Please include a summary of key deliverables.Euvic was engaged to automate the reporting business processes and serve them up in a user-friendly cloud-based portal that was designed and built from scratch. The portal is called Time By The Minute.  The work kicked off with a workshop led by Euvic’s technical delivery team with Team By The Minute’s Head of Customer Success, CEO, and Head of Operations. Through this workshop, Euvic produced a requirements document that laid out what was needed to develop the solution.  Euvic investigated the integration requirements with Team By The Minute’s other third-party software platforms and delivered a solution proposal including recommended technical architecture, wireframes and UX/UI along with design options for the user interface (GUI). Euvic designed the solution, including requirements gathering and analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support. Once Time By The Minute was deployed, Euvic trained Team By The Minute’s internal IT team on using and managing the tool. This upskilled Team By The Minute’s employees and gave the company flexibility for how to engage with Euvic for long-term maintenance, if needed. Technology:The workshops revealed 11 portal requirements:Registration with email and passcode verification (Data verified with Totango system)Login with Multi Factor Authentication via email.Add new users to account as an observer (Access to portal in read-only mode)Check usage and overage fees if the plan minutes limit is exceeded.Integration with NiceInContact VoIP system periodically to aggregate and store usage data in the system database.Check out historical usage and filter it by time range.Call Stripe API to check subscribed plan and fee for every overage minute.Check the billing period. If plan upgrade is profitable for the client the information banner shows.Send requests for plan change (upgrade and downgrade)Interactive contact support form which collects all information needed to support billing, change requests, and service questions.Euvic needed to create an abstract layer to consume information from three systems: Totango, Stripe, and VoIP (Voice over IP) System NiceInContact. This mapped the data between the systems to establish clear connections between them and achieve all the aggregation of the data. The fully automated solution was set up on Azure DevOps and used Azure subscriptions to create pipelines that took changes in code and built the client and server back-end applications. The applications were pushed into production environments or two defined testing environments.Test plants on DevOps were used to define test cases for QA. Test cases were designed to be used during user acceptance testing, and they had all the information needed to pass through the tests, including login data, the time range to set to get data and what the data should look like so the solution could be easily tested.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?Customer calls dropped by 83% in the first quarter after the new client portal was launched, indicating a massive uplift in customer satisfaction. In addition to Team By The Minute, Euvic developed a simple system for customers to purchase additional minutes, change plans, and see usage reporting, all of which further increased client loyalty and satisfaction. Now the client portal is managed by a single IT person. The portal reduces expenses for Team By The Minute by more than $110,000 per year - easily paying for itself and enabling Team By The Minute to extend those savings to customers.By automating manual work, we could shift our sights to growth, targeting 3x growth and scalability. The platform is future-ready and can easily be updated to adopt advanced features, reporting, and AI. We shifted employees from the tedious work of manual reporting to other more engaging roles. After working with Euvic, our managers feel more informed and empowered than they used to. Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs? The project was delivered on time and I was very happy with the completed project. What was your primary form of communication with Euvic?Virtual MeetingEmail or Messaging AppWhat did you find most impressive or unique about this company?Euvic is very easy to communicate with. CEO, Lawline
- Industry: Legal

- Client size: 51-200 Employees
- Review Type: Phone Interview

**The Review** — Aug 14, 2025

**Feedback Summary**: Euvic's efforts have resulted in breaking all traffic records, doubling revenue, and achieving targets and KPIs for the client. The team has communicated well via Microsoft Teams, email, and phone calls. Moreover, Euvic has ensured they meet deadlines and offered seamless project management.
""Euvic is priced decently. They're cheaper than some of the competitors.""

