I loved how meticulously laid out the mock ups were prior to getting started. I knew exactly what the final product would look like and the experience I'd come to expect!

No, everything was great! The only tiny recommendation I'd suggest is a 3-month check-in after the project is marked done just to make sure everything is still operating well :)

We have engaged in a series of projects with Robert and the team at Enlivy and it is impossible to overstate their technical excellence, speed, and professionalism. They are now a crucial component of our business, as we have retained them to continue working as needed on feature updates, bug fixes, and other improvements. 

The biggest project was a major late 2002 overhaul of our website, which was previously patched together over several years and constructed by a series of web developers of varying skill levels: Enlivy offered us an inspired new design that we were delighted with an accepted in full, implemented it while cleaning up the site backend, and then improved it based on our feedback. The speed at which this all happened was incredible, and the final result is an exponential improvement over the previous site. 

We couldn't be happier. Since then, we have engaged them to deliver monthly feature updates to the site and make other improvements as necessary. This includes everything from small UI changes to a wholesale migration of our cloud platform that now saves us monthly money. They also do routine site maintenance, which is based on WordPress, and their WordPress expertise is particularly notable. 

In the summer of 2023, we partnered with a new company for our email newsletter. Enlivy made changes throughout the site to integrate with their systems and implement several types of promotions across the site. During a remote meeting with this partner, Robert created and edited some of those promotions in real time, which stunned the others. 

And I believe they have since hired Enlivy as well, as a result. Also this past year, Enlivy worked to integrate OpenWeb commenting into our website, setting up a new revenue stream for us and, more importantly, a set of other OpenWeb services we intend to use going forward. We literally could not be happier.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Thanks to the redesign that Enlivy created, implemented, and now updates, our website is now more professional looking, works better, and better meets the needs of our readers. 

We work together to identify feature changes and other updates each month, and each is implemented quickly and correctly, giving readers an even better experience. But there are also bigger updates, like the OpenWeb and new newsletter integration. Enlivy keeps our website up to date with new WordPress and plug-in updates, and they recommend and then integrate services that are better and/or less expensive than what we're currently using.

Enlivy moves quickly and delivers what they promised on time, every time. They respond immediately to our questions no matter the day or time.

I’m a doctor and consultant at INSIDEMED, a medical practice company.

What challenges were you trying to address with Enlivy S.R.L.?

We wanted someone based in Europe due to time zone matters who could help us design and develop a web application aimed at providing blood medical information. Moreover, we needed an English-speaking provider to avoid language barriers.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Enlivy S.R.L. is helping us develop a custom web app, which is a WordPress-based plug-in. The product is a complex platform since it requires getting information into the web and implementing it on the servers and frontend. Regarding tools and technologies, the team also uses PHP, CSS, and HTML.

Currently, the team is deploying the plug-in and working on expanding the product’s skills to take it to an online school for doctors and medical staff for academic purposes.

What was the team composition? 

We’ve worked with three members of Enlivy S.R.L.’s team, including Robert (Owner), who is my main point of contact.

How did you come to work with Enlivy S.R.L.?

We found them on an online platform and decided to work with them because Robert understood our requirements for this project in a five-minute call compared to other potential providers proposing solutions that would’ve never worked out. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in August 2022, and the engagement is still ongoing.

Enlivy S.R.L.’s work results have helped us reduce our costs; the development costs are high, but in the end, the maintenance costs are lower than before, which is what we’re looking for. Overall, Enlivy S.R.L.’s work success is five stars out of five.
