I am a partner in a 60-year-old industrial manufacturing company.

When we began working with ERA404 Creative Group, we had the beginnings of a manufacturing scheduling and tracking web app that needed a lot of work. With their help, we've greatly improved the application and it now runs a lot of our manufacturing.

It is used by folks on the shop floor in iPads as well as management, materials, and operations folks on desktop computers. We've also added other applications to improve and automate other business processes, including a large custom application to make all of our paperwork electronic.

We found ERA404 Creative Group at a time when we were looking for a full-service company that could manage all aspects of web application development, including design and implementation.

With their help, we developed complex applications built to our specifications that incorporated our detailed operations logic and interfaced with our other systems.

We worked closely with the ERA404 Creative Group design and development team leads. They were able to provide the time needed for our projects and were available in emergencies to solve issues.

With the ERA404 Creative Group team's help, we've developed some very successful applications that are used daily by our employees and provide us with a lot of useful data to help manage our business.

In order to foster close communications between the ERA404 Creative Group team and our people, we set up dedicated Slack channels for various development functions.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

ERA404 Creative Group continues to impress us with how personable, dedicated, and capable they are. We've developed almost a half dozen applications with them now and we are very happy with all of them.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

As a customer of custom software development, I am obligated to say that I would have preferred that the process did not include the occasional bug. Alas, if it did, it would have been a first, I'm sure, for a software development project.
