At Fashion trends group, which sells high-premium clothing in 16 markets and has the most recognized brands in the fashion world in portfolio, I`m a Chief Technology Office.

For what projects/services did your company hire ENDORA, and what were your goals?

Edora took over the project of implementing the e-commerce platform on the magento system. The goal was to complete the implementation, fix existing problems, stabilize the environment and develop the functionality of the store.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Due to problems with the previous provider, we made a deep market review for specialists in the field of implementation of e-commerce platforms, magento specialists and people experienced in maintaining environments on AWS. Due to bad experiences with the previous contractor, we were looking for a company in which competent people will sit down with us. We didn't want more sales slogans, just a specific plan to repair the store. Edora demonstrated both experience and reliable work from the first day of cooperation.

In the first stage, the AWS environment was rebuilt on which the store existed. The result of Edora's work was the removal of frequently occurring failures. At the second stage, the people of Edora focused on optimizing the existing mechanisms of the store. According to independent tests, we managed to get a 40% increase in Page activity on individual subpages, which resulted in an increase in store conversions.

At the last stage, extensions were implemented on the store, giving our e-commerce specialists the tools they needed. Edora showed a great knowledge of the e-commerce platform, and zinged into the core of magento, which required knowledge of the Zend engine and PHP language. We have not seen any problems with the platform for several months. The remaining period was spent on continuous improvement of the store, which results in constantly improving sales results.

At different stages, different numbers of employees worked and we did not need this information, because each task was carried out on time while maintaining the costs that we agreed at the beginning of cooperation.

Increased sales, no platform failure.

The internal CRM of their company is intuitive to use. A very good estimate of working time, no delays in the project. They provide transparent communication, informing us about the project's progress without unnecessary beautiful words.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

A bold takeover of the project after the previous company, a very quick estimate of the time and Budget needed to repair the store. Reliability, knowledge and nice contact.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I don't think so.

Expectations were fully met, platform is fully functional and we keep on receiving on-going support in case of issues/questions.

They have a lot of experience in building e-commerce platforms. They're very serious, hardworking, responsive, and customer-oriented. We would definitely recommend them to anyone. We are already discussing the launch of a new platform in a new market.
