For what projects/services did your company hire Eudemo?

We brought Eudemo on to consult on full-stack data and analytics for a new technology platform for people living with chronic illness.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We conducted a review exercise for small data and analytics consultancies, and Eudemo were a great fit.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

First, Eudemo helped us to define our data strategy and architecture. Next, they implemented data warehousing solutions and pipelines based on our growing tech stack. Finally, they designed and implemented the initial models and analytics based on test and real customer data.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I have worked with Rory, the founder.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We met all of our agreed objectives within the timelines we discussed. Rory clearly brings top-tier technical skills to any project, across a variety of tools and technologies.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We have been struck by how exceptionally organised and communicative Rory is.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We particularly appreciate the emphasis that Rory has put on asynchronous written and video communication, which have become (largely through his influence!) a core part of our company culture.

While this is project-specific, it's also worth noting that Rory has brought his enthusiasm for working on a mission-driven project, and his lived experience of realities of chronic illness to his work on Visible. This has been truly invaluable.
