I'm the CCO of Adhesivos del Segura, a company that manufactures adhesive labels and analogous products. We offer continuous production and personalized attention, positioning ourselves as a benchmark in the sector thanks to our experienced team.

What challenge were you trying to address with enblanco?

We wanted to build a new graphic identity that would satisfy existing employees but also motivate new recruits. We wanted it to be modern but, at the same time, unique to us.

We saw the enormous satisfaction of employees and customers. Before the exercise, 60% of the workers surveyed reported that our visual identity needed a change. After the exercise, 90% of those surveyed reported feeling very satisfied with the change.

A full rebranding, including logo / logomark, brand colours, fonts and packaging. They delivered a full brand book containing all of these elements, as well as the brand identity, positioning, values and voice, for both internal and external use. They also delivered the logos in their various forms and colours, in multiple formats (PNG, SVG, PDF, etc.). For the packaging they designed hangtags, labels, branded tissue paper, tape and postcards.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Successful rollout of a cohesive brand identity across all touchpoints, including logo, packaging, and visual system. The project strengthened brand positioning within the luxury lingerie market, improved perceived value, and received strong qualitative feedback from the client.

enblanco were extremely communicative at all times and receptive to feedback, and they delivered everything on time. They were open to reworking elements of the branding, but also made sure to communicate the reasons behind their design choices. They’re an extremely professional team and a pleasure to work with.

Not only are they extremely talented at what they do and always deliver top-notch results, but they are also really lovely people, complete professionals, and they often go above and beyond. After this initial project I went on to use them multiple times for consecutive projects, and have also recommended them to many friends and colleagues with branding needs. I really can't fault them.

We needed a comprehensive change to our branding. We wanted a completely new, fully updated, and flexible image that could be used across both digital and physical formats. We wanted it to be memorable, yet simple and modern.

After working with enblanco, we achieved a recognizable brand that we were very happy with. Our clients recognized our brand and congratulated us on several occasions. We brought consistency to our materials across all formats. Today, all of our documents are related to each other and clearly attributed to our brand.

In addition to always receiving positive feedback about our brand, we recently started a collaboration with a foreign production company, and they showed interest in our branding as well as in the asset system and visual consistency across the materials we use.

Moreover, our new brand was decisive in evaluating our presentation, particularly in winning two project competitions recently.

The project consisted of a complete brand identity redesign for the 4th edition of our running club, Malpica Run Club. The vendor led a full brand strategy process focused on differentiating our club from competitors and strengthening the sense of belonging within our community.

Based on this strategy, they created a new distinctive logo and visual identity system. They designed all the key deliverables we needed for the event, including social media assets, printed materials such as the main event poster and stationery, and several merchandising items for our members.

The scope also included conceptual development, creative direction, visual exploration, and final production files ready for print and digital use.

The community’s response to the new identity was very positive, with many messages and reactions celebrating the redesign and the refreshed image of the Run Club.

The number of participants who signed up increased after the release and announcement of the new identity, showing direct growth in the community and greater interest in joining the club.

Their project management was excellent. They delivered all milestones on time and kept us informed throughout the entire process. Communication was smooth and consistent and they were always quick to respond, open to feedback, and proactive in offering solutions.

Overall, we were very satisfied with the collaboration and the final result. If anything, the only area for potential improvement would be to have even more frequent checkpoints during the early creative stages, but this is more a preference than a real issue.
