**BACKGROUND**
Please describe your company and your position there.

My company creates a healthcare application that allows users to connect with different doctors around the world, read reviews from their previous patients and make an online consultation with the doctor they choose.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
For what projects/services did your company hire Fireart Studio?

We started partnering with Fireart Studio to create an exclusive interface and UX design for our app. However, we decided later to proceed with full-fledged product development with this company. Also, Fireart designed branding for our startup.

What were your goals for this project?

We aimed to create an application that was easy to use, simple and visually stunning at the same time. Fireart perfectly coped with this challenge by combining an exceptional style and user-friendly functionality.

**SOLUTION**
How did you select Fireart Studio?

We were scrolling top companies lists on Clutch, found Fireart, checked out their portfolio and fell in love with what they do. The next step was connecting with their sales manager.

Describe the project in detail.

We involved Fireart in the project to design and develop a health tech app with a mission to help people worldwide use healthcare services remotely. The app had to provide a list of doctors in different categories along with previous patient reviews and empower users to make a well-informed decision on their doctor. It also allows scheduling e-meetings with doctors. Fireart was accompanying us during the entire product development journey, from design to full implementation in code. We had regular meetings to discuss everything and stayed always informed about the project progress.

What was the team composition?

We regularly communicated with a project manager, two designers and one developer from Fireart.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our app received amazing feedback from early adopters and entered the market quite easily. We have already attracted thousands of users, and I find it a great result.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was smooth. We did't have any problems and were entired satisfied with the way how they organize the work. Fireart familiarized us with several new collaboration tools and we really loved working with them.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Fireart team is very creative and thinking outside the box. The design they created demonstrates it.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Since we didn't have any problems during the collaboration with Fireart, I have nothing to say about the improvement.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success? We measure success based on surveys collecting subjective feedback from testers. We are looking at how intuitive it is (can they effortlessly figure out how to use a function of the app), how well it promotes immersion in our content, and general feedback regarding aesthetics/design.Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?Deliverables are set on a sprintly basis. While fireart covers any time lost beyond 1.5 days/month, there is no cap on how much time can be taken off in a month and limited requirements for advanced notice. As such we did lose more design time than we were comfortable with in a few cases. We also transitioned designers due to our designer leaving Fireart. That transitionary period also resulted in lost time as that time was focused on knowledge transfer. Ideally, the costs for the period of knowledge transfer would fall on Fireart in the case where the change in designers was due to Fireart.Overall, these are minor issues and the benefits of working with Fireart greatly outweigh these items.

**The Review** — Jul 25, 2024

**Feedback Summary**: Fireart Studio's resources have done a fantastic job of using user research input to create excellent UI/UX designs, ultimately contributing to the client's product development endeavors. The team excels at taking ownership of projects, and they're helpful, knowledgeable, and receptive to feedback.
""All the designers and developers from Fireart Studio working on our team are fantastic.""

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.I work for Revionics, a company part of Aptos Retail. We focus on helping large-scale retail companies gain insights into their pricing models through a data science engine. My role in the company is director of UI/UX, so I work with the design team and the research team to facilitate product development.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with Fireart Studio?Prior to our engagement with Fireart Studio, we didn't have a UX team; we hadn't adopted that model yet. Therefore, we wanted Fireart Studio's help to build complete UX and research teams and introduce the company to a new era of product development. Our goal was to have a team capable of conducting user research to dictate the designs that the UX team would create for the development team. Basically, we wanted to rebuild the process our product team followed. Moreover, we had a couple of legacy platforms that were about 15–16 years old, so we wanted to reenvision how those platforms would work in a new environment.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?Fireart Studio has helped us build our research and UX teams from the ground up. Currently, we have a couple of contractors from their team working for us as UX designers and UI developers. These designers have basically created a new design system, including color palettes, page templates, and layouts.Basically, they've given our development team the foundation to work from so that they could create an entirely new technology stack and a new system using those designs. As for the technology stack, we use the MEAN stack, which uses Angular, Node, and MongoDB. On the design side, the designers primarily use Figma to create the designs, which they then share with the development team. What is the team composition?Currently, Fireart Studio provides us with two UI developers and three UX designers. How did you come to work with Fireart Studio? My predecessor, the former director of UX, was the one who found Fireart Studio and set up the initial engagement. Although I don't know how he found them, he spoke very highly of them and brought in the initial designers who helped us build our product. How much have you invested with them? We've spent somewhere around $250,000.What is the status of this engagement? We started working with Fireart Studio around 2021, and our engagement is ongoing.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? The Fireart Studio's UX design team has done a fantastic job of taking input from our user research team and envisioning what that could look like on the new platform we're developing. Most of the designers and developers we currently work with have been working for us since the beginning. Now, Fireart Studio is considered one of the core teams at Revionics because what they create dictates everything else that follows — they lead our work in that regard. Overall, Fireart Studio supplements our team in a very positive way.In terms of quantitative outcomes, I can't really provide a valuable metric. Fireart Studio creates a lot of content for us, so there are always new designs coming out. Thanks to their work, we've been able to set up three new platforms. For example, we've launched a new product for Revionics to offer, which has been created entirely based on Fireart Studio's designs.Additionally, we've launched a product for large-scale retailers, which was built using the designs our UX design team created. Now, we're preparing to release a new product that leverages the looker system to display large-scale data in a very consumable way. That product has been built around the same design system Fireart Studio has created. How did Fireart Studio perform from a project management standpoint?Ownership is one of the main things Fireart Studio does well, and that's something I look for in all the teams we work with. I've been very impressed by how Fireart Studio's individuals and team managers take ownership and responsibility for the projects we work on. I can trust them to run with specific responsibilities. Moreover, they take the initiative to follow up and ensure things are improving, which is great.Overall, Fireart Studio's project management helps me because I can focus on higher-level initiatives, knowing that their team will take care of the things they promised to take care of.Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?I would like to give a shout-out to Anastasia (Head of Sales). She's our main go-to person whenever we need to hire a new designer or developer or make a change on the team. She's always been very helpful and receptive to feedback, and she always tries to make things better, so I would highly recommend her.Additionally, I would like to mention that all the designers and developers from Fireart Studio working on our team are fantastic — they're one of the best teammates I've ever worked with. I've worked with very large companies and some of the major startups in Austin, Texas. Fireart Studio's skill level is comparable to that of any of those other companies. What did you find most impressive about them?Among the things that distinguish Fireart Studio from other companies are the quality of their work, their ownership, and their responsibility. Whenever we need to make changes to the team structure, the Fireart Studio team does a great job of assisting us in ensuring we have the right designers and developers on the project. Overall, they're very receptive to changes and helpful. Moreover, Fireart Studio does a really good job of finding and identifying talent fitted for the project. In the past, we've changed one or two designers. Still, their team has been very receptive, helping us find suitable replacements very quickly. Are there any areas they could improve?Given that Fireart Studio's resources are not based in one location only, QC seems to be a bit more difficult for them. Still, we've only run into a couple of hiccups with them, and Fireart Studio is always cognizant of those challenges. Therefore, they're always looking to ensure that the resources they allocate to our teams are doing a good job and fulfilling their responsibilities. Although their QC could be improved, I don't have any suggestions because it's a challenging thing in general. That said, I just wanted to make it very clear that, although QC could be a challenge for them, we haven't had quality issues with Fireart Studio's work. The developers and designers who work for us are very good, and their quality level is very high.Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?Work with Anastasia and Fireart Studio's team to identify the designers and developers that you need. Their team is really good at identifying the right people. Moreover, give Fireart Studio's resources the opportunity to take ownership of the project. Although ownership is specific to the actual designer or developer, Fireart Studio's resources are very skillful and knowledgeable in that regard. Trusting them to take a project and run with it has worked really well for us, so I recommend doing the same.

