We’ve onboarded several hotels in the UK that are actively using the platform to manage their lost and found process. The system has helped reduce manual work for hotel staff by centralizing all requests in one dashboard, which saves time compared to traditional methods.

We’ve also started receiving guest recovery requests through the platform, showing that the booking flow is working as expected. Early feedback from hotels has been positive, especially around ease of use and time savings.

As we continue onboarding more hotels, we expect these numbers to grow steadily. The platform is stable and scalable, which gives us the confidence to expand and onboard more hotels going forward.
