I’m the CEO of Islamic Journals, a journalism company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Tech Mag?

We needed help with web development.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Tech Mag developed and designed our first website. They built out the content and completed all of the technical work. The team also did SEO.

Recently, they worked on another website.

What is the team composition?

I work with Zulfiqar (Founder and CEO, Tech Mag).

How did you come to work with Tech Mag?

Zulfiqar is also from Bahawalpur, and I liked the work he had done in the past. I contacted him, and his communication was good.

How much have you invested with them?

I’ve spent $300.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in May 2019, and the work is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

It was a good experience. Tech Mag told me the website would be complete in one week, and they delivered on time.

How did Tech Mag perform from a project management standpoint?

Their communication is very good. Even if I call late at night or early in the morning, they respond. When I email them, I get a reply within minutes.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Working with Tech Mag has been a good experience.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I haven’t seen any issues with either website.