**Feedback Summary**: Fireart Studio has helped the client create a new app that has received great feedback from their partners and customers. The team has allowed the client to set up a high-velocity design and research cadence. Fireart Studio works in sprints and delivers work every two weeks, collaborating via Jira.
""This work cadence has helped us create better projects and products because we're tightly coupled with Fireart Studio.""

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.I'm the VP of product design at a sports media streaming company.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with Fireart Studio? We hired Fireart Studio to help us rapidly scale our team by finding UI/UX designers and bringing them up to speed. I needed a team that could come in, be in our product reviews, and integrate into our team and the tools we use instead of a traditional agency approach.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?I initially provided Fireart Studio with an RFP. The team finds and provides UI/UX designers who collaborate in several projects of our company as required and have helped us design a new application. What is the team composition?I deal with the designers directly and individually, and I also have a main point of contact who checks in and supports administrative paperwork. The team of designers has a design lead who directs the other designers, but I talk directly to the entire team daily. How did you come to work with Fireart Studio?Fireart Studio was recommended to me by a colleague who had previously worked with the team. What is the status of this engagement? We started working together in October 2023, and our engagement is ongoing.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?Fireart Studio delivers high-quality designs, and we have a new application that has gotten really great feedback from partners and customers. This app is our showpiece that we brag about. From my perspective, more importantly and subtly, the tight partnership with Fireart Studio has allowed us to set up a high-velocity design and research cadence, where we can seamlessly ingest different research, do iterative designs and validations, and react to them. This work cadence has helped us create better projects and products because we're tightly coupled with Fireart Studio. How did Fireart Studio perform from a project management standpoint? If I need an additional designer to evaluate them, the core project management works in a sprint cadence and is integrated into our Jira with stories from our product managers. The designers consistently overdeliver exactly what they commit to every two weeks. Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?Evgenia (Product Designer & Lead), Igor (Motion Designer), and Hanna (Product Designer) have done great work. Are there any areas they could improve?I've worked with several offshore partners and can't think of anything for Fireart Studio to improve — they're an ideal partner.Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?I suggest being a good design partner. Any design company you work with will do better work the clearer you are and the more information you give them rather than only giving open-ended problems and wishing the team found the right solutions. Fireart Studio will match the amount of work you put into the relationship and exceed it. You'll get the most out of the team if you work closely with them.

We communicated well, through a mix of Slack, e-mail, and regular online meetings. The project was slightly hampered because some madman decided to invade the sovereign nation where some of our Fireart-partners live at the end of February, but honestly a lot less than you might think. **The Review** — Feb 13, 2023

**Feedback Summary**: The client has been happy with the partnership — Fireart Studio’s designs and services have had a huge impact on the client’s business. They’ve responded quickly to the client’s messages via Slack and email. Their effective team has fulfilled the client’s requests to ensure a positive experience.
"“They’re good consultants; their team is pleasant and effective.”"

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m an engineering manager at a computer hardware manufacturer.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with Fireart Studio?

We approached them for help designing a new interface for our application.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

Fireart Studio has designed our app’s UI; they’ve also submitted a proposal on how to improve the UX and its accessibility. At the start of the project, we provided them with a description of our company and our competition. We also told them what we wanted to achieve as a company. The brief we provided highlighted insights into our app development.

For the design, Fireart Studio utilized Figma. They shared Figma files with us to review and provide feedback on during the design. The designs they provided are for app icons based on feature descriptions.

We’re currently working with our marketing and branding team to review the UX proposal Fireart Studio prepared. Their team provides us with consulting services when necessary.

What is the team composition?

When setting up the partnership, we worked with 4–5 teammates. Now, we’re working with a project manager and design engineer.

How did you come to work with Fireart Studio?

We hired them after running a selection process.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve invested around $20,000. We invest a certain amount of the overall cost to keep them on retainer so they can provide consultant services on an hourly basis.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our ongoing partnership began in January 2022.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Everyone has been happy with the designs from Fireart Studio, although we’ve kept them on retainer to provide support ever since the design project was completed.

Fireart Studio's work has had a huge impact on our services — I only have positive feedback for their team. They’ve executed great services and provided nice designs.

How did Fireart Studio perform from a project management standpoint?

During the design project, Fireart Studio delivered on time and responded quickly to our requests. They were able to quickly ramp up the project using Figma; we had a good experience working in that environment. They had a very professional approach to the project.

Our teams use Slack and emails to communicate. They’re good consultants; their team is pleasant and effective.

What did you find most impressive about them?

It has been a pleasure to work with Fireart Studio. This has been the first time we’ve utilized outsourced services, so I have been slightly wary of the outcome. Happily, the partnership has gone very well. They’ve fulfilled all of our requests.

Specifically, the way Fireart Studio’s team introduced and onboarded our team to the Figma environment at the start of the design project was impressive. Their communication allowed us to ramp up the partnership without any delay.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Their English-language skills could be improved, although I believe they’re working to address that.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I’d recommend hiring Fireart Studio — their professional team can quickly onboard customers. Also, it is nice that their team can properly estimate costs for their services.