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.I'm the CEO of Lawline, a legal services platform. We simplify the process of acquiring legal services and try to create a circumstance for the user where it's transparent to find legal solutions. We're the biggest legal platform per traffic in Sweden.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with EUVIC?We needed a full-scale technical restacking of our platform.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?Euvic has been responsible for migrating our old codebase from PHP to PostgreSQL and redesigning our platform. We have over 125,000 sub-URLs tied to our domain, with a database, and front- and backend. We've walked Euvic through the steps necessary to create the new circumstances we've asked for. We've created commercial and technical KPIs and broken them down into sprints. The mapping has taken a month to sort out what our main objectives are and how to proceed with them. After making the structure, Euvic has facilitated the circumstances for me to follow along in the process. We've devised strategies for my involvement, stand-ups, and Scrum meetings for me to get instant feedback and impact tickets, epics, and stories within the technical platforms we use. We've decided to use PostgreSQL as the database, Go as the backend language, and React and Next.js as the frontend. We also use Google Kubernetes Engine and Google Cloud service solutions.Euvic also provides maintenance services for us.What is the team composition? We work with a team of 4–5 developers from Euvic, including Bartłomiej and his team. Our primary contact has been Andreas, Euvic's CEO in Sweden. How did you come to work with Euvic? When I came in as a consultant and later as my company's CEO, I inherited this commercial relationship from the previous CEO. I didn't approach Euvic, nor did they approach me. The relationship landed in my hands, although we hadn't begun development yet.How much have you invested with them? We've invested around $300,000.What is the status of this engagement? We started working with them in January 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? Our primary KPI is traffic volume. Our old codebase, being dependent on old developers, didn't have any product information management. Despite our doubts about traffic issues and Google indexing, we've broken all traffic records in 2024.The development was done in April 2022, and we've crushed all targets and KPIs throughout 2024. We've had over 6 million unique visitors. We've also doubled our revenue from 2022 to 2023 and again to 2024.Regarding technical compliance, building new web pages, APIs, and connections with third parties is much easier. We wouldn't have created this process without this actually being one of the things that we're taking into consideration. How did Euvic perform from a project management standpoint? We've had no issues with project management. We communicate via Microsoft, email, and phone calls. Euvic has also used Jira and GitHub for project management. What did you find most impressive about them?Euvic is priced decently. They're cheaper than some of the competitors. Are there any areas they could improve?I don't know if they sell on price or quality; I wouldn't mind either. I understand that they recruit from universities and take top prospects. They're often young and might have some language barriers between them and me.These things could be an issue when you're young and just starting your professional career. However, these things usually solve themselves moving forward.Do you have any advice for potential customers? If you're technically skilled or a CTO, you can utilize Euvic's services with a direct team in their operations. You don't need a project manager between you and them. You can be a Scrum master and develop with them because they'll understand everything from the get-go.Don't be alone in these discussions if you're not super technically oriented. Leverage Euvic's services to bridge the gap between developers and you with people who know what they're talking about and can interpret the language from developers back to you as a commercial operator and vice versa.

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.I’m the co-founder of Walking Bible, a religious organization.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with Euvic? We needed someone to develop an app for us.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement? We had an idea of what we wanted, and we provided Euvic with that idea. We also provided them with some clips from a website we had many years ago and told them we wanted to go in that direction. Euvic developed a mobile app and a web page connected to the app from scratch. They designed and developed everything for us.The app is searchable by theme and book. Users can choose either a book or a theme to find Bible verses and make their own playlist. We’ve written songs to the Bible verses to make it easy to memorize them. Users can play and listen to those Bible verses over and over again to remember them. The app works on both iOS and Android. Euvic used Flutter to develop the app. We’re now working on the app’s ongoing maintenance and support. Euvic has helped me renew the app’s Apple certificates. What is the team composition? We work with a project leader and five other people from Euvic. How did you come to work with Euvic? We did a discovery project with another company and decided not to continue with them. We heard that Euvic could help us with our project and that they were good, so we decided to go with them. How much have you invested with them? We've spent between €120,000–€140,000What is the status of this engagement? We started working together in July 2024, and the first version of the app was finished in January 2025. The engagement is ongoing.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?I’m not a technical person, and I don’t know anything about these things, but I’m thankful for Euvic’s work. The app is the first version, and I hope we’ll be able to develop it further together with Euvic. I’m going to market the app and receive feedback from users to see how to develop it further. How did Euvic perform from a project management standpoint?Euvic constantly meets their deadlines and stays on budget. We have video calls regularly and communicate via email. What did you find most impressive about them? The project management is superb. The team is engaged and positive. They come up with great and creative ideas. They’ve been extremely kind and forgiving towards my inexperience with technical things. I don’t understand many of the terms and what’s going on, but they’ve been patient with me and explained how things work and what they mean. Are there any areas they could improve? We’re satisfied, and I can’t think of any areas of improvement.Do you have any advice for potential customers? When you work with creative people, it’s important to give them the opportunity to be creative.

