Etrexio Digital Solutions

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the e-commerce and marketplace manager of Parkurda Teknoloji A.Ş., a B2B industrial marketplace backed by Tezmaksan. Manufacturers in Turkey, especially SMEs, can find, compare, and buy cutting tools, bearings, measuring instruments, and other industrial supplies from verified sellers in one place. Sellers can reach new business customers online.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Etrexio Digital Solutions?

Parkurda had been running for about two years on a different platform built by another development team. We hired Etrexio Digital Solutions to replace it.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Etrexio Digital Solutions has rebuilt our marketplace on a completely new codebase they wrote from scratch, covering the buyer storefront, the seller panel, and the admin panel. They’ve also migrated all of our data from the old platform, including the product catalog, sellers, members, and order history. We also want to modernize our infrastructure, so Etrexio Digital Solutions has moved our servers to AWS, put the site behind Cloudflare, set up Mailgun for transactional email, and moved the site to a new SEO-friendly URL structure.A key goal is connecting the new platform to the services we need to run day to day: Craftgate for payments, Navlungo for shipping, Paraşüt for invoicing, Freshworks for CRM and customer communication, and GA4 for e-commerce tracking. Finally, we need a long-term technical partner who can implement our SEO consultant's requirements and keep developing the platform after launch.

What is the team composition?

We work with a two-person development team.

How did you come to work with Etrexio Digital Solutions?

They were referred to me. I chose them because they were a great culture fit and had good value for the cost.

How much have you invested with them?

We prefer to keep the budget confidential.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in April 2026, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The new platform went live on June 30, 2026, about ten weeks after we started. It launched with all of our data migrated and the payment, shipping, and invoicing integrations working.Etrexio Digital Solutions has completed more than 200 work items on our Trello board since April 2026. The median time from opening a request to delivering it is under five days, and about two-thirds of items are finished within a week. When a consent-sync bug affected our customer records, the fix was live about an hour after we reported it, and the affected records were corrected the same evening.Five integrations now run in production: Craftgate, Navlungo, Paraşüt, Freshworks, and GA4.Based on Google's real-user data (Chrome UX Report), comparing the four weeks before the migration with the last four weeks, our page load time (LCP) dropped from 3.8 to 1.3 seconds on mobile and from 3.0 to 0.9 seconds on desktop, roughly three times faster. Server response time improved from about 2.3 seconds to 0.5–0.7 seconds, which is mostly the effect of moving to AWS and Cloudflare. Before the migration, our site failed Google's Core Web Vitals on both mobile and desktop; today, it passes on both, and all 3,601 indexed URLs are rated "good." Reliability has been solid too: Google Search Console shows no server availability issues in the last 90 days. Our visibility in Google improved after the migration: average ranking position moved from 7.4 to 6.7, impressions grew by about 8%, and clicks from branded searches are up around 40%. Click-through on non-branded searches is lower than before, so our next focus is improving page titles, descriptions, and product rich results to turn the better rankings into more traffic.

How did Etrexio Digital Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

They don't run formal project management on their side; we set the priorities and manage the backlog ourselves. We work through a shared Trello board where every request is a card, and they are quick to pick things up and respond in the comments. Delivery speed is good for most work: the median time from opening a request to delivering it is under five days, and urgent production issues are usually fixed the same day. The platform launch itself went live on June 30, 2026, about ten weeks after we started.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What impresses us most is how much a two-person team can deliver and how quickly. In about ten weeks, they've replaced a platform we'd been running for two years and migrated all of our data. The site has also become roughly three times faster for real users. They're also very responsive when something goes wrong in production. In one case, a sync bug was switching off customers' email consent. They had the fix live about an hour after we reported it, identified the affected records the same evening, and restored them. Finally, they're easy to work with technically. They explain clearly what they're doing and why in the Trello comments, which makes it easy for a non-technical team to follow along and make decisions.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The main area for improvement is quality control. Etrexio Digital Solutions doesn't have a separate testing step before releases, so several issues were only found after going live. In one case, a VAT display error in order series went unnoticed for about three months. In another, a shipping fee calculation took more than it should from some sellers' payouts. The migration also left some loose ends: the statuses of several thousand historical orders and some older shipments didn't carry over correctly. A structured testing process, especially for checkout and anything involving money, would make a big difference. The second point is follow-up on non-urgent work. They're very fast when something is urgent. Lower-priority items in the backlog can take longer to get picked up, so committed dates and a regular weekly plan would help us plan around their work. Committed dates and a regular weekly plan would help a lot.
