EvolutecC supported us through two strategic phases. In the first phase, they redesigned and optimized our e-commerce platform on WordPress and WooCommerce, correcting functional errors (including user registration), improving the interface, and giving the local team greater autonomy in content management. In the second phase, they led the migration to a modern and scalable architecture based on Next.js and Ionic, developing a multiplatform digital ecosystem with a website, PWA, and mobile apps for iOS and Android. The scope included migrating users, products, and orders; advanced integration with our CRM for customer and order workflows; automated notifications and document generation; performance and SEO optimization; and publication on the App Store and Google Play. We currently continue working with EvolutecC through a monthly support agreement for maintenance, evolutionary adjustments, and continuous improvement of the digital channel.

Following the launch, we have also received ongoing technical support and preventative maintenance.

The main result was a functional, clear, and user-centered website that facilitates access to key information about the road corridor and customer service channels.