How did you find Euvic?ReferralWhy did you select Euvic over others?High ratingsGreat culture fitGood value for costCompany values alignedHow many teammates from Euvic were assigned to this project?2-5 EmployeesDescribe the scope of work in detail.

**Feedback Summary**: The team at Euvic has provided an efficient collaboration, acting on promises while delivering quality work. Their business approach makes them stand out from other providers. Customers can expect a communicative team that delivers a service at a reasonable price.
""Euvic has always won, in terms of both price and competence."
"

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the head of IT for the division and for the overall Poland branch, which has about 1,000 employees and 450 users. We have about 80 employees in Poland.

We’re part of the green energy division of the largest energy company in the world. We operate wind farms and several photovoltaic power plants, and we’re building more.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with Euvic?

We had a support and maintenance project in the green energy division, including end-user support, provision of a Microsoft IIS infrastructure-as-a-service, maintenance and development of the SAP system, and windfarm IT maintenance.

We were looking for the easiest and most cost-effective solution for this.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

Euvic facilitated the migration of our SAP and other important systems to their cloud, in an infrastructure-as-a-service model.

Their technicians have gone on-site to our wind farms to fix IT issues.

What is the team composition?

About 20 people from Euvic have worked on our project.

How did you come to work with Euvic?

Euvic had purchased the company that had worked for our power plant. We considered several companies for this project, and we’ve challenged Euvic several times.

It’s our parent company’s policy that we challenge our suppliers every three years. We send requests to the market to check for better solutions. Euvic has always won, in terms of both price and competence.

What is the status of this engagement?

For this model, we started working with Euvic in September 2016. The collaboration is ongoing.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I like working with them very much. They do what they say they will. They always try to resolve problems, and they’re able to say no if they’re not sure that they can do something. I’ve had experiences with companies that always said they could do the work, after which there would only be problems with the project. This has never happened with Euvic.

The price is always negotiable, and it’s not the highest on the market. The work quality is good, and the price is reasonable compared to the other vendors we’ve worked with.

How did Euvic perform from a project management standpoint?

There’s a good level of communication, and we have no complaints about their project management.

We communicate through phone calls, their service-desk software, and email. We’ve mainly worked remotely during the pandemic, but we met with their managers and team members from time to time in the past.

What did you find most impressive about them?

When they say that they’re able to deliver something, they will. If they’re not sure that they can do it, they’ll say no. This is not very common in the Polish context.

They’re also able to keep a low price while delivering high quality. They kept prices very low for us for some time, knowing that we were in a transition stage. We renegotiated after we were able to stand up on our own legs. They have a good business approach to collaboration.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Nobody’s perfect, but I can’t specify what Euvic could improve. When a company works in synergy, improving something can break something else.

**Feedback Summary**: The solution has increased traffic and received good satisfaction ratings. Euvic met all project requirements and delivered the final product on time and within budget. They were collaborative and implemented excellent planning skills. Effective communication is a hallmark of their work.
"“Euvic focused on the targets and had strong management.”
"

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the IT director for the City Hall of Gdańsk. I’m in charge of strategy and project management. I’ve been here since early 2019.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with Euvic?

We needed to build a single point of contact for citizens. The City Hall decided to launch a dedicated unit to manage any kind of citizen reports and a communication channel. As part of the challenge, we had to provide an IT solution to support the new contact center. Euvic was the company chosen to provide the solution.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

We had a set of KPIs or business objectives to meet and a very tough schedule to build a quite complex solution. Euvic implemented a complete solution consisting of hardware, networking, and software. They provided two integrated software components — contact management and ticket management. Those gave us the ability to get in contact with citizens and manage any tickets coming from their side.

People contact us by phone, through the website, and by chat. The aim was to make reaching us as convenient as possible. It was important to have not only multiple communication channels but to also drive those into a single point of contact. The software from Euvic made this possible.

What is the team composition?

The project kickoff was very important for us, and we met a dozen people from Euvic during that time. They assigned a total of 20 people to the project. I didn’t have much contact with the developers but they had very strong representation from a management and analytical point of view. We collaborated effectively right from the start.

How did you come to work with Euvic?