""They were available almost every time we reached out with a question.""

**BACKGROUND**
Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the Marketing Manager of a fitness services provider. We promote virtual and in-person fitness and social experiences to multifamily communities.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
For what projects/services did your company hire Fireart Studio, and what were your goals?

Our website was created by Fireart Studio in the first part of 2021 and we needed to add a new landing page that showcased more of the Events division of our business. The goal was to include information about the different theme of events we offer, how the process works, and include some testimonials, case study, and gallery of pictures. We also had a customized contact form depending on the nature of the visitor's needs (if they were a vendor, wanting to work with us, or a property manager).

**SOLUTION**
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We selected Fireart due to the rest of the work they did creating the original wbesite

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We provided the team with a specific outline of the landing page components we wanted to include as well as some images and specific copy. We met on the goals, they provided a quote. From there they crafted a mockup in Figma and then once we approved the design it was sent to development.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There was a member of the team who intro-ed us to the designer and the developer. The designer worked with us closely in phase 1 and then once we moved to development upon design approval we worked closely with the developer.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The new landing page creates a professional and polished approach to our Events marketing strategy and helps us deliver a solid and customized way for various people to reach out to us about our events.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

There were some delays but the team was very clear to communicate with us as the delays arose. They were available almost every time we reached out with a question.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Everything they have done with our website to this date has looked extremely professional and compared to other 'wordpress' custom themes it feels solid.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I think it would have helped me if there was more upfront going over the details of the pricing, timeline of payments and the contract. I had a big misunderstanding after we already started, and while its mostly on me, I think if it was discussed a bit more directly both verbally and in email it could have been avoided. I felt very blindsighted here because I assumed certain things. I was a little negligent because we had worked with them in the past and someone else managed the project so I assumed anything would be fine, but I wish it was covered more when we renewed the new project and scope of work.

""Fireart Studio had great communication, combined with strong design, at an affordable price for a project like this.""

**BACKGROUND**
Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the CMO of Replicant, a leader in Contact Center Automation

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
For what projects/services did your company hire Fireart Studio, and what were your goals?

We hired Fireart Studio to lead our rebranding effort- to explore a new color palette, typeface, iconography and photography for Replicant.

**SOLUTION**
How did you select Fireart Studio?

We looked at several vendors both in the US and abroad. We narrowed the search to 3 branding/design firms and chose Fireart because they had a great portfolio of work, at a very reasonable budget.

Describe the scope of their work in detail, including any steps and the final deliverables.

We followed a typical brand design process. It started with a briefing for the Fireart team on the company and our project. They developing a communications and brand strategy, followed by 3-4 mood boards to establish the overall creative direction. We moved through several rounds of development to include color palette, typeface, photography, etc...

A bonus during this was the development of a new logo, which was not part of the original spec, but we liked it so much, we adopted it.

How many people from the Fireart Studio team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with a project manager, a creative lead, and two or three supporting designers.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The Fireart team was great to work with. They shared multiple creative directions with us. We ultimately chose one direction to develop, and within 5 or so months completed the project- from creative strategy to final brand design recommendations.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We had weekly project meetings that were efficient and well prepared. We also communicated regularly via email and slack. Dmytro and Kotryna in particular were very effective communicators. When we disagreed on a direction (which happens in brand design!) they were very effective at explaining their point of view.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Fireart Studio had great communication, combined with strong design, at an affordable price for a project like this.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We really enjoyed working with Fireart!

**The Review** — May 8, 2022

**Feedback Summary**: Fireart Studio just delivered the site's source code, so there weren't any concrete success metrics yet. However, the client was pleased with the clean look and feel of the site. Fireart Studio had great project management and communicated project updates and changes through Zoom, email, and Slack.
""The project updates from Fireart Studio helped us plan work in our other departments and set up launch dates.""

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the CEO of Prajix, a software company that helps students and undergraduates build project ideas from the ground up.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with Fireart Studio?

We needed to develop a website for our business.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

FireArt Studio developed our website using the UX/UI we'd already designed. They used a mix of coding languages and frameworks, including Javascript, HTML, and React.js. They also used MongoDB for the database.

On the site, we can customize suggestions connecting project members to project ideas. Users can upload their project outlines and create a profile, which is used to match users. Users can collaborate through Zoom, texts, or chat functions.

What is the team composition?

Fireart Studio's CTO was on our project team the entire time, but the other teammates involved changed. We worked with back- and frontend developers and a personal assistant.

How did you come to work with Fireart Studio?

Fire Art Studio was referred to us by one of my mentors about a year ago.

FireArt Studio stood out from other providers because they had a more personal approach — we knew our relationship was over after meeting their team.

How much have you invested with them?

We invested around $86,000 with Fireart Studio.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked with Fireart Studio from February 2021–May 2022.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We just received the source code, so I'm not sure what concrete metrics I can provide at this time. Overall, my team and I like the clean look and feel of the website — the site was fresh and easy to use. We haven't faced any UX challenges.

How did Fireart Studio perform from a project management standpoint?

We kept in close contact with Fireart Studio through Slack, email, and Zoom. We also used Notion and Google Drive to manage the project and exchange project pieces. Fireart Studio's team provided regular updates about our current project status and where the project was headed. They were clear about whether we'd met our project and payment deadlines. The project updates from Fireart Studio helped us plan work in our other departments and set up launch dates. Fireart Studio's personal assistant helped us with communication, helping us get into a working rhythm whenever we had new teammates join the project.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Fireart Studio's communication through email was great. We're based in the US, and it can be tricky to schedule Zoom meetings, but they were good at providing answers to our questions via email.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Fireart Studio could be more flexible with their meeting hours and adaptive to their client's schedules.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I'd recommend that customers ask questions and request updates so that both partners are very clear about the project status and the bigger picture. It's crucial to understand the entire process to ensure the product is finalized — customers shouldn't just hand over the payment and expect everything to get done.

**The Review** — Apr 1, 2022

**Feedback Summary**: The Fireart Studio team delivered the MVP successfully, and the company was able to use the product to validate their many ideas. They delivered the app on time and gave a reasonable budget range. Their front- and backend resources work efficiently together, resulting in a solid collaboration.
"“Their frontend work was great, while their ability to develop the backend of the product was quite good.”"

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the CEO of Sprightful Solar, a solar energy company that builds software that allows clients to review their energy details and make bill payments to us.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with Fireart Studio?

