In the research phase, they compared experienced users with newcomers, identified different mental models, and mapped the main usability issues that were slowing down daily work.

In the testing phase, they tested a redesigned prototype in live sessions. Testing confirmed quick wins, especially a cleaner home screen and a unified price list view. Users preferred a single list across all models, which reduced confusion compared to the old segmented version.

Final outcomes:
- Thanks to UX research, testing, and delivery workshops, Porsche now has a clear set of UX priorities, a streamlined interface, and a roadmap for further improvement and scaling of the GPT tool.
- The redesign removed friction, improved clarity, and sped up the pricing process—without compromising the brand experience.

What stood out to us was how easy it was to work with the team at Etnetera Flow. They were open to feedback, took responsibility for their work, and stayed focused on what mattered. Their experience from other automotive projects, like the MyŠkoda app, was evident throughout the process. Although the project was delivered from their Prague office, they remained easy to reach and flexible in organizing on-site meetings when needed.

The scope of work was to create a mobile application for an Android and an iOS platform written in Kotlin with Jetpack Compose and Swift with SwiftUI and the latest technologies. So we created a timeline with a few milestones, first one was the ability to make an order with payment on the delivery, the second one was the biggest and it was to enable internal testing with almost all functionalities, the third one was final touches for friends and family testing and the last one was final touches with bugfixes and go-live release.

The project management was divided between both sides not only Etnetera Flow, there were a few hiccups but we were able to come up with a solution to be able to deliver on time. They were proactive in identifying and solving issues.