We ran a public tender. Euvic had strong management and well-skilled people for analyzing requirements. They were quite flexible to changes and risk management. They demonstrated the ability to react quickly.

How much have you invested with them?

The contract has a cost of 2.9 million Polish zlotych (approximately $800,000 USD) including ongoing maintenance.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Euvic in March 2019, and the go-live for the IT solution was in September 2019. We have a maintenance contract with them until the first quarter of 2022.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

This was a solution for a new department, so we didn’t have KPIs to compare to. We looked at the number of citizens using the contact center and the number of reports created. We saw those numbers increase month by month, which was a good thing for us. We’re getting good satisfaction ratings in this area.

Compared to the commercial sector, it’s not that easy to run a project with a local government, but we did it. There was a very strong collaboration between us and Euvic.

How did Euvic perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve done a good job with development and maintenance. We haven’t had any major problems. The project had a seven-month deadline, so it was a very aggressive schedule. We met with them quite often during that period in order to react and monitor the work effectively.

The project was done on time and within budget, and we completed the initial scope. We contact them on a case-by-case basis now, if there’s an issue to be resolved.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They had very good planning skills from the start. Euvic focused on the targets and had strong management. It was an open and fair collaboration.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Everyone can improve, but I didn’t identify any serious problems. I’ve suggested to Euvic to become more concentrated on mobility solutions and to pay more attention to security aspects.

Security is very important with these kinds of solutions, especially when providing the whole service, including hardware, networking, and so on. We’ve had some security incidents, which were the trigger for making this suggestion.

Generally speaking, I’d tell them to keep on programming. Euvic did a really good job for us, and there were no big issues.

""They deliver on time, and our equipment is working without any problems."
"

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.

We’re a mobile network operator in Poland. I’m an engineer in the company’s technical department.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with Euvic?

They’re one of our suppliers for the equipment needed to build our microwave transmission network. Our previous partner closed their Poland office, and they took over the contract along with some employees from the other company.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

Euvic is responsible for the delivery, installation, and maintenance of microwave equipment in our network. We have three contracts with them, including for ADVA, a German fiber-optic equipment manufacturer.

What is the team composition?

Their microwave division numbers around five engineers and I’ve worked with all of them.

How did you come to work with Euvic?

Our previous partner introduced us to them.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve had almost 200 purchase orders with them, for somewhere below €1 million (approximately $1,200,000 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We started the microwave contract with Euvic in July 2019, and it’s ongoing.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Euvic took over from our previous contractor, and they’re performing well. They deliver on time, and our equipment is working without any problems. I can’t say anything bad about the collaboration at this moment.

How did Euvic perform from a project management standpoint?

This is a never-ending story, because we always want to get things done faster than we are. Euvic has to contact equipment manufacturers in places like Japan, so getting information can take up to a day. It could be faster, but this is the typical communication time between companies. We communicate through email, phone, Microsoft Teams, and Skype, depending on the situation.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They have a relatively small staff for carrying out such huge contracts. There are similar companies in Poland with hundreds of employees, while Euvic has only 5–6 people in the department, depending on the time. They’re always ready to respond and to deploy, and we haven’t noticed any huge problems with them. This was a big surprise for me.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could improve their speed of communication with external companies.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

I’d recommend them to anyone looking for such a provider.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with Euvic?

We needed a company to outsource IT work to.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

The last project I remember was a custom project which was a portal for developers who are trying to deliver their services to their end-users. Euvic’s responsibility was full support for the end-users and specialists. It was a very large scoped project.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent less than $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in June 2020 and the work is ongoing.

All the requirements from the customer have been fulfilled by Euvic at a suitable price. We believe this will be a success together.

How did Euvic perform from a project management standpoint?

We’re trying to set permanent meetings to talk about the status of our cooperation. We try to meet via video connection. I have permanent contact with the account manager who has been assigned to us. We talk about business leads we can achieve together.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They are the most professional company I’ve worked with. They’re a very flexible company. They try to find the most proper solution for our customers at a suitable price.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We are at the beginning of our cooperation. There’s nothing I’d have them improve at this point. All our expectations have been met

""We knew from experience that they could be trusted and we would get the best possible support."
"

**BACKGROUND**
Please describe your company and your position there.

I was the board member responsible for sales and technology for the company. The company was established as an integrator of telecommunications services. It provides advanced IT security, collocation, and hosting services, builds corporate networks, and offers data center services located in its own server rooms. It also provides traditional ICT services - Internet access and telephony.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
For what projects/services did your company hire Euvic?

