Our website was created 25 years ago and was in great need of updating. So we hired F5 Studio to modernize our design for us. By doing this we were able to include 25 years of our history and provide more video features.

We looked for a web design company in Ukraine so that they could relate to our cause - which includes providing humanitarian assistance in Ukraine and because of the affordable price and excellent referrals from others.

After a series of Viber meetings to discuss our project, we collaborated in the upgrade of our existing webpage. We received a new design of the website with improved page layout along with additional photos and video. They made improvements in our logo design and added a donation feature. They used Figma.com which allowed us to finalize the website together.

We worked through the project manager who coordinated with his team. We found it helpful to have one person to communicate with.

Many have given positive feedback on the modern design and easy flow of the content pages. We now have a donation button for the convenience of our donors.

The project manager was easy to communicate with and provided frequent updates. we had communication mainly through Viber and email. Everything was delivered in a timely manner.

F5 Studio paid great attention to every detail and were very accommodating with redesigning our web site. They went above and beyond to make sure that the site was exactly what we had envisioned. From start to finish there was always a strong level of respect & understanding for the goal of our website. Working closely with Maxim really took our website to the next level!!

Their skill set in web design met all of our expectations. We plan to use them for another web design project. We are very happy with the results and would recommend them to anyone trying to build a business website.

F5 Studio's specialists researched to create a detailed scope of tasks. They developed the content concept, defined the main channels of content distribution, and worked with review business sites. First, F5 Studio focused on valuable content creation that attracts customers and increases brand-related mentions on the web (web search, social media, forums, and specific crypto platforms). In parallel, they improved our company's social media accounts, registered company accounts on forums and platforms, and social media groups (on Facebook and Linkedin). I can say F5 Studio created a memorable persona for our company that was very good at getting people to believe us. Additionally, we quickly got high visibility for brand-related queries in Google Search (it took a month). Second, F5 Studio's team surveyed first clients to know more about their experience. It allowed us to improve our services and add some features. Then, F5 Studio's specialist studied our clients again. When F5 Studio's marketers found that clients got a positive experience, they sent personal invitations that asked clients to leave reviews on the most popular customer review platforms. In this way, we collected positive customer reviews that improved our reputation and attracted customers from online business review sites. So, F5 Studio created three articles per week, shared them, answered comments on forums and social media, and provided great Twitter threads. Also, our marketing team has seen our brand visibility on the web. On the day we started our cooperation with F5 Studio, we used brand-related queries and found the link to our crypto exchange on the second page of Google SERP. Now, when we use brand-related queries, we can see a link to the crypto exchange on #1, and the other nine lines are links to web sources where our company was mentioned, including customer review platforms.
