Epiphany Dynamics is a two person, owner run agency. Patrick designs and builds every system himself and his co owner runs client communication and delivery, so you always talk to the people doing the work, not an account manager. We started this company because too many small businesses get sold AI they never end up using. Our rule is simple: if it does not save real hours or bring in real customers, we do not build it. Fixed prices, plain English, and every account stays in your name.

Two person shop. The person scoping your project is the person building it, and the person handling delivery is a co owner. No handoffs, no account managers, no junior devs learning on your dime. Clients tell us the scope was never oversold and the explanations were in plain English.

Fixed price, and you own everything

Every project is scoped and priced up front with clear milestones. No hourly meters, no surprise invoices. Every third party account (phone numbers, AI platforms, hosting, CRM) is set up in your name from day one, so there is nothing to migrate and no lock in if you ever want to walk.

We only build what pays for itself

Most small businesses get sold AI they never use. We start every engagement by mapping where your team actually loses hours, then build the one or two things that recover them. If a project will not save real time or bring in real customers, we will tell you not to do it.

You get a single point of contact who is a co owner of the company, not a rotating account manager. Every project is broken into milestones with a written scope up front, so you always know what is being built, what it costs, and when it lands. Updates go out by email as each milestone ships, and you can reach us directly between updates. When something breaks after launch, our clients report fixes turned around within 24 hours.

It is a 30 minute call, not a sales pitch. We walk through how your business actually runs day to day: where calls get missed, where data gets re typed, which reports eat your evenings, and which tools you are paying for but not using. You leave with a short written list of what is worth automating first and a rough idea of what it would cost. If nothing on the list is worth doing, we will say so. No obligation either way.

Fixed price, always. After the audit call we send a written scope with a set price and milestones, and that is what you pay. We do not bill hourly, so there is no incentive for us to drag things out. Projects start at $1,000 and most of our work for small businesses lands under $10,000. Third party costs (phone numbers, AI usage, hosting) are billed directly to accounts in your name, never marked up through us. If you want ongoing help after launch, we offer a month to month support plan with no contract, but only once your first build has shipped and you have seen how we work.
