In the second phase, they led the migration to a modern and scalable architecture based on Next.js and Ionic, developing a multiplatform digital ecosystem with a website, PWA, and mobile apps for iOS and Android. The scope included migrating users, products, and orders; advanced integration with our CRM for customer and order workflows; automated notifications and document generation; performance and SEO optimization; and publication on the App Store and Google Play.