Our company has won a prestigious contract for maintaining the Polish-wide educational network of more than 20,000 schools. To well prepare for such a demanding project we needed to adjust and customize our Jira based systems very quickly. We decided to ask Euvic for help because we knew they have the best developers in this field and also huge experience in agile methodology.

What were your goals for this project?

We needed to develop our systems, especially helpdesk and provisioning, adapt them to a much larger scale and meet the customer's specific requirements regarding service processes, SLA, response times, reporting, etc.

**SOLUTION**
How did you select Euvic?

I knew the Euvic Sales Director from previous projects. We knew from experience that they could be trusted and we would get the best possible support.

Describe the project in detail.

During several meetings, we discussed the requirements, established a schedule, and assessed its feasibility, we agreed on the managers and the way of working best suited to the scope of the project. We agreed on a weekly reporting method. We discussed the risks and how to solve them depending on the category.

What was the team composition?

We have our own managers. Euvic provided us with two–three developers depending on project intensity. We also agreed on additional support if needed.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were getting very good feedback from our customers on quality and on schedule. That was not obvious before hiring Euvic.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

There was no problem in communication between the team. We use Jira to manage the workflow.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Broad knowledge of the subject, positive attitude to work, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to rapidly changing conditions.

Are there any areas for improvement?

We can always expect something to be done faster and cheaper, but in this case, it was very good.

**The Review** — Nov 17, 2020

**Feedback Summary**: The team at Euvic meets expectations. Their flexible approach makes them stand out from other service providers. They're communicative, proactive, and skilled.
""I’m very happy with the communication and collaboration between our teams."
"

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.

We’re a roofing company headquartered in Reading, UK. We have a CIO and several directors. One of the directors is a business partnering director, and I report to him.

My role is IT business partner for two regions, North and Southeast. The North contains Poland, Russia, and the Baltic countries; and the Southeast includes Austria, the Adriatic countries, Bulgaria, and Albania.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with Euvic?

I’m not managing a team directly. We have a matrix responsibility model, meaning that I’m responsible for the entire IT area across those countries. The Reading IT group provides me with IT support in terms of their own resources or external supplies.

One of those is Euvic, which provides workplace services and support for two main Poland locations.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

We have two main sites in Poland. Euvic sits at those sites, mainly responsible for end-user support. They prepare and maintain workstations, prints, and everything else that requires on-site intervention. They’re responsible for software installations and configurations.

The team maintains our asset-management database. They’re the eyes and hands of our infrastructure team, and they can manage network devices, including teleconferencing systems.

In our production environment, where the operation technology team is crossing with the IT team, we have devices connected to our network that are monitoring production processes. Euvic is responsible for keeping those devices running correctly.

The scope of their work is quite wide. If the service desk isn’t able to resolve the issue, Euvic will redirect the ticket to another line of support.

What is the team composition?

I’m working with two people, one per site. They’re supporting over 400 users. I’m only responsible for our collaboration with them in Poland.

How did you come to work with Euvic?

They were chosen by the head of our team here before I joined the company.

How much have you invested with them?

We spend €100,000 (approximately $121,000 USD) per year.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Euvic in April 2019.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’re happy with their services, and we’re trying to expand their responsibility to include the Baltic countries. So far, so good, and I have nothing negative to say.

How did Euvic perform from a project management standpoint?

I’m very happy with the communication and collaboration between our teams. They operate as though they were our own employees, and it’s difficult to recognize that they’re from a different company.

We’ve implemented some changes in our model from an IT perspective. I was in direct communication with their team from the beginning. I’m more focused on our agreement and contractual aspects now, so I deal more with the management.

We communicate through phone calls, emails, and remote meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I appreciate their flexibility. Their team also has a great can-do attitude.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I’m having a hard time thinking of something. Their people could be a bit more assertive, but it’s not a significant issue.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I’d recommend them to someone looking to build a long-term relationship.

