I was pleasantly surprised by their professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail. Overall, the video looked nice and did a good job of representing our business.

Overall, I would say that I had a great experience working with them and I was happy with the service provided. If there is one thing that could be improved, it would be the fact that it would be great to offer a couple more ideas at the very beginning of the project. Otherwise, I can say that their communication was great, as well as delivery times and the overall quality.

Their team led discovery workshops, refined our messaging, wrote the script, created storyboards, designed custom animations, recorded professional voiceovers, and delivered multiple versions for our website, sales team, and social channels. They challenged several assumptions in our original messaging, which ultimately made the final video much stronger.

More alternate animation styles during the concept phase would have given us additional creative options, although we were very pleased with the final result.
