Espial submitted a detailed plan and strategy for both SEO and PPC and then they started the campaigns post approval of content and UI. We saw our organic ranking improving and also saw good quality of leads coming in from LinkedIn and Google.

We had multiple rounds of meetings and also asked them to explain us the process in detail. We found comfortable to work with them as we found them maintaining transparency through Project Management tools.

Our engagement began with SEO and Social Media Marketing. They did keyword research and competitors analysis as a starting point. This helped us picking up right keywords for SEO and the best campaign for Social Media Marketing. Once both SEO and SMM were stable we started PPC campaign to get quick wins. Our idea is to run PPC ads till we get enough leads from SEO and SMM that we don't need PPC.

Our engagement began with a discovery phase to identify the target audience and geography, which was US for us initially and later we added Europe. Post the discovery phase Espial submitted keywords list which they wanted our approval on. Once keywords were selected they started working on SEO activities and PPC ad text and images. Post approval of text they published the same and shared weekly reports with us.
For SEO detailed reports were shared monthly.

In SEO we got over 100% growth and 90% of our keywords now rank of 1st page. For PPC we got cost effective click thru's on our landing page.

Project management was good, they use Basecamp so we can also login and see what they are working on. We get an update on each task done, which is overwhelming for us. They suggested we switch off every task update but we let it like that as that gave us a comfort that team is regularly working.
