BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I am the owner of riraen, an AI-powered AI-powered SaaS platform that uses real-time cross-platform data to create high-ranking content, identify trends, and drive audience acquisition and retention for businesses.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What specific goals or objectives did you hire falAgency to accomplish for Riraen?
I originally worked with the team behind falAgency before it was formally registered as an agency in 2026. At that time, I hired them to build the MVP for my company, including the frontend and backend of the application, as well as a supporting microservice. The collaboration was successful, and the MVP was delivered in a way that allowed us to test the market and gather early user feedback. Based on this progress, we continued working together to improve and evolve the product. We are now entering the next stage of the product, moving from MVP to a beta version, and the same team (now operating as falAgency) is continuing to support the development and iteration of the platform.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
falAgency has handled frontend, backend, and microservice development. They have played a key role in building and structuring the Riraen SaaS platform across the frontend, backend, microservices, and marketing layers. For the landing page, falAgency has designed and developed a high-converting marketing website using HTML, CSS, and Tailwind CSS. The page is optimized for performance, responsiveness, and clear messaging to effectively communicate Riraen’s value proposition and drive user acquisition. On the frontend, falAgency has built a modern, responsive user interface using React.js, TypeScript, and shadcn/ui.
This includes core user-facing features such as the rich text editor, dashboard layout, and content management interfaces for blogs, newsletters, and documentation.
The use of shadcn/ui ensures consistent, scalable UI components and a clean user experience. On the backend, falAgency has implemented a scalable architecture using Node.js, Express, and TypeScript. This covers authentication flows, API development, and MongoDB integration. Core modules include user management, content storage and retrieval, and APIs supporting real-time editing and collaboration. For the microservices layer, falAgency has designed and developed independent services to handle specialized tasks such as AI-powered content suggestions, text processing, and background jobs. These services are built to be modular and scalable, enabling Riraen to expand features like AI agents, content analysis, and automation workflows without impacting the core system.
Additionally, falAgency supports integrations with third-party services and APIs, ensuring flexibility and future scalability of the platform. Overall, falAgency has delivered a robust, full-stack SaaS foundation aligned with Riraen’s vision of AI-powered content creation and management.
How did you come to work with falAgency?
We had a face-to-face meeting with them. We chose them because their pricing fit our budget, they had a great culture fit, they offered good value for the cost, and their company values aligned with ours.
How much have you invested with them?
We have spent around $20,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We began working with the team in August 2025 before falAgency was formally registered as an agency. The engagement is ongoing, and we are currently collaborating on the next phase of the product, moving from MVP to a beta version with expanded features and improvements.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Our collaboration with falAgency has delivered measurable outcomes that validate both the product and market direction. Most importantly, we have been able to launch a functional MVP quickly and begin real market testing. This has allowed us to gather user feedback early, identify gaps, and make informed decisions on how to pivot and refine the product.
In addition, the platform has successfully attracted its first set of users, with customers signing up to use the product shortly after launch. This early traction demonstrates initial demand and confirms that the core value proposition resonates with our target audience. Overall, the project has enabled us to move from concept to real user validation, gain actionable insights, and establish early adoption key indicators of progress for a SaaS product at this stage.
After launching the MVP, we onboarded around 20–50 users, with several active users consistently engaging with the product. This early traction helped validate interest and provided valuable feedback for iteration. We also gathered direct user feedback during this phase, which provided valuable insights into user behavior, feature expectations, and usability improvements. These insights enabled us to make informed decisions and pivot certain aspects of the product to better align with market needs.

In addition, they contributed to modular microservices that support AI-powered features such as content suggestions, text processing, and background workflows, enabling the foundation for Riraen’s AI agent capabilities.
How did falAgency perform from a project management standpoint?
falAgency’s project management is both structured and flexible. They maintain clear timelines and consistent communication while also adapting quickly to evolving product requirements. The MVP has been delivered within the expected timeframe, allowing us to launch, gather feedback, and iterate without unnecessary delays.
What did you find most impressive about them?
What stands out most about working with falAgency is their clear and consistent communication. Throughout the project, they ensure alignment at every stage, provide regular updates, and are highly responsive to feedback. This makes the development process smooth, transparent, and efficient, especially during key decision-making moments.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Overall, the experience has been very positive. If anything, one area they could improve is providing even more detailed documentation or onboarding materials earlier in the process, which would make it easier to transition or scale the product internally. That said, falAgency is highly responsive and always available to clarify anything when needed.
