We hired ENDERTECH for custom software development.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We started off the engagement by showing them our existing software, and from there, they started putting together ideas on how we could improve our product. ENDERTECH built the software from scratch, and the product helps us with customer proposals.

We primarily worked with one person, but we spoke to about three individuals from ENDERTECH.

ENDERTECH was a local company, and we wanted to work with someone close to us who knew the industry.

We spent around $40,000 with ENDERTECH. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together between August–November 2023.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

They were a great fit for everything that we needed. We plan on working with ENDERTECH again in the future. We thought their ability to execute from beginning to end separated them from other companies.

How did ENDERTECH perform from a project management standpoint?

We had a great team that effectively communicated with us. ENDERTECH delivered on time and within budget. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

The team from ENDERTECH was knowledgeable and understood our vision and what we needed. They were committed and highly engaged. The engagement was smooth, and we thought they did a great job with development.

There’s nothing we can come up with at this point.

• We have a fully functioning online store with all of our products available to our customers. This system has an up to date inventory for these products.

They had excellent time management and promptness. The got our project done ahead of schedule. They were highly responsive to all of our needs and questions.

• Endertech involved me in the whole process of completing my Shopify store. We have meetings multiple times a week where I would sit with the team and brainstorm, then implement ideas to the store. In the end we got exactly what we needed.
