We noticed the difference almost immediately in sales calls. The video gave prospects enough context to understand the product before the demo, so our conversations moved into actual business problems much faster. We also used it during a conference where we had very little time to explain the product to visitors.

Our problem was not really the video. It was that none of us could agree on how to explain the product in the first place. We gave Explainly a lot of material, including product notes, sales decks, and a demo, and they helped us cut through all of it. The project covered the script, storyboard, illustrations, animation, voiceover, and final editing. We also asked them to create a shorter cut for our sales team.

The finished video is now used on our homepage and in nearly every first sales conversation. More importantly, our salespeople stopped having to spend the first few minutes explaining what category our product belongs in. Prospects seem to arrive with a much better understanding of the product.