We wanted to build our MVP. Our team wanted to check the viability of hiring an external company to help develop the product instead of hiring a software engineer or a developer of our own. As a result, we hired Fireart.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

As the first step of the engagement, we sat down for half a day and talked about the important aspects of what we wanted to build. This was Fireart’s discovery process. From there, we decided on the product’s features and the look of its corresponding web app. They then provided us with a quote. Fireart built the product’s frontend from scratch, while the backend was made using the testing apps our team had developed. Fireart also worked on the look and feel of the product.

In terms of features, the platform allowed us to tap into energy sensors and grab information from them through a cloud-based API. The product would then display the information on a dashboard app. It could also make calculations to help us understand how much we should charge for our service every month. The MVP ran on React, and it was meant to run on both mobile and desktop devices.

What is the team composition?

We worked with an account manager, a lead developer, a frontend developer, and backend developer. Our team could connect directly with the front- and backend developers, but they often followed the instructions of their lead developer. In total, 4–5 people were involved in the project from Fireart.

How did you come to work with Fireart Studio?

I found Fireart through Dribble.

How much have you invested with them?

In total, we spent between $50,000–$60,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

This particular project lasted from March–December 2020. To be clear, we’re about to jumpstart the second version of this project, but it hasn’t started yet.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We were successful in getting an MVP. We’d been able to use the software that Fireart developed to test the waters of our market. Our team wasn’t exactly looking for users or any numbers — we were simply validating plenty of ideas. With Fireart’s help, we’d done that. Overall, this project was successful.

How did Fireart Studio perform from a project management standpoint?

Fireart delivered the product on time though slightly over budget. The team was careful when they quoted us; they gave us both a pessimistic and an optimistic range for cost. In other words, they didn’t give us an exact price. They gave us a range, and we were ok with that. To communicate, we used Slack, Google Meet, and emails.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their front- and backend teams had a solid integration — they worked efficiently together. Their frontend work was great, while their ability to develop the backend of the product was quite good.

Are there any areas they could improve?

If they had better tools for better QA testing, then that would be awesome. For context, they largely relied on our team to do the tests. That wasn’t sufficient for us — we weren’t developers, so we didn’t know exactly what to seek. We could’ve used a bit more help in that regard.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Have a clear understanding of how to communicate with Fireart. Reach out more often or whenever you have any doubts. Schedule video calls instead of pushing your doubts away. Being proactive about communicating your concerns will be helpful.

We couldn't even clearly say what we want from the product at the very beginning, and our suggestions were unprofessional. We found Fireart Studio on Dribbble. They did great job for their previous clients, and our decision on hiring this team was mainly based on web designs they created for other brands.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

Fireart started the process with a kick-off meeting and creating the outline of all our requirements, needs, and expectations. Based on the context they got during this meeting, they made several wireframes and suggested them to us within the first week.

When we approved designs, the team started the development process. We liked that they did many user tests at different product development stages. We believe it helped us create a well-performing software.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We were communicating directly only with their sales manager at the very beginning and with a project manager during the entire process. However, I know that 3 or 4 developers and 2 designers were invloved in our project as well.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our employees enjoy using our new corporate software. They shared great feedback with our team leads. Our top management has also noticed that average employee performance has increased almost 3x thanks to our new digital tool. That's an amazing result, I suppose.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.

The workflow was seamless and effective! We saw amazing results of their work after every milestone. We were contacted by their project manager on a weekly basis. He kept us informed about everything happening on the project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Fireart Studio created excellent custom illustrations and animations. They have become beautiful complementation of the overall software design.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We have no suggestions for improvement, as the quality of work and all processes were great.

#### Mobile App Dev for Automation Tool Provider

Product Manager, Computer Software Firm

**The Review** — Nov 16, 2020

**Feedback Summary**: Fireart Studio exceeded the client's expectations and delivered a superb output. The team took care of the revisions and implemented the suggestions of the partner promptly. Despite working remotely, communication flow was suave which resulted in a positive rapport for both ends.
""The app looked much better than what we had imagined, and the Marketplace looks sleek and very inviting to new users."
"

**BACKGROUND**
Please describe your company and your position there.

My company provides automation tools for Cryptocurrency traders. I'm its Product Manager. We connect people who want to trade in Cryptocurrency (but don't really know how) with professional traders, who provide signals for them to follow. The signals that are being followed are then translated in an automatic way to active trades, while the owner can be asleep, at work, or doing some other thing than constantly keeping an eye on their trades.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
For what projects/services did your company hire Fireart Studio?

We had a very big challenge with creating a new mobile app, and specifically, an activity aimed at the core of our value proposition: a marketplace. A place where those who look for signals to follow (i.e to trade with signals) can find signal providers who fit them.

What were your goals for this project?

Primarily, our problem was transfering our concrete value proposition from our initial software, a Telegram Bot with complex user interface, into a mobile app that is fit for both Android and iOS. Secondarily, our problem was to construct a well-rounded the Marketplace activity, which did not actually exist previously in our initial Telegram Bot.

**SOLUTION**
How did you select Fireart Studio?

We knew that we had to get a very good studio to work with. So we researched the web and finally came across Fireart Studio on Dribble, as it was high ranked there.

Describe the project in detail.

The overall scope of the project was creating a mobile-app that is up to standard with iOS and Android, which mimicks our entire offer from the Telegram Bot.

This means showing the open trades for users, giving them a glimpse of the markets they're in, showing them their portfolio, allowing them to open new trades or edit them, allowing them to choose a signal provider and following its progress, etc. Technically, this involved around 6 different main activities, menus, sub-menus, etc.

What was the team composition?

The team included one designer. He was an exceptionally gifted designer who was able to take care of all our needs. His dedication to us included the honed ability of being able to act not only as a product designer but also to take into account UX considerations, while working out with our Product Managers what we actually wanted from the specific features.

Without really being part of the company, he still managed to represent our customers and take care of their concerns, which is a rare thing to find when working with a remote vendor.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The results looked marvelous. We know, because we only allowed our highest paid users to access the Mobile App (at least in the beginning), and their retention rate was extremely high. The app looked much better than what we had imagined, and the Marketplace looks sleek and very inviting to new users.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Fireart were on point on this. Despite the fact that we worked remotely, the designer which we worked with was always on point with his work, his clarificatory questions and concerns, and with his overall progress towards achieving what we wanted.

