Following the initial development, EonixTech Solutions has continued to provide ongoing support, maintenance, bug fixes, performance improvements, and the implementation of new features as our business evolves.

We hired EonixTech Solutions to support the full-stack modernization and enhancement of our SMC/ATOM4INT platform. The objective was to move the platform from the existing monolithic ASP.NET MVC architecture to a modern, decoupled architecture using React with Next.js for the frontend and .NET Core Web API for the backend.

EonixTech Solutions has handled the full-stack modernization of our SMC/ATOM4INT platform. Their scope has included migrating the existing ASP.NET MVC application to a decoupled architecture with a React/Next.js frontend and a .NET Core Web API backend.The engagement has covered modernization across key SMC modules, including the dashboard/home screen, troubleshooting modules, failure handling, exception viewer, audit flow and observation status, reprocess/discarded observations, cross-reference tables, interface onboarding, email template management, access control, BAM, interface response time, Azure integration dashboard, activity log, and user profile screen.From a technology stack perspective, the work has included React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Material UI/Chakra, Recharts/Chart.js, .NET Core Web API, C#, SQL Server, Dapper, Redis caching, Azure Active Directory, and RBAC. The scope has also included API development, frontend component development, PWA support, performance optimization, SIT/UAT defect resolution, documentation, deployment support, and knowledge transfer.Overall, our goal is to make SMC/ATOM4INT more scalable, maintainable, responsive, secure, mobile-friendly, and AI-ready while preserving existing business logic and maintaining backward compatibility during the modernization.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve measured success mainly through completed modernization milestones and working deliverables. EonixTech Solutions has delivered the target architecture, migrated key modules to React/Next.js + .NET Core Web API, improved API/database performance using Dapper and Redis caching, and added features like the redesigned dashboard, advanced filtering, payload comparison, and PWA/mobile-friendly support.Progress has also been shown through successful unit testing, SIT/UAT defect resolution, performance testing/benchmarking, deployment to the code repository, documentation handover, and knowledge transfer to our team.Qualitatively, the project has improved the platform in a few key areas:Overall, the platform has become more modern, scalable, mobile-friendly, and easier to enhance going forward.

EonixTech Solutions has managed the project well overall. The engagement has been handled in a structured and collaborative way, with regular coordination, milestone-based tracking, and good responsiveness to feedback.There have been some delays during delivery, and the reasons have been mixed — at times from their side and at times due to dependencies or inputs from our side. However, they’ve remained cooperative, transparent, and committed to completing the work properly.Overall, we’re very happy with the quality of their delivery. The final output has met our expectations, and their team has shown strong ownership, technical capability, and flexibility throughout the project.

What has stood out the most has been their ownership and flexibility. They’re not just working as a development vendor; they understand the intent behind the modernization and stay committed to delivering the right outcome.I’ve also been impressed with their ability to work across the full stack — React/Next.js, backend APIs, database performance, caching, and platform-level improvements — while still being open to feedback and changes during the project.Even when there have been delays or shifting dependencies, they’ve remained collaborative, responsive, and focused on delivery quality. Overall, their technical capability, positive attitude, and willingness to adapt have made the engagement very valuable for us.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Overall, we were very happy with EonixTech Solutions’ work, but like any project, there have been a few areas that could have been improved.The main improvement area would be timeline predictability and proactive communication around delays. Some delays have happened from their side, and some have been due to dependencies from our side, but earlier visibility on risks, blockers, and revised timelines would have helped us plan better internally.That said, these have been manageable points. Their delivery quality, ownership, flexibility, and technical capability have been strong, and overall, we’re happy with the outcome.
