Key deliverables included the development of a minimalist and visually appealing website design, optimized for various screen sizes including tablets, smartphones, and laptops and to be able to accommodate future plans encompassing the addition of an e-commerce platform, subscription services, and more, ensuring the site remains intuitive and professionally polished to engage consumers effectively.

The website was developed with clean and efficient code, accommodating my specific requests to enable easy in-house content management, future customizations, and seamless addition of new posts.

It boasts swift loading times and excellent responsiveness across various screen sizes. In addition to its high quality, the project was completed well ahead of schedule, allowing ample time for final feedback and adjustments.

Our business is in its early stages, yet thanks to the new website, we are already receiving numerous inquiries and bookings through our online scheduling system.

We were working on a very high-profile website launch with a crucial deadline for our client. We designed the entire website in Figma with Protoptypes and needed a vendor we could rely on to execute the build in a pixel-perfect fashion. This project was very crucial for us to deliver on, and we also knew there would be last-minute edits that the Enlivy team was also standing by to complete quickly and accurately. 

The website included many specific requests along with a lot of complicated movement/interactions with the website visitor that would require a lot of knowledge and care, all which were executed flawlessly.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The website they built is an exact replica of the Figma files we've provided. The website is built with clean code and they also were able to take our requests to ensure that most content would be easily editable in-house so we can maintain simple edits, and also add new posts with ease. 

The website loads very quickly, and has really great breakpoints for different screen sizes. On top of the quality, the work was done very quickly (before deadline) to provide plenty of time for final feedback and edits. Our client is super happy with the process, and final product and will definitely be reaching out to us to partner with Enlivy for future needs.

Project management was very organized and smooth. They like us to provide organized feedback, and in return they execute clearly and quickly.

Their quality control is better than 95% of the other web vendors I've worked with. In addition, sticking to deadlines was a relief as I'm always worried as we have 100% commitment to deadlines we provide to clients so we expect the same from our partners.

Nothing specifically comes to mind. I had moments where I was maybe slightly worried about a deadline without seeing progress for a bit, but then they'd deliver something early that's further along than I expected so that was just me being anxious as usual!

Point farming is gaining a lot of traction and turning into a common practice in the Web3 space. It’s basically a social fight strategy that incentivizes people to engage on your socials by giving them points and multipliers based on their actions and wallet holdings.

We have a main person, and he works with a second teammate for some parts of the project.

We began working with them in April 2024, and our partnership is ongoing. We’ll definitely turn it into a long-term collaboration.

Although the project is ongoing, we already have a functional product that works as it should. We’ve had some phenomenal increase in all figures, so it has achieved its purpose.

We’ve miscalculated things from our side a few times, but they’ve been very understanding and professional. They go the extra mile to make it work.

No, I can’t think of anything to improve. Their service, communication, and project management are spotless. We’d recommend them to anyone.

Take your time to outline everything you need as well as possible. If anything is unclear to them, you should discuss it before drafting the tasks so they can understand what the project implies. In our case, we underestimated some parts of the project, which caused extra work on their side.

The website had been around for 10 years and had a fairly large database, so it started experiencing slowdowns from that.

Enlivy S.R.L. has helped us fix our customer's website. Initially, I simply explained the issues we were facing to Robert, and he ran with it; he knew exactly what to do. Since then, we've worked with Robert on other optimization projects for the website, and he has also transferred the site to a new hosting company for us.

The website Enlivy S.R.L. has worked on is a high-traffic and high-sales website, so the impact of their work has been very high. Since Robert fixed the site, more orders have come in, resulting in a huge financial impact. Overall, he has met our expectations.

How did Enlivy S.R.L. perform from a project management standpoint?

Enlivy S.R.L. has delivered on time and on budget. Their timeline management has been extremely good because Robert always jumps on every project as soon as he can.

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

Robert is awesome to work with. He's very responsive, and even if he's not in front of a computer, he still responds. For example, I contacted him on Friday of a holiday weekend (I believe it was Easter weekend), and he worked very quickly to solve some issues so that the site ran better and could take orders. I knew he was on vacation that weekend, but he still checked in and ensured things were working properly.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Enlivy S.R.L.'s most impressive thing is Robert's expertise. He's probably the most talented developer I've worked with regarding figuring out and solving the problem we were initially facing. For example, another developer quoted me 40 hours of work to fix it. However, Robert fixed it in 6–8 hours.