Working together over Figma, we knew what would be ready, when and how. And it was always possible for us, based on internal decisions, to come back to previously-made work and introduce changes into it or consult with the designer on how to best proceed from here.

Also, business wise, the supporting infrastructure that Fireart gave to the designer, in terms of explicitly taking care of his work-time and reflecting it to us was on par.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Well, honestly, we did not expect to receive good designs with people working remotely. This is what surprised us the most about Fireart

We cannot stress this enough: their designer knew what we wanted even better than we did at times, and the resulting Figma designs that were handed to us were on point both in their overall design theme and up to the tiniest details involved. He's been really excellent professionally, and also a very kind fella to work with.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Not really that we could point to. The only thing I would say is that there is an essential difference between working with remote designers to working with in-house designers. Since we began as a bootstrap with limited resources, working remote was the solution for us, and Fireart really lived up to this solution. Now that we've grown as a business we are considering an in-house team.

""It feels like every person on their team is invested in us. It’s not just another project for them."
"

**BACKGROUND**
Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the managing director. We are a tech start-up that help companies prosper by preventing risks.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
For what projects/services did your company hire Fireart Studio, and what were your goals?

To launch our marketing website we needed a website designer.

**SOLUTION**
How did you select Fireart Studio and what were the deciding factors?

We did a longlist, then a shortlist, and then had an RFP process which Fireart Studio won.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We had a kick-off meeting with their team to discuss our goals and objectives. Within the first week they provided us two wireframes of the main page. We provided feedback and after few iterations the design was finalized.

Furthermore they designed motion illustrations which exceeded our expections. Initially Fireart Studio was responsible for the design of the website (including illustrations). We were so pleased that we decided to extent the scope and asked Fireart Studio to code the front-end of the website.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We were assigned a project manager to support us and serve as the main point of contact throughout the project. We only spoke with our project manager, but we were aware that there were 2 designers and 2 developers involved.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launch, we received positive feedback on the design of the website from (potential) customers.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.

On a weekly basis the project manager contacted us to discuss the progress and the challenges. Our feedback was directly reflected in the design process. When we wanted to add new designs or extent the scope they would come back to us with a couple of ways to achieve it and give their recommendation. No deadlines missed and we are happy with how the project was managed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They take ownership of the product. From early on, they bought into the concept of what we were trying to do and wanted us to be successful. It feels like every person on their team is invested in us. It’s not just another project for them. We will certainly engage with Fireart Studio again for design and development services.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing off the top of my head. It’s a pleasure working with Fireart Studio.

The team provides designs, UI/UX, and other services promptly without sacrificing quality. Professional, reliable, and quick to respond to inquiries, they oversee a smooth workflow.
""The consistency of the product and continued communication have remained excellent throughout the engagement period."
"

**BACKGROUND**
Please describe your company and your position there.

TheoremReach is an audience monetization platform that provides market research and data insight services to games, mobile apps, and website owners. I'm responsible for operations, marketing, and finance at the company.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
For what projects/services did your company hire Fireart Studio?

We hired Fireart to help us define and design our branding, design and develop our website, and design and develop our UI and UX for our client and user-facing products.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to have an ongoing designer and UI/UX support for our projects that would help us grow our business and communicate our offering clearer.

**SOLUTION**
How did you select this vendor?

We selected this vendor based on a combination of expertise, portfolio, responsiveness, and pricepoint. We continue to renew the contract with Fireart as they prove their worthiness with all of our projects.

Describe the project in detail.

Fireart provides ongoing design and UI/UX services to us; thus far they've helped us to create our logo, branding, style guide, design and develop our website using a custom WordPress template, design and develop our client facing dashboard, and work on new and as-yet unreleased product designs.

What was the team composition?

Fireart provides us with an account manager to handle scope requests and a designer to execute our vision as part of the SOW. For additional services around development, the account manager brings in developers when necessary to handle one-offs at an additional scope.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our website and our company branding have received numerous compliments from clients and users. Our designer did an amazing job creating a company mascot for us that embodies the positioning and brand of what we are trying to achieve in-market.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Though there is a 7-hour timezone difference, the team is very responsive and handles projects at a fast and professional pace. We've enjoyed and continue to enjoy the experience working with Fireart. We use Slack to communicate all requirements, approvals, and feedback and at times Fireart will employ Trello and Invision to communicate more complex project details.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The consistency of the product and continued communication have remained excellent throughout the engagement period.

Are there any areas for improvement?

While we sought out and employ Fireart for their design services, our one-off development projects with them have at times resulted in follow-up work required. This is not an area of deficiency for them but more a suggestion to ensure the initial scope of work is correctly detailed for one-off projects to avoid confusion.

**The Review** — May 24, 2019

**Feedback Summary**: Their ability to turn the article topics, which are often not easy to visually bring to life, into meaningful and creative illustrations is incredible. Fireart Studio takes direction well and will make changes accordingly without compromising quality.
""We’ve continued to work with them because they understand us."
"

**BACKGROUND**
Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm the art director at PracticeLink, where I design, produce, and oversee the distribution of our quarterly publication, PracticeLink Magazine. Our magazine includes content to help physicians navigate the job-search process, including topics such as relocation, navigating contracts, interviews, and compensation.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
For what projects/services did your company hire Fireart Studio?

We hired them to do custom cover illustrations for us every quarter, based on the themes in our cover article.

What were your goals for this project?

Our main objective was to illustrate some of the fairly abstract topics in our cover articles in a way that is engaging, on-brand, and attractive to potential readers, while clearly communicating that we are speaking to physicians.

**SOLUTION**
How did you select this vendor?

We initially chose Fireart Studio based on the quality of work in their portfolio. We’ve continued to work with them because they understand us, deliver quality every time, and are fast and easy to work with.

Describe the project in detail.

We submit drafts of the cover articles to Fireart Studio, along with ideas for the illustrations. They send us several sketches, which the editor and I discuss. Then we pick a favorite and Fireart Studio sends back a print-ready illustration. Sometimes, I’ll make a few minor tweaks to things like colors and such.

What was the team composition?

