The 3D product configurator is fully integrated with WooCommerce. The new website design was fully implemented. Glitches were resolved promptly, and the website launched successfully before the end of the year.

We met with them regularly in the beginning and towards the end only as needed. We communicated directly with them using project management software to easily stay informed of progress and to inform them of any issues or concerns we had. They always responded promptly. They delivered all of the items on time.

Our ability to communicate directly with the owner (Irina) has been very easy to talk to since the beginning. The project manager (Ben) actually understands the work involved and steps in to help. He is not just a glorified liaison like other agencies we have dealt with. Instead of passing every task on to another team member, he can help with many tasks himself because he has the knowledge and experience.  
He has also offered excellent ideas and suggestions that have helped improve the website's design. Their lead developer (Maksim) tackled every challenge we threw at him. Not only did he implement the design, but he also helped shape it. They actually care about us and want us to succeed. They accomplished our goal within our budget while also meeting deadlines. They are reliable, dependable, and trustworthy.

We found that eSEOspace services aligned with our needs. We also have a sister company that used their services before - so we heard good things. They won the bid, and we are happy with the services they provided.

We have a website that we love, and we have a dedicated monthly SEO specialist and website management consultant that we meet with to continue improving upon our website.

Yes, they were on-time, delivered everything that was agreed upon, and we are finding them to address our every need in our monthly-on going managment agreement

They were very responsive, we were always responded to within hours of sending an email. We only had one SOS but someone called us back within a few minutes of reaching out and provided us with an immediate solution.

eSEOspace was honest about expectations regarding SEO. We are seeing increases and know the milestones - I do wish SEO worked faster, but we are seeing the uptrend, more traffic, and yes we did start to get leads already throught SEO. Our goal is to get 5 leads a day minimum.

Eseospace provided a full resdesign of our website and recreated it in Wordpress in a fashion where we can easily make changes without them. Website redesign included homepage development, some coded items to reflect our framework, design ideas to display unique value propositions and many solutions page. The team was responsive and delivered in a timely fashion when we wanted launch to be beginning of the year.

The website redesign as offered us a fresh look to reflect our updated solutions/services. It has also helped us on the backend to easily make some changes ourselves. The quick-turn around on requests and design items. Also Irina's availability to hop on a call - which at times was late at night when we were trying to meet a deadline. Very flexible and her team was committed to pulling it which exceeded my expectations. Irina is also very clear what is feaisble, what is not, and price points accordingly - straight shooter - which was very helpful as we were developing ideas.

I'd say Eseospace is an execution-oriented firm so they excel at quick-turn around on requests and meeting deadlines at a great price point. One area of opportunity is customer nurturing and strategy. The current process for outreach/meetings has been that customers have to schedule a call if they want to chat or move the project along vs. Eseospace proactively reaching out to schedule a call to discuss updates or maintain relationship. Less nurturing and more project/dev-oriented.

The site has an exclusive appeal without feeling unapproachable. It feels wholesome.... it feels genuine.

AAV needed a completely new detail so eSEOspace provided wireframes of different designs based on the information they got in our meetings. After choosing one design we started to develop it to a wordpress site. After several edits over time we launched the website providing me with access to the backend. They then did an SEO audit and connected our website to a google analytics and search console and continued to develop pages for SEO in the backend.

eSEOspace could be more proactive on letting the client know what updates or edits have been done. This was more a minor inconvenience in communication than an actual problem. I believe this would streamline the work ever so slightly.

I needed support developing a website for my business. I was creating a concierge business that caters to a specific population and wanted a website that was clear and professionally designed with functionality that would enable me to operate my business.

What was the scope of their involvement?

I had an idea of what I wanted, and eSEOspace worked with me to turn my vision into a reality. eSEOspace designed and developed my site from scratch using Figma and WordPress. In the beginning, we had a couple of calls with Irina (Marketing Consultant), and she was able to point me to work from their portfolio of companies they had worked with that had similar business models to mine. The project's investment was of moderate size for the stage my company was in, and the eSEOspace portfolio helped me be calm.

Then, I worked with a project manager who took over and guided me through a couple of iterations of the site to make sure my vision turned into reality. We went through rounds of changes until launching the final website.

While we haven't formally launched the company yet, I obtained formal and informal reviews of the website from friends and colleagues who were incredibly impressed. I'm sure the site will strengthen my business. eSEOspace was thoughtful, knowledgeable, and kind. I had a phenomenal experience working with them, and the entire team surpassed my expectations. The team exceeded my expectations and delivered more than what I asked for.

He redesigned our site, advised on SEO, hosting, etc. I took forever to approve his progress, but he was extremely efficient in changes and communication and in helping me understand the entire process. I intend to continue working with them to increase visibility and add to the site regularly.
