did not find any areas of concern in the services they have provided us so far.

All in all, the final variant was carefully constructed by FlySoft team, including all of our requests, tastes and ideas. Me and my sister, who is co-creator of the clothes shop idea found FlySoft for bringing our dream app to reality. They had an awesome pitch, so we felt relaxed choosing them.

We have a chain of clothing stores and need a convenient E-commerce solution to sell our clothes. The guys from Flysoft have accomplished this task perfectly, as the Flysoft's team has already developed a wide range of E-commerce platforms, they fully understood our needs and what we want to deliver.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

As a result, we finally have an awesome stylish application that is convenient in use as we desired. It had a couple of bugs, but guys knew how to manage them, so they fixed that and the app is running perfectly well now. We've got a number of positive feedback from our clients, who enjoy using our super user-friendly sales platform.

We were wonderful in cooperating with FlySoft. We talked primarily via Hangouts and Wrike.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

It’s important to know what exactly you want to get, doesn't matter what kind of project you have. We were very demanding clients with dozen of ideas and requests and we were rushing and changing one idea and request to another, however, FlySoft guys made massive work over our product.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Not that I can think of. FlySoft is a team that I can trust my business with.

We wanted to develop a platform that allows users to purchase products online from any country. We also wanted to implement the user-friendly design of our services. To implement this project on both web and mobile platforms, there has been allocated a team of 10 people: PM, UI/UX designer, 2x Front-End developers, 3x Back-end developers, 2x QA Engineers, DevOps. Some developers are continuing supporting the platform until now.

Before starting the development process we analyzed the market and target audience to understand what features are necessary and what is irrelevant. We had a lot of competitors in the marketplace area, we need to attract many users by making the platform in a different way. Beyond making a wide range of business analysis and attempts in changing UX\UI and marketing activities to achieve the appropriate result in the user’s attendance. Initially, we reached the goal and the number of users was growing.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Flysoft has effective workflow processes on every stage, especially in project management. It was easy to communicate with the team, and they worked very diligently to get the job completed successfully. There wasn’t any difficulties or delays despite the time difference, they closed tasks by the start of our workday.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I’m happy and impressed by their hard work, their attention to details and their willingness to share their expertise. They deliver to the best of their ability and implement the right solutions. Now they continue to provide project support.

I think no. We're currently satisfied with the team.

We have went through several agencies for our requirement. We was having a tide timeframe and limited budget. FLYSOFT approch was so considering and we agreed to go with them.

The site is developed on CMS WordPress. Of the features worth highlighting the creation of 3 language versions: French, Italian, Russian, in order to find and use the services of the company could native speakers of different languages. The project is conveniently structured, not overloaded with information, filled with unique content. The site has a slider, a photo gallery for displaying a portfolio, an online form.

What was the team composition?

They optimized the site: collected the semantic core, optimized texts and pages. Installed analytics systems, set up sitemap, robots.txt, 404. After the project was completed, they trained our representative and provided instructions on how to work with the administrative panel for independent content management on the site.

The result was great. Our client response grouth was so visible.

Communication is very important for any successful project and they was very good in that. We was having everyday meeting in Skype, Slack and trello.

The team was amazing in getting the requirements and building the website exceeding expectations. They have completed the work on time and made all necessary measures to make it happen. The team was always committed to and flexible whenever there was request for a change during the development.