Our internal team consists of myself as the art director and an editor. Our CEO reviews the magazine as well before it is distributed.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The topics in our magazine are not easy to illustrate since they deal with abstract or specialized subjects. For example, the most recent cover article Firaert Studio had to illustrate was how physicians trying to find a job should consider their personal interests to determine which potential practice fit them best. It’s difficult to convey this visually, let alone in a way that matches our style and speaks clearly to potential readers. However, Fireart Studio does a great job every time.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Their team is extraordinarily easy to work with. They’re also agreeable, proactive, flexible, gracious, and creative. I could not ask for a better experience.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Occasionally, during the art direction process, I have trouble articulating my creative vision up front and it takes ongoing communication before the illustration looks the way I want it to. When this happens, I have the opportunity to see the illustration change over time as the Fireart Studio team responds to my edits.

I’m often impressed at how deftly they make changes, listening to my vision and doing what I ask for. They also implement my requests with creativity and thoughtfulness, so there’s no compromise in the quality of the work from their initial designs. To me, this demonstrates not just artistic skill but skill at working with people.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There's nothing they need to improve.

They’re also amenable to feedback, refining their pieces to match client expectations.
"“…their communication is excellent, and I appreciate the amount of effort that they put into their work.”
"

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the CTO of a music platform for artists and fans.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with Fireart Studio?

We initially reached out to Fireart Studio to help us with some of our design and graphic elements. Since then, they’ve continued to support us with design work for our website and mobile apps.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

Fireart Studio primarily creates high-fidelity graphics for our website and mobile apps. We provide them with written instructions or rough wireframes, which they then use to come up with different design concepts. From there, we go back and forth to fine-tune their ideas, and they create the final pieces in Sketch.

What is the team composition?

At any given point, we work with 1–2 dedicated full-time designers as well as a project manager.

How did you come to work with Fireart Studio?

We looked at a few creative studios and really liked Fireart Studio’s portfolio on their website. After starting with a small project to get comfortable working with them, we added additional responsibilities.

What is the status of this engagement?

Their work started in August 2018 and is ongoing.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We haven’t fully launched our product externally yet, but, so far, we’ve received a lot of positive feedback internally. Our engineering, business, product management, and marketing teams have all complimented their design work.

How did Fireart Studio perform from a project management standpoint?

The communication has been excellent. Typically, we’ll either work with their project manager to coordinate the projects or give feedback directly to their designers, depending on the situation. We use Slack and Zeplin to collaborate on tasks.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Compared to other off-shore options, their communication is excellent, and I appreciate the amount of effort that they put into their work.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I can’t think of anything. Everything has been fine for what we need.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

When considering a design partner, start with smaller projects to see how they go before adding on more tasks. That’s what we did, and it worked out smoothly for us.

**Feedback Summary**: Even competitors praised the website, which successfully clarified complex concepts and synchronized seamlessly with social media platforms. Although they could make more structured recommendations, FineArt Studio's affordable prices and round-the-clock availability made them a great resource.
""They are very friendly, fast, and professional."
"

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.

I am the CEO of Nomorewires. We are a technology company focusing on wireless power transfer.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with FireArt Studio?

We had been working off the radar for a while. We needed a high-end web page to bring us out of the woods, link to our social media accounts, and start advertising our mission.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

The website was meant to get our name out while we’re still in the early stages. The design and development task that we set for them was quite complicated. It isn’t easy to make the viewer understand what we do and what we’re all about. It was probably hard for them to come up with something that everyone could understand. We wanted to utilize the “less is more” principle. It’s especially hard to include all the important facts and information while keeping it short.

They helped us set up our social media accounts. There were a lot of details involved, such as the background photos, videos, and corporate identity. They made everything on the social media and the website look the same.

We used them for all our design work. They are currently designing a series of infographics for social media. They’re also designing our white papers and ad banners for a social media campaign.

What is the team composition?

We were initially in contact with the CEO through Upwork. We went back and forth while I described what I needed and he made his recommendations. When we finally started the project, he assigned us a project manager, who took care of us from that point on. When there were larger issues, I contacted the CEO, but we were mostly in touch with the project manager.

How did you come to work with FireArt Studio?

I stumbled upon them on Upwork. We needed a simple 2D animation to describe our technology. After talking with them and looking at their portfolio, we decided to hire them for the whole online presence, from the webpage to social media content.

How much have you invested in them?

We spent over €10,000 so far ($11,602 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked with them from January to March 2018. We had a lot of back and forth and weren’t in a hurry. We wanted to tweak or change a lot of things, but they were fast.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

It looks good and works great. We're about to launch our social media accounts. The traffic has been quite low, but we'll hopefully have a lot in the coming months. We attended a conference in Helsinki to do a live demo, and our competitors complimented us. Overall, feedback has been positive.

How did FireArt Studio perform from a project management standpoint?

They used a software to track their hours and billed us weekly. The overall experience was very pleasant. I felt like they were at my service at all times. When I needed something, they were immediately available.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They made me feel like I was in good hands and were there for me 24/7.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They are a bit too soft. They have a great team and know what they're doing. But sometimes they let the client, who may not be as informed, take the initiative. We made some rookie mistakes and requests at the beginning. They went with it, but could have suggested other things to avoid those mistakes.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Figure out what you want, and they will handle it. They are very friendly, fast, and professional.

**Feedback Summary**: The app earned favorable reviews during the initial round of user testing, thanks to FireArt’s creativity. Despite the time difference, their team was responsive and successfully met a tight deadline.
"“We really appreciated their raw talent.”"

**BACKGROUND**
Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the CTO and lead engineer at a career development company. We provide resources and job placements for new healthcare professionals in the eye care and allied health industries. Our team built an intelligent tool that parses healthcare resumes and provides industry-specific feedback for these individuals. With one click, they can now get tips on how to improve their resumes.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
For what projects/services did your company hire FireArt Studio?

We hired FireArt for the frontend UI/UX design and development of our web app.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to provide a useful tool that would strengthen our reputation as the number one career resource for new healthcare professionals. Many candidates, especially fresh graduates, are unsure of best practices when it comes to creating their resumes.

**SOLUTION**
How did you select this vendor?

We originally came across FireArt's portfolio on Dribbble. We were very impressed with the quality of their work and hired them for a series of marketing pages. Since we had worked with them before and were happy with the results, we selected them again for this project.

Describe the project in detail.

After gathering the initial requirements, they sent the first round of wireframes for feedback and revisions. Their team completed the design based on the approved wireframes, then began the actual coding and development. They also did custom illustrations for the design.

What was the team composition?

