Exaltare was tasked with developing a web-app on a nodejs backend and react front-end that would display & generate water consumption reports for one of India's largest automobile manufacturer. Data from 60+ water flow meters was made available in a database hosted on AWS. The web-app was deployed on an EC2 instance & was made available to us on a web-url.

TAT (Turn Around Time): Exaltare had a remarkably low TAT, which resulted in changes being deployed as quickly as possible, some even within a few days.

Exaltare had a SPOC (Single Point of Contact) assigned, with a clearly marked escalation matrix. Most deliveries were made well before time. They were remarkably prompt in responding to our changing needs.

Exaltare provided a dedicated staff to oversee the development thru delivery. While some projects took longer than expected, mostly due to constraints not known at the onset of the project, Exaltare ensured that all our queries were responded to, by providing additional resources whenever required. Most of all, Exaltare's testing team performed splendidly and helped us by a huge amount in stabilising our product.

With Exaltare our online sells grew from 0 to 350% in 1 year. Now we are able to ship all over country within weeks and hassle free.

Exaltare is crystal clear about the communication. They know how to say NO and suggested the right solutions for the problems. I am happy that I followed their advice and implementation solution. Now online sales is a Major part of our business.

The choice of the platform was the good starting point. And the way they provide the support and maintain for the site is great. We get weekly updates for the site, monthly visitors reports, sales reports on time. The most unique thing about is they know what the customer wants and give the exact same delivery. No more and No less than expected.

I’m the director of operations for iAQUA, a company based in Hong Kong that manufactures underwater diving scooters. Currently, we sell our products across 43 countries and are present on every continent.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Exaltare has worked on various projects for us, and they’ve used several technologies. First, they developed our WordPress website, implemented data hosting systems for our website and email service, and helped us set up a Cloud-based server that collects data from every one of our scooters.

Additionally, they’ve helped us with content for YouTube and Instagram, developed a user-facing app for Android and iOS, implemented all of our APIs, and worked on device code for our screens and main processors.

We provide them with our requirements and all the necessary documentation for each project, including the legal documents. During the process, we collaborate and discuss any changes that need to be implemented.

We interact with four people: Ashutosh (CEO), who is my main point of contact, Parag (Delivery Manager), Suraj (Software Developer), and another developer.

Exaltare has completed every project given to them and developed what we’ve requested. They work at an impressive pace and, overall, the quality is good. They quickly fix any issues that arise, and when we ask for something to be implemented, it usually happens within 24 hours. We’re satisfied with the services that they provide us.

How did Exaltare perform from a project management standpoint?

Exaltare’s team is always available to answer the phone and get things done upon request. They’re extremely responsive, transparent, and consistent. The communication with them is perfect; we use WhatsApp, email, and Zoom. Additionally, they’re proactive, keeping us informed of any issues that they’re working on.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Exaltare’s communication and fast response are excellent — those are their two main strengths.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It would be good if they did an extra review before submitting their work. For example, their fast-paced work sometimes results in a lack of attention to detail in graphics.

Exaltare offers a lot of services, is responsive, and will give you their best estimate on the timeframe for your project. If you need a change or have a question, give them a call; they’ll pay attention to your needs.
