I provided them the content to reflect who we are and what are our offerings, which they updated on the site and added a few forms as per the requirements.

After launching our site and app, we saw good growth of visitors to the website and app with monthly registrations from customers and businesses from different domains. The customers and businesses love the features of the web and mobile app they built, and we're taking their feedback to improve it further.

We had daily stand-ups with their IT director, who communicated with the rest of the team. If there were any delays, they let us know ahead of time to prepare. We used Slack, Jira, and GitHub to coordinate, and they worked well with my team and me here.

They gave us a professional website and app that's easy to manage with a great admin panel. My team had never worked with technologies like React before, so they took the time to explain things wherever we asked them to. Throughout, they were very transparent and quick to respond.

When we first launched, there were some minor bugs. We let them know, and they were quick to fix the issues.

The website and app gave us a proper platform to sell directly. Managing products and inventory became easy with the CMS. The customer experience on checkout was smooth, and we got good feedback on that. It set a solid foundation for our online business.Since the launch, the website has been running smoothly without any technical issues. Orders are coming in consistently, and the app has decent downloads for our stage. We’ve received around 200+ orders through the website since the launch. App downloads are still growing. Although we don’t have huge numbers, we’re satisfied with the start.

Project management was decent. They had a clear process and kept us updated. Delivery was mostly on time, with minor delays here and there, but nothing that caused a big issue. Overall, it was a smooth experience. We communicated via in-person meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

They understood our brand aesthetic well. For a tea brand, the look and feel matter a lot, and they got that without us having to explain too much. The website feels clean and matches what Dharaayin stands for.

We achieved working end-to-end AI meal recognition and nutrition analysis, which allowed users to scan or input meals and receive structured dietary insights in real time. This validated the core AI workflow in a live environment rather than just in development. 

Post-launch, we were able to onboard initial users and collect real usage data, which confirmed strong engagement with the scanning and tracking features. The system also performed reliably under early usage, with stable API responses and consistent AI outputs across different inputs. 

Overall, the biggest measurable outcome was moving from concept to a validated, working AI product that is actively being tested with real users and generating actionable product insights for the next phase of development.
