The goal was to develop an MVP for IOS and Android. We started off designing the front end UI/UX with their design team. Once the front end was built and everyone had a clear image of the product, we started the back end. We needed to integrate AR, google maps API, and multiple payment solutions. We now have a working MVP and are in the process of raising venture capital.

We provided Interexy with the layout and for the work flow of the design. Next we worked from the conceptual phase, to design, and development. This included 2 development phases of a app and then a website that were both connected.

A project manager was assigned to the team to meet with weekly to discuss progress and help needs. The rest of the team included a backend, front end, and QA tester

After a year of development, an app and website was created in tandem for the work included in the contract. The deliverables met expectations.

Initially, it was off to a rocky start, and it seemed like there was a disconnect between our team and the project team. Our next project manager seemed to have more insight into app development, and they communicated well with both parties to keep us on the same page.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were very patient with us being new to app development. They were also knowledgeable about designs and the tools needed to be integrated to complete the work.

Budget management for the work requested, attrition of key players on the project team, & communication on invoice of payments in a timely manner with relation the the work flow

The project team is amazing and we have no issues with them. However, we did face issues with Interexety management and client handling. This is an area they will need to watch out for because its a costly element to do mistakes in.

A mobile app that extends that functionality of a popular business accounting platform. It connects to the app using the platform's api, with all connections done automatically on the backend. The AMS team also built out an sdk for the app to have a user and admin system complete with a user permission page. The admin and users can be billed monthly through the Google Play and iOS app stores. .

What was the team composition?

Project manger along with a lead developer for Android and a lead developer for iOS.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The team has hit all deadlines with clean versions of the app at each milestone for testing.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very good, it is just me on my side which was all the more important to have a strong third party partner. They are very responsive to my needs and are very effective with their communication. I've never had to wait long for response and any questions or concerns are addressed almost immediately. .

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their knowledge of app development, not just the app itself but the process. And also responsiveness to my needs, any changes or suggestions are met with an open minded approach. They clearly want to listen and address their customer's needs, all with a very positive attitude!

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Communication, expertise, willingness to complete the project at the set bid. When a deliverable took longer than they expected they did not charge for their over hours. This was fantastic.
