I’m the CEO of Booker, a travel agency in Split, Croatia. We offer customized tours, private transfers, luxury charters, and premium private experiences focused on adventure, culture, and gastronomy along the Dalmatian coast.

Workspace has managed our website redesign, site structure optimization, and visual design updates. The main deliverables have included a fully redesigned website, along with detailed wireframes and high-fidelity UI designs. Workspace has also provided updated branding elements to ensure a consistent and modern visual identity. In addition, they’ve delivered a fully responsive design optimized for both desktop and mobile devices.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Although our project is still ongoing, we’re very satisfied with the progress so far, especially with the new website design. The updated look and improved UX already represent a significant step forward for our brand and how we present our customized travel services. We’ve received positive feedback from people who have seen our new website. The updated design has been well received and reflects a more modern and professional image of our customized travel services.

Workspace’s project management has been very professional and well-structured. Communication has been clear throughout the process, and they’ve been responsive and easy to collaborate with. As the project is still ongoing, all key milestones so far have been delivered on time, and we’re satisfied with the overall progress.

What has impressed us is Workspace’s ability to understand our needs and translate them into an effective design. Their attention to detail, combined with a strong sense of UX, has made the entire process very smooth and collaborative.

This review was published one day after we issued a formal notice to the client regarding breach of contractual obligations, including the dissemination of false claims about our company to third parties.

All project deliverables — the Boat4You platform and five associated websites — were completed, deployed to production, and are fully operational. Complete source code and technical documentation were delivered to the client. All contractual payment milestones, including the final phase tied to full delivery, were fulfilled by the client.

We needed help creating a crypto portal for our cryptocurrency to engage the community better.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Workspace designed and developed our portal from the initial idea to deployment. The team also gave us suggestions about community engagement. The portal included a login system, a landing page, API connections to other crypto platforms, financial analysis of the currency, and a newsletter.