We worked primarily with our project manager, who acted as a liaison between our team and their designers and developers. We also corresponded directly with one of the designers on one of our initial Skype calls.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our team was very satisfied with their output. We also received very positive feedback during our early rounds of user testing. While we have not yet launched our product, we expect that it will meet our business goals and appeal to our user base.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We used email, Skype, and Google Docs to manage the project. Communication took place primarily through email, but we also had Skype calls when we needed to go over some design concepts and open questions. While there were some unavoidable delays due to the time difference, our communication was satisfactory. They were quick to respond when we requested additional assets, such as the full source code repository and access to the build scripts they used to generate the final JavaScript bundles.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We really appreciated their raw talent. They came up with an attractive design with minimal direction and inspiration from our team. They were also quite helpful, pointing out some usability issues that we were able to fix before our users encountered them.

We were also impressed with the quick turnaround time of the project. They even accommodated our tight deadline by sending us the final project assets prior to the final wire payment clearing into their account. We were grateful for their trust and flexibility in this regard.

Are there any areas for improvement?

They could provide a bit more structure when gathering initial requirements. While FireArt did give us a questionnaire to fill out, I'm not sure how useful it was. However, they still did a great job on this project.

**Feedback Summary**: Quickly understanding complex assignments, FireArt efficiently allocates a skilled design team to deliver high-quality products. They’re willing to accommodate time zone differences by working late hours. Their professional approach enables them to execute projects to customer satisfaction.
"“Everything they did was great and communication was excellent.”
"

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the CEO of a digital design firm. We do a variety of UI/UX work for websites and mobile apps.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with FireArt Studio?

We had more clients than we could handle, so we needed to outsource a few projects. Finding someone within our price point that could do great work was important to us.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

We hired them to do a variety of work on four or five different projects. This includes UI/UX work for mobile apps, illustrations for a website, concept work for an animation, and website design. Their overall design style is fun, playful, sleek, and utilizes bright colors.

When we get a project that fits their style but we’re too busy complete it, we’ll bring in FireArt to supplement our resources and utilize their specific skill set. Other times, we’ll create a design in-house and have FireArt develop a different version so that we can present clients with multiple options. Once they accept a project, they assign designers best suited for the job. They’ll update me throughout the process and send sketches or concepts for revision. I send back my suggestions and they complete the project.

What is the team composition?

They have a team of people who specialize in different things, so it depends on the scope of the individual project. Due to the variety of work we’ve requested, I’ve interacted with four or five different people in the organization. They usually assign a project manager that communicates with me directly. I’ve also worked closely with the designers when necessary.

How did you come to work with FireArt Studio?

I found them on Dribbble. Compared to other agencies I’ve found on there, FireArt’s strength is their reliability and responsiveness. They’re very timely and always eager to jump into projects and get rolling on stuff right away.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent roughly $10,000 thus far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in 2017 and the relationship is ongoing.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They're familiar with the industry and different styles so they can interpret nuances within design assignments. They deliver every project I send them within expectations. My clients always love the work they do.

How did FireArt Studio perform from a project management standpoint?

Everything they did was great and communication was excellent. They set up a Slack channel so we could talk to the project manager and the designers themselves, which was extremely helpful. In addition to Slack, we’d communicate via email and Skype. Jumping of Skype call with the project manager and speaking face-to-face is useful because emails can be easily mistranslated.

Outsourcing work to a different time zone is always a challenge. However, I was able to hold most meetings during regular work hours because they did everything they could to accommodate time zone changes. It’s a different process than working with someone locally, but definitely worth the trade-off.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They approach each project with the professionalism and efficiency of a large studio. I always get the sense that while they’re a multifaceted team, they know how to work together and execute a project, so everyone is happy with the result. They offer a high-end client experience.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Nothing from my experience could really be improved.

The team’s prompt incorporation of feedback, deadline-driven workflow, and self-initiative contributed to a productive partnership.
""FireArt is an amazing one-stop shop for web design and development.""

**BACKGROUND**
Please describe your company and your position there.

I work in mobile marketing at Toggl, a SaaS [software-as-a-service] company that offers time-tracking applications for desktop, web, and mobile. Our headquarters are in Tallinn, Estonia, but most of our team members work remotely, all over the world. Our products include Toggl, Teamweek, Hundred5, and Superday.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
For what projects/services did your company hire FireArt Studio?

While doing a major overhaul of our Toggl mobile time-tracking app, we decided to try a different strategy using a landing page that represents features and offers a value proposition to users. Our vision required high-quality design and animation and a clean UX. Because our designers were working on different projects at the time, we decided to hire a design agency to take on this project and deliver a quality design within a specific timeframe, allowing our marketing campaigns to go ahead as planned.

What were your goals for this project?

We needed a unique landing page that distinguished our brand from other apps and solutions. We wanted to be able to display features on a phone mockup in a way that would stand out and drive more traffic to the page, thereby encouraging more people to download and try the app.

Our deadline for the design part of this project was rigid, as the in-house developers were already busy with other projects at our company. We needed our outside design team to react quickly, understand our feedback, and redesign based on our objectives.

Also, once we hired FireArt, they pointed out that the page needed to be designed in a way that would allow simple updates in the future. This mostly involved updating content and revising small parts of the page design while maintaining the same flow and overall look.

**SOLUTION**
How did you select this vendor?

Our team thoroughly researched vendors on Behance and Dribbble. After selecting five agencies that met our criteria, we started negotiations. We’d worked with FireArt before on a smaller project in which they designed several pages for our out-of-office remote work guide. Even though we really liked their work on that project, we wanted to give each agency a fair chance since our five options had great portfolios. After 10 days of negotiations, we narrowed our selection to three agencies before proceeding with FireArt after an extensive interview. They offered the best mix of availability and price, along with a detailed and informative proposal.

Their developers also offered to assist with the project, in case our development team wasn’t available to finish in time. This backup option combined with our positive experience collaborating with them in the past made FireArt the best fit for our important, deadline-driven project.

Describe the project in detail.

After we finalized our agreement, FireArt immediately started designing the wireframes and initial sketches based on our initial email. The next day, we received the first draft, which showed us that the whole project was moving in the right direction. As we continued the work, we maintained day-to-day communication via Slack. Every day, FireArt sent new designs and updates based on our brief, feedback, and their own ideas.

After two weeks, the design part of the landing page was done, and they started working on the animations, which were finished a week after we approved the design. During both the design and the animation process, FireArt was open to making changes and improvising certain aspects of the project when our team didn’t have ideas for promoting and showcasing certain features of the app. This assistance allowed us to finish the whole project before our official deadline and even gave us extra time to tackle bonus tasks.

