Fictive Studios was supposed to build an application for my business. The project was a six-month contract, and I paid Fictive Studios. The team was supposed to deliver the complete project within those six months.

Seven different project managers worked on my project.

I found them through an online search. I chose them because the cost was reasonable.

I spent $25,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

I made my first payment on April 14, 2022. The project is still ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Despite the succession of many project managers, the app kept crashing, and the issue never got resolved. At some point, Fictive Studios stopped all communication with me. I couldn’t get anyone on the phone to keep the project going since I was paying for Amazon Web Services (AWS), and no one was answering my calls. After several months with no answer, I stopped all payments for my AWS account and sent them an email. They didn’t respond.

How did Fictive Studios perform from a project management standpoint?

Anyone who worked on my project couldn’t be reliable. We were communicating through phone and email.

What did you find most impressive or unique about them?

Fictive Studios and its employees operated under fraud and false information by deceiving their customers. A company that misleads its customers not only commits a moral violation but also damages the integrity of the marketplace, creating long-term harm that outweighs short-term gains.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It was a shame how Fictive Studios profited from their incompetence to deliver their promises.

 I was approach by Seth Chopp from FictiveStudios almost 5 years ago after contacting them about my project. The application project supposed to be a 6 months contract as it was a very straight forward with the design i provided to them. I made a payment after signing the contract agreement to start the project.
They did the wireframes, which I signed off on that and paid the rest of the money required to move forward. Things started going south after so many delays and changing the project manager because the app was crashing from the demo they presented. There were 7 different project managers who worked on the application during these 5 years periode

Despite the succession of many project managers, the crashing issue that was happening never got resolved. At some point they stopped all communication with me and i couldn't get anyone on the phone to keep the project going since i was paying for Amazon Web Service and no one was answering my calls. After a several a months no answer, i then stopped all payment for my AWS account and wrote a long review about the company on line. 
After a few months i was then approach by Bryan who supposed to be the supervisor for the previous teams that worked on my project. They proposed me to resume their work on my projects if i would take down my review about the company. 
I took down my review and they restarted the project from scrash with a different team and Brandon was the project manager until Juin 4th 2025 when he also suddenly disappeared for no reason and i can't get anyone else on the phone to talk to

Fictive Studios and its employees are operating under fraud and false information by deceiving their customers it’s a shame how theses companies like FictiveStudios are profiting from their incompetence to deliver their promises Despite all my efforts there's no one I can express my concerns

I believe Fictive Studios is registered under the name of Hashmatullah in Texas. He is from Pakistan and has a business partnership with Irfan Iqbal. They also have another business Technado in Pakistan as well
Transparency is important, in today business environment and others have the right to know how certain company continue to scam those who are trying to bring their ideas to life and become a better version for themselves, and their families. I work with FictiveStudios for 5 years and I still haven’t get what I paid for. People like Seth, Ross, Jay, Daniel, Bryan, Brandon, and Derrick just to name a few.
There’re  not who they say they are. I’m saying this from my own experience with them starting since June 2021 and they still haven’t delivered my product. After my project been handled by so many different project managers like Seth , Ross , Daniel, Brandon, and Derrick just to name a few. After so many crashes and delays by these individuals I asked to handover my application so i can have someone else work on it. 
That handover process is now being handled by Derrick. I have to pay for Copyright and Trademark registration number along with patent protection before handing over my source code or I can have them provide me the Copyright and the trademark registration number with the patent license if I paid them to do so but either way I need theses things before they can give me the source code even though I’ve been making payments on the server the code has been stored 

I have signed all the documents they sent me to sign off as the project completion and yet nothing to show that’s the kind of people they are

The company you work with, or work for after Knowing how that company gain their profits, if you continue to associate yourself with that same company then you certainly profiting from the same company conducting to their customers.

The application was suppose to be done sept of 2022. It didn’t deploy of go live until April if this year 2023. It is currently august 9 2023. They breeched my contract a long time ago. They “tried“ To make it right multiple times but wasted My time. I’ve asked this company multiple times ti REFUND my money of $15,000 I’ve paid to them. That’s not including all the the other services I’ve paid out to other companies that refuse to refund me my money. 

They have caused me to file bankruptcy at this point. They have stopped returning my emails, text messages, phone calls etc. They are “based” out of Austin Texas but are an Indian company with half of their work coming from Pakistan. They are the epitome of a scammer to the American people. Being a veteran and being burnt by them in more than one way just irritates me even more. 

I do NOT recommend this company to any one. Had they just refunded my money I wouldn’t be writing another review about them. But again they are scammers and will take Your money faster than anything and give you a shit product in return and do nothing but waste your time. They don’t care about your personal problems that they literally created. You can look up Lakoda on the App Store and the play store and look at pitiful their quality of work is.
