I am a Director at an Immigration Services Consulting company based in Canada.

We hired eSign Web Services for revamping our website and ongoing monthly SEO activities. Our goal was to build an SEO friendly & fast website - which we got delivered very quickly. And through SEO we are building our online presence for getting more organic leads.

We got to know about them through online search. We were impressed by their plans and the transparency shown by the company. Many other SEO companies would throw high promises in the beginning and come to reality once you sign with them. Ash at eSign has been transparent and honest from the beginning.

We started with SEO activities and from the initial analysis realized that my DIY website wasn't really SEO friendly. After the first 2-3 months we decided to revamp the website completely. For a small budget they made me a completely new SEO friend website.

Regarding SEO work, they have been doing back-linking, social bookmarking, business directory registrations, article distributions, etc. - all whitehat activities

I work with Ash and Mahi on a daily basis. Ash is the Project & Marketing Head, and Mahi is SEO Manager.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

I am happy with their efforts so far. SEO is a long term strategy and we're just getting started, but I have seen improvement in the rankings and am confident of this team to continue delivering results

I usually get a response within 24 hours, even on the weekends. Ash has provided with his mobile number however I prefer emails as my phone is always ringing with client calls. These guys make themselves available for most day hours even when they're in an opposite time zone (10.5 hour ahead of me).

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are honest, very fast in their response, and very accommodating. Most importantly, they're very patient. For most business owners, IT stuff is new and our questions can be frustrating for an expert in this field - but I never felt uncomfortable asking those stupid questions, or even asking for clarification multiple times on the same thing!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I am fairly satisfied as of now - if there's a need of improvement I let these guys know and have it implemented or clarified. No pending issues at this point

None that I can think of. Perhaps they could offer some more guidance and suggestion about things we could be doing at our end to maintain our search engine presence.
