Our main task with Exato Software was workflow automation and coordination. The health care industry is extremely disjointed, and communication isn’t very efficient. Our focus was on creating an app that would help coordinate the events around a person’s care and get them accomplished in a timelier manner. The app will track communications in real time and make the system more accountable.

There were four people that worked with me before and during the developemnt. Their positions were Project Manager, 1 Sr. Developer, 1 Jr. Developer and 1 designer.

My clients gave me a very positive feedback about website. They were able to calculate their tax by providing details and also verify their calculation online. It is already bringing new leads every day as people can log on to websote easily through phone.

They use Agile methodology for project menegagement. I was aware of the development on day to day basis. The design and other documents were also reguolarly discussed with me before finalizing.

The kind of understanding they developed during the development about problems of client and my objective was heartening. Our communication improved with every passing day as they were able to pick crucial points easily and deliver perfectly.

The testing of every release is done very diligently which at times takes extra time. I would recommend them to find a shorter way of doing it without compromising the quality, if possible.

Our Site has been developed in Dotnet. The design and development were not very difficult as it is a simple site but making it rank higher on Google and other search engines was.

The site was ready ad launched within the timeline we asked. In a duration of three months we could see the site ranking higher on search engines, we also started to get leads and queries as they took care of social media marketing as well.

They shared the Analytical tools and other kinds of dashboards to let us check the progress. They had to innovate and change their strategy pretty frequently to popularize the site which we were always aware of. The project manager was available for a minimum of 8 hours on phone/skype and email for us to clarify any doubts.

Their work culture is exemplary. We knew that our project is not very high-end in terms of money but their professionalism was flawless, and they kept every promise diligently.

They have a process that is to be followed if we suggest any change. everything has to go down on paper and approved before it is implemented. here they can probably cut down the process to make it quicker.

We wanted a website where people can start a fundraiser and can receive money online from donors to help an individual, organization, community, or group.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Exato Software suggested an interactive website that would provide all the details of our work. This website acts as a bridge between donors, our organization and people, communities ad societies in need. It will also have a secured payment gateway to get donations from donors all over the world. This site will also give details of ongoing social work and the ones for which we need support.

We had a clear imagination of the portal, Exato Software had to implement it into reality, mitigating all the risk factors involved, keeping interface easy to use and understand, and maintaining strict adherence to government policies and regulations.

They produced wireframes and designs for our approval and documented the logical flow of the project to make us understand the way real project is supposed to work. They placed proper content over website to guide a user to let him complete the process smoothly. They have tried sincerely to keep forms and other details simple, clear and precise. They also ensured implementation of security protocols to keep users and donor’s privacy and safety guaranteed.

The portal is in Laravel and SQL and can handle multiple fundraisers for multiple causes at any single point of time. Any donor can select fundraiser of his/her choice and donate money online through payment gateway. Any needy can start a fundraiser by providing necessary documents and details and urge donors for monetary support through our platform.

Our platform can flash a new fundraiser to thousands of regular donors and even more occasional donors in a second which makes raising money for a pious cause easy, simple and secured.

The designs they produced were simple but leave no scope for avoidance of any policy, protocol, or regulation. The easy interface design that allows even a layman to start fundraiser or donate money was awesome that exceeded our expectation. The beta version released before launch to general users brought pleasing feedback.

Their Agile/Scrum methodology kept us updated throughout development process. We had time to check and verify every development and project got completed smoothly. Their feedback, incorporation, and report system ensured timely completion of the beta version and final project. They also showed great flexibility in handling small changes and suggestions.

Their ability to understand and imagine the project from every standpoint – user, donor and portal owner. Their suggestions were most of the time very impressive and effective. Their punctuality, sincerity and innovativeness were very special which I needed dearly to complete a project like this one.

They put lot of energy in doing the paperwork and urge customer to do so. No verbal conversation holds any authority unless it has been conveyed through a mail or a document. May be software development can go smoothly only when points are there on the paper or it is helpful for them to assign task to members of their team if they have even small requirements and changes on paper.

We had an idea for a staffing solution to help companies daily. We wanted to save time by automating the process.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Exato Software is helping us build our project that will be done in three phases. There was an initial design, and when we presented our idea, they came up with a different approach and design that was more scalable. We adopted that in phase one.

We’re using Angular, .NET, and SQL server. Right now, the data is a manual process. We're asking end users of businesses to catch the data manually. For the next milestone, we plan to use an AI or a kind of API that can read the data itself. Someone can upload the document, and we should be able to read the document.

I’ll be able to upload a resume to one of the websites and be able to get 60-80% data in that prefill format. That’s going to save time rather than inputting the data from scratch. In phase two, we’re working on automating the process. In phase three, we’re going to include our timesheet process. It will be a time tracking application for staffing companies.

Currently, we’re completing the first phase and moving to phase two. We’ve received the final code and documentation and the technical design document from them.

I interact with the project manager. There’s a UX designer, a TechOps person, a database person, and four developers.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Their team came up with a template design approach that I really like. They took interest in our solution, making suggestions. We released the beta to one of the companies, and they started using it. So far, they like it. After we complete phase two, we should be able to go into the market.

Their project management style is good. They’re helpful with the small changes we request. We use Jira, and we gave them a draft. They put all of the user stories in Jira. Each week, we have a checkpoint meeting.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I like our partnership. When we gave them our initial requirements, their team came up with the design idea. They have a timely response. When I go through the demo and had questions for them before presenting it to customers, they helped out jumped on the call. They try to accommodate us.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The only thing is to not focus on too much documentation because it’s going to be multiple phases. I understand that because it’s a fixed budget project, they wanted to make sure any changes are documented so they can identify it later on. We were able to resolve that, and I’m completely satisfied with what they’ve done.

You should take their partnership. Clients will benefit by going with them. Be clear upfront on what your plan, goals, and timelines are.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We asked Exato Software to develop our new website in addition to fixing the analytics that weren't working. The new website was built from scratch — it is a one-page site built on WordPress. We also provided them with all the designs and graphics to implement into the site.

They fixed the different analytics on the site and ensured Google Analytics will work well. They made it so the different goals are being reported properly and we can use Hotjar for recording it, which wasn’t working before.

We only interfaced with the CEO. I know there were some developers, but I don’t know how many resources they put on the project.

They were referred to us by one of our shareholders. We had a limited budget and had asked for a few quotes and references, and their quote was much lower than the others. We decided to go with them because we felt they had the most cost-effective proposal.

The quality of the website is very good, and it is working fine. They delivered it on time and allowed more iterations than we anticipated due to changing our strategy during development. We had to make some adjustments, but they were extremely flexible in accepting those changes and delivered quality results in the end.

It wasn’t a complex project, but we didn’t have any problems with their project management performance. We communicated mainly through email, Skype, and WhatsApp.

They were a very cost-effective and flexible team to work with. The best quote we had was 10 times higher than what we spent with them.

It wasn’t a major issue, but they could have been a bit more driven on some solutions. They were very flexible, but they could have shown a bit more leadership.
