Filter designed and built our entire website, enabling the shift towards a more digital client experience from the previous clinic-only experience. Client-facing services developed and delivered included online new client registration, online appointment booking and the automation of 100+ treatment reminder communications developed centrally to support 300+ local individual clinics

Depth of website content supports high search rankings. Online enquiry forms have a high registration conversion rate whilst reducing manual clinic effort. Automated reminders communications have also reduced manual clinic effort and increased clinical compliance, client visit frequency & retention.
