Please describe your company and your position there.

I’m group marketing director for Tour Partner Group. We’re a group of specialized destination management companies and travel experts who create tours to Europe.

For what projects/services did your company hire Ester Digital?

We needed several new logos and brand presentations.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to establish a solid foundation for our group’s branding efforts.

One of our U.S. brands recommended them to us.

Ester Digital designed new logos for new brands and refreshed logos for existing brands. They also developed a brand presentation.

What was the team composition?

While I was in contact with almost the entire team, I worked most frequently with our assigned account lead.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Ester Digital successfully created two brand presentations for our group. They also created two new well-received logos.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They provided effective and responsive communication. My main point of contact was amazing. It was an absolute pleasure to work with her. She had a friendly yet professional attitude. She responded quickly and was always helpful.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They delivered the output in a very short time frame, while still being extremely pleasant to work with.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I’d have liked to see them demonstrate more of their own creative input instead of us guiding them through every change. For example, they could provide an alternative offering as a comparison to what initially had been requested.

I’m the CEO of IDEV AS, a small software company in Norway running several online services as well as consulting work in e-commerce.

We desperately needed to redesign our landing page and branding.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted an aesthetically pleasing landing page which could convert our visitors into users that could eventually become customers.

We found them through word of mouth.

We started by explaining our product and goals, based off of which Ester Digital made some initial sketches with their ideas. We loved the sketches and chose one of their suggestions.

What was the team composition?

We only had contact with the project manager, which worked out very well.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We haven't released the design yet but are confident that it will improve our conversion rate. However, we have shared the design with a few customers and partners, and they all agree that it’s great. We’re blown away by the result.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was very effective. There was short and concise messaging via email, and all issues were resolved quickly.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their creativity, the way they used the design for communication, and also the way they implemented the design into HTML, CSS, and other elements were flawless. I’m very impressed.

Are there any areas for improvement?

No. We really couldn't ask for much more.
