I am the founder and CEO of Amplio Learning Technologies, a SaaS company leading a revolution in the Special Education space.

Extra Mind PR was hired to strengthen the company's position in the Israeli ecosystem, focusing on employer branding.

How did you select this vendor?

We interviewed several companies. Extra Mind seemed to be very direct and focused and made it to the shortlist. We received excellent references on Extra Mind from trusted sources. Extra Mind also presented a short term plan, which made it easier for us to "try and buy".

Tali and the team interviewed various people in the organization, to come out with key assets and speakers. Soon after, they suggested a few Israeli outlets, which we could feature on. It didn't take long before Amplio was out there, gaining attention from potential employees, as well as investors and partners. Within a few months we appeared in top-notch places - covers of leading journals, full length articles, TV shows, awards, in Hebrew and in English.

Tali led the work. We worked with additional 2-3 people on the team, who secured the opportunities and helped in drafting the messaging and language.

Hiring in 2021 was tough. We had to compete with employers, who raised mega-rounds of $100M's. Getting attention from the press was as difficult. With Extra Mind's help, Amplio became a synonym to hyper-growth and technological-impact. Our candidates' pipeline grew tremendously, without paying head hunters and recruiters. Top-league PE firms contacted us on a regular basis. Employee's pride skyrocketed.

Extra Mind created quick and excellent PR opportunities for Amplio. In our case, the content was mostly provided by Amplio.
