Please describe your company and your position there.

CUE uses ultrasonic, inaudible sound to connect you to your audience without having to rely on Wi-Fi, Bluetooth or cellular service – or any additional hardware. I am the founder.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Ever Technologies?

To assist with the creation of our client portal to improve our scalability.

What were your goals for this project?

To work with existing microservices and APIs, using our existing tech stack, in order to automate the majority of our client work.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We engaged some of their developers on an hourly basis to assist with small problems in order to judge competency. From there, we increased their roles and responsibilities.

Client portal development using Angular 5 and Dotnet on our AWS infrastructure.

What was the team composition?

We worked with a team of five, varying depending on whether the work was frontend or backend.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We were able to cost effectively build out our client portal, rapidly scale our company, and automate most of our client work.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Founder of our company (myself) was project owner. Our internal portal engineer managed the project and scoped out work for Ever team. Tasks were broken down into individual tasks on Trello and weekly progress calls were scheduled.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They have high-quality front-end work and are very responsive on Slack.

They work very effectively.
