The measurable outcomes from the project with Exec9 were clear and impactful:

Dashboard delivery time: We went from initial concept to a fully functional client dashboard in just under 4 weeks. 
User adoption: Within the first month post-launch, over 85% of our clients transitioned to the new dashboard, with positive feedback on usability.

Exec9’s project management was outstanding, especially thanks to Ahmad and Inaam. They were both incredibly professional, organized, and proactive from start to finish. Each project milestone was delivered on time — often even earlier than expected.

They were highly responsive to our needs, always available to answer questions or adjust priorities when needed. Their flexibility, speed, and attention to detail made the collaboration smooth and efficient. Truly a pleasure to work with.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed us most about Exec9 was how consistently reachable and responsive they were. No matter the time or day, Ahmad and Inaam were always available to answer questions, provide updates, or jump in on urgent needs, even today ! 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Exec9 could have done differently?

Overall, we were extremely happy with Exec9’s work. If there’s one area for potential improvement, it might be to implement a bit more structured documentation throughout the development process — just to make handovers and future updates even smoother. 
That said, their flexibility and responsiveness more than made up for it, and we always felt supported at every stage.

I’m the founder of PodOps, a software company. We provide an all-in-one solution for creators to host, record, edit, and market their video and audio podcasts.

We needed support with ad hoc development work. Our goal was to enhance the speed of our software platform.

Exec9 has provided support for a large number of development services. The team has worked on rebuilding our video recording platform and developing new components. Exec9 has also developed an SMS and email marketing platform with SendGrid and Twilio integrations, along with UX design and build. Additionally, the team has created a tool to design and edit audio and video soundbites that can be shared across social media, and they’ve enhanced our podcast hosting platforms.

We’ve worked with four teammates from Exec9, but this number varies at times.

I found Exec9 through an online search. I chose them because I needed a team that could provide support for a large number of development services, respond quickly, and have a high level of expertise.

We began working together in May 2025, and the engagement is ongoing.

Exec9 has delivered a faster site, and we’ve added more features. We continue to iterate and improve to enhance the user experience.

How did Exec9 perform from a project management standpoint?

Exec9 delivers on time or lets me know if there’s going to be a delay. The team works long hours to remain on schedule and avoid timeline issues. We communicate via WhatsApp and have check-in calls to review the current project, what’s completed, what’s in progress, any open items and issues on the Trello board, and next steps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m impressed with the amount of time and effort Exec9 puts into delivering a quality product.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We haven’t had many issues. Typically, the issue is that I have more work requests than there’s time in a day.

The project is long over-due. This means I had to re-plan certain aspects. That being said, there has also been input and feedback from me that has prolonged the project. They have been very helpful with providing insights and in trying to understand my needs and requests.

The project delivered clear, measurable results. After launching the website, we saw a significant increase in the number of customer orders placed directly online, reducing the need for manual communication. Order processing time decreased thanks to automation, and our team was able to handle more requests with fewer errors. We also noticed improved customer satisfaction, as users could now track their shipments and manage their orders independently. Overall, the website helped us scale operations more efficiently and gave the business a more professional and trustworthy image.

Exec9’s project management was impressive. They followed a clear plan and kept us updated throughout each phase. The initial planning took about a month, and the first version of the website was delivered on time after a month and a half of development. They were very responsive to our needs—whenever we requested changes or updates, they acted quickly and communicated clearly. Even after launch, they’ve continued to provide reliable support and improvements, which shows their long-term commitment to the project.

Their technical skills were strong, but what really impressed us was their responsiveness, flexibility, and willingness to keep improving the platform even after launch.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Exec9 could have done differently?

Overall, we’re very satisfied with Exec9’s work, but like any project, there’s always room for improvement. In the early stages, clearer documentation and timelines would have helped us plan internally a bit better. At times, we also felt that follow-ups on minor requests could’ve been a bit faster. That said, they always delivered when it mattered and were open to feedback, which made a big difference.