Obviously, the other quote was made not knowing the site and what was wrong with it, so it would have required a lot of discovery time and troubleshooting to get a more accurate idea. Nonetheless, Robert is very talented and quick to figure things out, which is crucial when a company is losing a lot of money on a site that isn't processing orders properly.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can't think of anything Enlivy S.R.L. could improve on.

Good communication is key; tell Robert what you need done, and he'll do it.

• adding labels to the shop catalog pages that help identify new releases, 
• adding a shop filter function to filter down products based on their release date, 
• displaying different product pricing for buyers from certain countries, 
• adding sales ranking to brand pages that update weekly, etc.

We were integrating with both the Stripe and PayPal APIs, including subscriptions, so the project was quite complex. He built both the backend of the API integrations as well as the frontend payment mechanisms, including:

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were able to successfully release both plugins "into the wild" for many users to take advantage of. Many customers were very happy with the products, and we had overall a small amount of support tickets that were not related to any faulty development. 

If anything needed fixing, Robert was happy to help. He would also give high-quality feedback about the project goals and ideas for feature development and would push back on the best approaches that we should take if our ideas were not in line with what would be the best standards possible.

It's sometimes hard for a developer to "convince" the person who hired them why one path is better than another. Robert was always willing to give this pushback, but I think he should not be afraid to be even more direct and upfront. 

It's important to clearly and respectfully explain something like the following: "You asked for this. However, here's why I don't think it's a good idea, and here is my suggested solution. While I'm happy to build whatever you want, my advice is to go this suggested path." Since the CEO or Founder of a company may not always be highly technical, it's important to have patience with them and help them see the benefits/costs of one path vs another. 

This is arguably the most valuable part of the service Robert provides, as most developers will just build without thinking about the future of the company and what may be best for the business from a cost or profit perspective. Robert's expertise is invaluable in this regard, but I think the best presentation of these ideas can make it even more clear/transparent/obvious for the CEO to make an informed decision.

The goal of the project was to create a system for capturing self-reported user steps in a calendar. The website consists of a BuddyBoss (Wordpress) community with users. Steps would be recorded on a page within the user profile and timestamped, enabling display of leaderboards for various data streams such as total user steps this month, total steps in a group this month, or other time based view types.

Additionally, we wanted to integrate FitBit to automatically update steps for a user through API.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Users were able to easily adapt to the layout, design, and functionality of the step calendar system as well as the FitBit integration. Through simple, intuitive user interface, our core demographic--seniors 55 and up--were able to effortlessly input their daily steps. When we expected to lend technical support to our users to help them navigate inputting their steps, we were pleasantly surprised that it was not needed.

Further more, our more advanced users who connected via FitBit, had a minimal process for connecting their accounts to their user profile on our website. This provided a higher than expected adoption rate for our FitBit integrations and incentivized our users to be more physically active--which is ultimately our entire goal.

Coming into the project, I did not have an already established plan for achieving our goal. Through constant communication and pointed questions, we were able to determine the exact needs for the project. This culminated in a list of distinct objectives for our project. Upon start of the project, the delivery was very prompt and efficient with minimal adjustments following first delivery. Project testing and bug hunting proved to be a simple and straightforward process.

We had a customer that wanted a customized solution for Wordpress. We hired them to develop this customization for us as subcontractors. The customization was related to Wordpress/Woocommerce and AfiiliateWP. It required a deep understanding as it was tricky to implement.

The customization was related to registration and custom invite codes that were generated by Affiliate WP. The codes were associated to a specific affiliate, hence they were awarded a commission if there was a purchase. The idea was that this had to be invite only website+affiliate related functionality. We communicated with Robert and his communication skills were incredible.

We had clear requirements set by our team; they fulfilled all of them. At the end we had working solution that is working even today.

Robert was very fast in responding to all of my inquiries and went above and beyond when it came time to deliver the final product including trouble-shooting. He wanted to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the work and it shows!

I loved how meticulously laid out the mock ups were prior to getting started. I knew exactly what the final product would look like and the experience I'd come to expect!

Are there any areas for improvement or something S.C. Enlivy S.R.L. could have done differently?

No, everything was great! The only tiny recommendation I'd suggest is a 3-month check-in after the project is marked done just to make sure everything is still operating well :)
