Faced with growing complexity and an expanded range of functions, the Berlin-based team developed innovative payment interfaces and gamified features, which they validated through user tests and are currently being implemented.

The project resulted in two fully developed and illuminated user flows, each designed for different initiatives (payment & loyalty) and a clear prioritisation of their feature initiatives. The final versions were enthusiastically received by users, demonstrating the success and impact of the engagement. The project was divided into various phases: The first step was an in-depth audit of our app, identifying pain points and analyzing user flows to ensure it aligned with real-world winemaking processes. Building on these insights, wireframes were developed to refine navigation and key workflows.

In the next phase, ENNOstudio created moodboards, carefully selecting colors and design elements to establish a cohesive visual identity. These choices were then translated into a comprehensive design system, ensuring consistency across the app while giving it a distinct look and feel.

The next phase focused on prototyping, where a high-fidelity prototype was built and tested with winemakers from businesses of various sizes. Their feedback provided valuable insights into usability and functionality, helping to refine the design iteratively. Based on these findings and additional input from our side, further refinements were made to ensure the app fully met both user needs and industry-specific requirements.

The startup launched at the beginning of 2022 and ENNOstudio took charge of the digital and print design. As well as having their own wash station, stationB also developed a partnership with a Swiss railway operator to have bike wash stations at their commuter hubs.

We started by defining the corporate identity and logo. The challenge was to design for both digital and physical worlds, as everything we created would appear on the bike wash station. We then moved on to designing the wash station itself. With all technical restrictions in mind, we designed the look and feel of the platform.

Collaborating with Rekursive, ENNO studio explored several business models: ESOP tokenization and co-ownership platforms. Talking to potential clients in the start-up and creative economy scene, ENNO uncovered pain points, gave strategic advice and tested wireframes to create the first flows for the future product. ENNO also supported Rekursive with their pitch strategy during their investment round, leading to a 7 digit fundraising total.

We chose Enno for their combination of discovery, service design, user research as well as prototyping and product development. They offer a unique and difficult to find blend of "full stack" support.

The scope of work was extremely comprehensive. They took ideas from us and ran with them. We initially provided wireframes and concepts, which over the project duration were turned into actually workable products that had been validated. They helped us manifest and strengthen our business model. We worked in 3 sets of 8 sprints, testing and improving product design, branding and communication.

We had a support team of about 4 people, not including the agency CEO. These roles were UI, UX, Service Design, Frontend Dev and Strategic Comms/Branding.

We were able to raise a Seed Round, hire our first staff, and secure LOIs from prospective customers using the prototypes and screens.

We successfully developed new modules for our next generation Online Banking. We’re very pleased with ENNO studio’s deliverables. Their expertise is outstanding and we were able to get very good good feedbacks from (test) end-users.