What was the team composition?

We were assigned a project manager at FireArt who acted as our main point of contact and coordinator. The team included a UX designer, a character designer, and an animator. Each of these people had contributed to projects listed on FireArt’s Dribbble page, which we’d used as a reference of what we wanted to see in our project. Having the same people in charge of our project was fantastic.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Because we’ve had to delay the site’s launch due to the upcoming launch of our new app, we still can't share the link. So, we don’t have specific results of actual site traffic from the new landing page itself. However, we did use FireArt’s animations to advertise the new app through Facebook, and users are really reacting positively to these elements, resulting in a fairly low price per click.

We’ve also used FireArt’s designs and animations for two email campaigns and plan to launch more to re-engage some of our mobile users. This gave us incredible results, including a 60% open rate for both campaigns and an amazing 20% click-through rate. Additionally, we’ve received a lot of positive feedback from users who’ve contacted our customer support. We expect to promote the page made by FireArt heavily during the next year, which will boost our site traffic and app downloads.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

All four team members communicated constantly and provided punctual updates and comments. We collaborated over Slack and received weekly reports that showcased FireArt’s progress and the tasks remaining. We never had a problem communicating with FireArt. Because of our relaxed interactions, we could easily explain any changes we wanted and provide guidelines if needed. All in all, great communication paved the way for a great workflow, which resulted in a prompt delivery.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was amazed by how quickly they created the early sketches and pushed from the first draft to final deliverables in just two weeks. I can’t emphasize enough how important our deadline was and how much FireArt’s ideas helped us communicate certain features of our new app.

Since we don’t have many in-house designers, we do hire vendors from time to time. However, this collaboration with FireArt was truly an amazing experience. We’d like to hire them for future campaigns, especially because they’re expanding into areas like coding and development.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I honestly can't think of any issues. Their development team could be more involved in our future projects. FireArt is an amazing one-stop shop for web design and development.

**Feedback Summary**: FireArt Studio has a talented team that is skilled in design and illustration. Their work perfectly captured the desired look and feel and was very well received by the client. Their communication was also wonderful despite time zone differences.
""Bottom line, they are a pleasure to work with."
"

**BACKGROUND**
Please describe your company and your position there.

I’m a branding consultant/creative director and I work directly with C-suite executives, providing consulting on how they should strategize their branding and marketing.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
For what projects/services did your company hire FireArt Studio?

They helped create the visual identity of Curvature, a technology brand. At the time, Curvature was in the midst of a merger with another company called SMS.

What were your goals for this project?

The challenge was to redesign the Curvature brand so that it incorporated visual elements from the SMS brand. The purpose of this was for both companies to feel an equal part of the merger.

**SOLUTION**
How did you select this vendor?

We had worked with FireArt Studio before; we found them through our network. They are very talented designers.

Describe the project in detail.

Our process was fairly simple —we kicked off by briefing them on the project and they delivered a wide range of ideas for the first round. Subsequent to that, we did four rounds of back and forth with the client until we landed on a final brand identity. FireArt Studio did a great job of not only delivering core ideas but also showing how the ideas would be applied to marketing materials.

What was the team composition?

We had a project manager support us, plus a team of designers.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After the brand identity was completed, they helped design the look and feel of the Curvature website. The client was incredibly happy with all of the work that was submitted.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was excellent; we communicated daily via email and Skype, as well as calls or video conferences when necessary. Bottom line, they are a pleasure to work with.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They’re excellent designers and illustrators—they really get it. There's not a lot of great design talent in our industry, so FireArt Studio is a rare find.

Are there any areas for improvement?

The only challenge we had was the time zone differences, but in all honesty, that mostly played to our benefit since we'd have completed work show up in our box at the beginning of the day. It all worked out great.

**BACKGROUND**
Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the founder of Skodel, which provides an online assessment platform that allows schools to create and manage all of their assessments online.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
For what projects/services did your company hire FireArt Studio?

We are a software-as-a-service [SaaS] provider, so we had to build multiple dashboards, including personal profile dashboards and data dashboards. A lot of our data needed be translated into plain English, which had to be reflected in the designs of the dashboards. Once the product elements were complete, we asked FireArt to manage the design and implementation of our front-facing website.

What were your goals for this project?

The platform needed to have an amazing UI/UX. We operate in a data-heavy space, and we wanted provide big data in manageable chunks, adding a touch of beauty so that our users could digest the info in a much more enjoyable manner.

**SOLUTION**
How did you select this vendor?

We found FireArt on Dribbble and noticed they’d done some work for a major Australian company, Atlassian. Although FireArt has a substantial presence, they’re also nimble, and their design displays some startup qualities.

Describe the project in detail.

FireArt started with a blank canvas. We wanted them to build a website for us and design the UI for our software offering. They handled design, icons, colors, graphics, user flow, and all related tasks.

Explain how the solution addressed your business challenge.

Originally, we struggled to find a design firm that supported our developer and was easy to work with. FireArt revolutionized our site development, which had been stagnant for 8 months prior to our engagement. When FireArt took over, our developer was motivated, and our project actually got off the ground.

What was the team composition?

FireArt handled all of the design and website development for the front-facing part. Our developer implemented various designs and supported FireArt by working on the actual product.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What outcomes or results can you share that demonstrate progress and/or success?

We showed the screens to 20 principals and 40 teachers in our space, and they were simply stunned at how brilliantly the site was designed. Also, our developer said that FireArt’s designs were fantastic to work with.

How effective was the project management?

FireArt was incredibly responsive via email and would always go the extra mile to make sure we were happy. We continue to work with them today.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Without a doubt, we’re thrilled with the quality of their design.

What tips or recommendations do you have?

If you want amazing design and high-quality development, look no further.

Genre illustrations are the first thing that users see when opening the Google Play Games App. Google reached out to Fireart Studios to create the illustrations for the top game genres to make the user experience more immersive by designing user avatars. The challenge for the Fireart team was to create illustrations that correspond to the mood and voice of each game and create avatars that personalize the experience for users. Additionally, designs needed to support different screen sizes of user devices. The graphic designers opted for multi-colored animals, monsters, and aliens to hint at human emotions while feeling very separate from individual identities. The illustrations convey narrative scenes full of activity and movement. The theme used bold color statements juxtaposed with muted urban environments. Google’s result was illustrations and avatars that popped off the screen and gave users a rich and immersive experience.
