We needed a multi vendor ecommerce portal where multiple sellers could list and sell their products. EitBiz handled the complete development. They built the vendor dashboard, product listing system, order management and payment integration. Frontend was also done by them. Pretty much everything from scratch.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After the portal went live we onboarded multiple vendors within first few weeks itself. Orders started coming in and the platform was handling it smoothly. No major technical issues after launch which was a relief honestly.

They had a proper process. Regular updates were shared and we always knew what was happening. Delivery was mostly on time. Whenever we raised something they responded quickly. Overall managed it well.

Testing could have been more thorough before handover. We found few small bugs ourselves after launch. Not big issues but would have been better if caught earlier

We needed a website and an android app for our wellness center. Our clients had to book sessions, check our services and access courses, so we needed something simple and easy to use. We mainly hired Eitbiz to develop our Android app, plus also got our website built by them.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After the app launched our session bookings increased noticeably. Earlier clients used to call or message on whatsapp for everything. Now most of them just use the app directly. Course enrollments also went up because everything is visible in one place. Drop in repetitive queries from clients too which saved our team a lot of time.

Communication was mostly on whatsapp and email. They had one dedicated person handling us which made things easy. No confusion about who to contact. Timeline was mostly fine. There were some small delays but they informed us in advance so it was not a problem. Whenever we asked for changes they took it up quickly

Timelines could be a bit more strict. Nothing too big but would have been better if it was on time.
