While there were occasional delays—as is normal with any long-term engagement—they were always proactive in communicating and setting expectations early. They were responsive to our needs, easy to work with, and did a good job adapting to our processes rather than forcing their own.

What stands out most is their balance of quality, reliability, and discretion. It’s rare to find a partner that can consistently deliver strong design work at scale while staying on time and on budget, but ESQRD has done that for us over a long period of time. Equally important, they’ve shown a high level of professionalism in respecting our preferences around confidentiality, never pushing to showcase work we weren’t comfortable sharing. What challenge were you trying to address with Egorov Agency?

We were developing a browser-based AR web application.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Egorov developed an AR app that overlays graffiti images on real objects. The graffiti is meant to be placed on building walls, and the app determines the horizon line in order to place images correctly. Users can take photos with it and post them on social networks using relevant hashtags. It was built for the web using WebAR.

What is the team composition?

We worked with four people from their team: Egor (Co-Founder & CEO), Nikita (UI/UX Designer), and two developers. Egor acted as project manager, and he was always in contact with us.

How did you come to work with Egorov Agency?

We’d worked with them before and were very happy with the results.

The project cost was a little below $12,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked with Egorov between October–December 2020. We don’t have other projects at the moment, but we’ll go to them again when we do.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’re very satisfied with their work. Egor advised us to build a web app instead of a mobile one, allowing users to interact with it right in their browsers without downloading anything. This reduced costs significantly and allowed us to reach more users in our target audience. It was a big benefit for us. Anyone with a smartphone can access our app and share photos they made with it on social media by just scanning a QR code.

The project cost much less than we expected. Egor helped us find a simple and effective solution at the expense of their own benefit, which is why we plan to work with them again in the future.

They were always in touch with us, and they resolved any problems in a short time. There were had no delays on their side.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Egorov Agency treats customers like friends, and not as sources of money. We’ve worked with other companies in the past, and the services we got from Egorov were much better in comparison.

All our needs were satisfied, and it was a really nice experience. There are no improvements we could mention from our side.

They should be given all the information they need when they request it. We were late in doing that at times, which delayed our timelines.

They have been very great. We mostly communicate through Asana, and we do monthly Zoom conferences to touch base. I also instant message Maria through Skype.

The project is a Web-product. A detailed prototype was prepared and unique design was made in the styles of Atlant-M Ford, front-end part and back-end part. The development team performed a complex integration of the website with SAP.

On the website user can choose a new car or find the necessary parts for Ford cars, sign up for a test drive or maintenance, find information about the work of an official Ford dealer in Belarus.

About 5 people worked on our product, including the main person in the team - Egor. The main team consisted of a designer, several developers (front-end and back-end), and a Project Manager.

During the second phase of the project, the web designer produced a prototype of the website—then expanded on that for the full design. Once everyone approved, Egorov Agency’s frontend developer built it out and tested the final product. All the work was done within two months.

Four people worked on my website. Egorov Agency provided a web designer, a frontend developer, and a project manager, who were all supported by the CEO. The size of the team didn’t change during our collaboration.
