The team is well maanged with a dedicted project manger who remains on top of schedule and deliverables. The team is is almost always on time and goes above and beyond to contribute to the team in terms of ideation, feedback and support. They respond very quickly to needs and often are available outside their hours if needed.

They don't exhibit the common struggles when dealing with a remote team. They strive to ensure tiemlines are met, and position themselves as part of the team as opposed to just provided developemnt services.
