I am the owner of a design company, specializing in branding for small businesses.

For what projects/services did your company hire Fleekbiz, and what were your goals?

I have worked with Fleekbiz for various projects over the past few years but recently Fleekbiz helped develop a membership portal for a client of mine. This allows the capability to have different prices for different membership levels on the site. Fleekbiz is the web development expert, including all aspects of UI/UX design.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I connected with Fleekbiz a few years ago and we connected via UpWork. I had a few interviews and chose Fleekbiz based on their level of expertise and quick response time.

We met a few times to go over the scope of the project and for me to get Fleekbiz's expert opinion. Once the SOW was established Fleekbiz took the project and ran with it, accomplishing everything that was asked of them in a timely manner.

Me and one other client who is the owner of a Sign Supply business in LA.

The membership portal is still in the process of being implemented on our end.

Fleekbiz's willingness to learn and explore new options for different projects worked perfectly for us.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There have been a few minor bugs on the website but as soon as Fleekbiz was notified they fixed them.

They kept in contact with me when I told them to. I said call me in a month they did exactly that !!  The fist project came out wonderful so I used them on anther project and that came out just as awesome!!

We are very pleased with the outcome of our mobile designs and are using Fleekbiz for ongoing new features and developments for our app.

The designs were great and easy to use, essentially starting with a brand new concept. Iteration was fast and responsive, and communication was very strong.