**Feedback Summary**: Euvic’s project management is especially strong, as is the company’s culture and flexibility. They have the ability to scale up or down depending on an individual company’s needs.
"“The company is flexible and they can work with big companies, but Euvic is also willing to help smaller companies.”
"

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.

My company provides IT services to companies in the US and Europe. I’m the owner of the company.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with Euvic Sp. z o.o.?

We needed to expand our base of partners that could provide certain IT services. At that time, we wanted to diversify because we already had resources in Ukraine. We wanted to have Poland in the mix and we were lucky enough to get together with Euvic.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

We’ve done a few projects together. Generally, they provide software development, Microsoft.net desktop application development, and testing services. They used .NET, MySQL, and AngularJS. They cover a broad range of tech stacks, which is one of the very appealing things about working with them.

How did you come to work with Euvic Sp. z o.o.?

When I look for partners, one of the first things that I want to do is meet with the owners of the company. In my experience, the owners set the culture inside the company. I had lunch with the president and founder of Euvic and we hit it off really well from the beginning.

How much have you invested with Euvic Sp. z o.o.?

The projects that we’ve done together so far have been $10,000 to $50,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started in August 2015 and we continue to work with them. We continue to expand our relationship.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Could you share any evidence that would demonstrate the productivity, quality of work, or the impact of the engagement?

I had one customer call me—who is the president of a company—and thank us for pulling their bacon out of the fire. They had a really difficult system problem that they couldn’t resolve themselves. Things worked out pretty well with our collaboration.

How did Euvic Sp. z o.o. perform from a project management standpoint?

Well, one of the guys that I had the pleasure of working with is an excellent project manager, better than anyone I’ve ever worked with. If I have a tough project, I want to bring him with me. Project management has been a strong point of the work we’ve done together with Euvic.

What did you find most impressive about Euvic Sp. z o.o.?

For me, one of the most important things is the culture. The company is flexible and they can work with big companies, but Euvic is also willing to help smaller companies. They have the size to scale up and take big projects.

Are there any areas Euvic Sp. z o.o. could improve?

Everyone can do better. I can’t pick any big glaring problems. If I were to really reach, I might say that there are some tech stacks that they just haven’t been able to cover. We were looking for some Python resources at one point and then they just weren’t able to cover that tech stack because they cover other tech stacks—.NET, Java, mobile, etc. I understand you can’t do everything.

We needed to get our development cost base down to meet the demands of the United Kingdom market. We also needed to acquire sufficient resources to hit the timeline the customer wanted.

It started off with a small desktop application for traders in the decision support arena. The scope changed as we added features and functionalities.

"“They deliver on time and on budget with quality work.”
"

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.

We build websites and mobile apps. We have an international platform for car drivers where they e.g. can find and book workshops. Important building block for this eco-system is a connected car solution. For our B2B partners we have white label services – cloud ready and easy to integrate into existing websites, mobile applications and internal systems.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with EUVIC?

We needed to augment our team.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

The first project was the implementation of our web portal using Java and the framework Liferay. They have very good specialists in the field of Liferay. Biggest technical challenge was the realization of an e-commerce process chain where the users can book workshop services for their cars (incl. automated cost calculation). After two years, we started to modernize our technology stack. They helped us with backend and front-end implementation to develop a flexible system comprising microservices as well as single page applications. Additionally they supported us programming native iOS and Android mobile apps which were pretty complicated because of the hardware (OBD2 dongle) on the other end that’s in the car. The hardware transfers information out of the car and into the app, which then interacts with a server.

How did you come to work with EUVIC?

I made contact with EUVIC and we did a pilot project to see how it would work. After good success with that project, we scaled up the team. We had bad experiences with other offshore companies but everything has gone well with EUVIC.

How much have you invested with EUVIC?

I'd like to keep that confidential.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in 2011 and the work is ongoing.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
How did EUVIC perform from a project management standpoint?

Their communication is very good even though we’re in Germany and they’re in Poland. They were very reliable. They are in close communication with our architects and product owners. They deliver on time and on budget with quality work.

What did you find most impressive about EUVIC?

They do a great job, are very competent and flexible team players. We’ve had problems with nearshore partners where a key person leaves the team and it slows down the work, but with EUVIC that has been good. They have a good sense of responsibility. If there are changes within the team, they announce it early.

Are there any areas EUVIC could improve?

I don’t have any complaints.
