We started off by having an in-depth discussion of our requirements for healthcare solutions during which they mapped out the various flows and user requirements. After which detailed wire-frames and UI design was done to accurately represent/demonstrate how the mobile app would work and look. Regular and constant communication was maintained throughout and changes were actioned with efficiency.

Equal has done an exceptional job understanding our industry, concerns, and the branding and positioning we aim to achieve. They excel at translating high-level ideas into a detailed, organized workflow and executing them upon client approval. We've received numerous compliments on the designs implemented by Equal. Our users have remarked on the modern look and feel. 

The team has crafted simplistic and intuitive interfaces that capture nuanced details within a sleek format. The UX is comfortable and engaging, achieving our ultimate goal without overwhelming our users.

Equal is exceptional at communication, organization, timeliness, and responsiveness. They're always around to answer questions. I've never noticed the time difference poses any challenges. They're highly professional and keep within our timelines and budgets. Even when our design projects aren’t fully defined, they organize and prioritize tasks to execute on deliverables we agree upon far in advance.
