The project, for the iOS application has achieved milestones as seen through an increase in the number of users actively using the app on a basis and spending more time engaged with it. This demonstrates that users are finding the experience more captivating. The ratings and reviews in the App Store have also improved significantly indicating satisfaction among users. 

Moreover there have been improvements, in the apps performance resulting in crashes and faster loading times ultimately leading to a smoother user experience. Furthermore the increased usage of introduced features suggests that these additions are well suited to meet user needs and preferences.

Moreover their proactive communication and dedication, to comprehending and meeting needs made them stand out guaranteeing that every part of the project was customized to provide the level of value and satisfaction.

Although Etnocode has performed well in aspects there is always room, for improvement. One aspect they could focus on is expanding their skill set to incorporate emerging technologies, which would allow them to offer a range of services. Furthermore while their communication has generally been effective it would be beneficial to have check ins or updates to ensure a smoother project flow and provide reassurance to clients.

Lastly extending their project support would enhance the value of their services by offering clients additional assistance, beyond the completion of the project.

Build an app that allows users on Android and Apple to log-in and receive notifications as the Admin post events. Users can then check into the events and the Admin will be notified that they've checked in which will allow the Admin to accept them into the event. Once they are accepted into the event they will receive the address and other event details. The Key deliverables were a working app as well as a backend website that allows the admin to check users in and see the data of those users that have checked in.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Timing was great, Value or UX was in line with what our website looked like, and functionality was great once tested with a crowd of plus 75 people.

Yes deliverables were on time and there was constant communication via telegram messaging app. All these things were top notch.

I think the speed and flexibility they had when building the app. Also, their ability to see the vision of how I wanted the app to look and feel then quickly duplicate the vision or bring it to life. Also, their flexibility and continued support once the project was complete. They were willing to help fix any issues that came up even after completing their project.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Etnocode could have done differently?

I think everything was great. The only hurdle I'd say in the process is the language barrier and having to communicate via messaging rather than being able to chat over the phone quickly. With that being said, their team was very responsive once you wrote out exactly what you were looking for so this hurdle is easily manageable with clear direction.
