• After UAT, We tested this application under heavy users load using performance test metrics, application working very well under all stress and load testing factors. Application is able to handle 100k users at any point of time in stress testing
• At present we are doing digital marketing and getting users downloads and new users every day and our application working perfectly with all new users
• Admin panel is very fast and within seconds we can load it the web interface

Initially, at the beginning of the project, they have given a sprint-wise project management and project delivery plan. They followed the same plan and delivered all committed deliverables as per the plan. Whenever we requested change requests or additional features, they accommodated them all without much cost. They respond very quickly to our requests and are able to solve any production issues within four hours turnaround time.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We focused on timely deliveries and app compatibility when measuring the success of the project. It was critical that the app work across a range of devices since the customer base used iOS and Android devices. Thankfully, the bug-free app features worked seamlessly across all mobile and web devices. 

If there were any bugs, Henote Technologies’ team was quick to identify and rectify them.

The project manager and account manager were very good at marking out deadlines. We use emails and a dedicated Slack channel to communicate. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Henote Technologies’ quality of work and dedication to our timelines were outstanding. Communication between us was transparent. Initially, we thought the project costs were a bit high. Still, there were a lot of deliverables, and considering we got six months of maintenance, the costs ended up being very reasonable. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I had to put pressure on them to get examples of the work they’d done before when initially talking about starting a partnership. I think if they more readily provided examples of similar projects, it would be more obvious how strong their skills are.

Communication with Henote Technologies needs to be very transparent. They had an initial stumble when first starting the project, and we had to push them to communicate, but they took our feedback well and improved their processes. However, customers need to continue to push for open communication.

We work on Aglie methodology and expected the consultant to follow the same. Attending scrums and work on tasks allocated to them with estimates. Their knowledge and understanding of retail and e-commerce were impressive. specifically. with Magento, combined with good coding practices.

We did have bumpy start, but soon all the starting issues are ironed out and once the consultant started to deliver in timely fashion. We would expect them to continue with the same standards/communication we currently got.

We hired Henote Technologies as developers and we worked with them on the machine learning side of our project.

What was the scope of their involvement?

It was a data science project, so it was a mix of fixed cost and some of their professional services, as well. We worked with a few of their developers on building some of our machine learning models. We worked with them for 8–9 months until we had our beta launch. We started off small with them and it ended up becoming a big team.

Initially, we started by defining the scope followed by monthly and quarterly deliverables. We liked their work, so we extended the project with them and started working with their developers as well — the whole project turned into more of a resource-based engagement. Some of the modules were already built internally by our team, but we onboarded them in the middle, so they helped us build some from scratch. 

They helped us build applications, initially, and then they helped us build machine learning models, as well, with a focus on retail. End to end, their services revolved around product development, as well as testing services and helping us with the deployment of the product. 

Until we had our beta launch, they provided us with complete support. Python and ReactJS were a couple of the technologies we used their skill sets for.

The project was successful. We measured their success around the deliverables that we received. Looking at the subsequent launch of the product, all of the deliverables were on time and there were hardly any missed deadlines. 

How did Henote Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

We were very particular in terms of the project management tools we were using — we wanted them to use Jira and as well as our internal project management tool. Once we gave them access to it, they used the tool. 

We communicated with them on a daily basis. There was a Slack channel for communicating within the teams. We also had an internal team that worked directly with them, too. Henote Technologies gave us a report every fortnight in terms of their overall activity. They also pushed the code on a weekly basis. We had a good engagement and their team was solid — they really supported us.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The technical skillset of the team was really great. The teammates we worked with were amazing and skilled developers. They were an excellent, professional team. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could have been more of a solution provider. We used to tell them exactly what we wanted, and then they developed it. If they were in a position to suggest what could’ve been better, that would have been good for us. However, we wanted what we wanted, and they developed that for us.

Henote Technologies was very good on the retail side, so if someone is looking for an end-to-end retail solution, I think they are the best team for it. They are really good at DevOps, as well, in terms of the process they follow and the complete code development.
