Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

ECG has helped us stand up new pages of our website with guidance on design and content strategy - most notably, a complete revamp of the 'About us' page to highlight our mission and founder story for customers and investors. They did a detailed kickoff with us to understand what makes our business tick and what's important to customers, presented wireframes and high level content strategy, and then executed delivery on the site. We could not be more thrilled with the results! 

Alongside this effort, they developed a completely new Voice & Tone guide for us so that we can speak the language that resonates with our customers in all channels; revamped our Corporate Slidedeck so we are more nimble in delivering pitches to our partners; and created our first Social Media ads from scratch. Each step has been highly collaborative and fast delivery.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were able to increase page views and time on site for About Us by 20%, which is key during this point of our fundraising journey.

They are highly collaborative, communicate on progress regularly, and deliver on time. They were able to adapt to our company preference to use Slack and Notion as collaboration tools, and they work seamlessly with our team. The team responds to questions and comments within the same business day and is always open to feedback. They make everything feel easy!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

For me the most important thing is that Expand Creative Group is very good at what they do. Reviews of deliverables are easy because the first draft is 90% there and I always feel like they get it and provide something better than I could have imagined. They are operators who have been there, done that and it's a pleasure to see their work and consistently be delighted with the outputs. 

I have a lot of other things to manage in my role at a startup, and having a team like this that just delivers (vs other agencies I've worked with that suck up my time managing the work) increases our productivity greatly!
