• Platform is used since 2021 and delivers value to satisfied members. 
• Platform is stable with limited issues detected.

I kept one main contact throughout the project but the manager was also available when needed. Planning has always been respected and when needed, the team has put the extra effort to deliver.

Flexibility and technical fit are the main ingredients of our collaborative success.

Not always transparent who's working on what at any point in time. Work is sometimes shifted from one member of the team to another without proper notification.

I am the President of Bookedyou.com- an online universal peer-to-peer social and events calendar that enables businesses, communities and people to connect, and manage bookings and events through an interactive calendar and events hub.

We sought the assistance of Emperic Geeks after failed attempts to build the features utilizing in-house programmers. Initially, we engaged Emperic Geeks for basic back-end development for some of our core features. However, it was clear from their outstanding skills and knowledge that their potential was much greater than our original contract. Subsequently, we instantly employed them to take the lead on the full development of our software.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We selected Emperic Geeks for three main reasons.

• They were professional and respected our needs by showing eagerness to ensure our satisfaction.
• They are more interested in project development than the commission, making for a seemly communication for any modifications and revisions.
• They had a profound knowledge of what tools would be needed to build our program- and more importantly the skills to use those tools.

Emperic Geeks was commissioned to construct a custom universal calendar and events management program. The scope of the project consisted of four stages.

1. Design- ensuring features had a simple-to-understand format for a wide range of users.
2.  Coding- back-end development of the features, focusing on responsiveness.  
3. Testing- working with features to ensure flow and UI/UX is responsive and interactive
4. App develoment- Programming of IOS and Andriod version of the site.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Throughout the project, Bookedyou commissioned three programmers. The lead programmer has the task of overseeing the overall building of the technology- mainly focsuing on backend coding. The next associate was primary focused on design and formatting of our user interface. Lastly we employed an app developer managing the creation of the IOS and andriod app for bookedyou.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Given the scale and complexity of the project, there were many components that had to come together. The work done by Emperic Geeks was measured on thier abity to traverse code across many features of the site. Through trial and testing we found the work went far above our expectations. The feature were interactive, the scaling allowed for  seemless use on mobile and tablet and contriuted to expanding the scope of the project.

Emperic Geeks were open to any mangement styles that suited Us. Again, they were interested in our company being comfortable with their work. Using many way of communicaition, they allowed us to choose what option was best to serve our need. Communitcation and project updates were daily, allowing us to make correction quickly. 

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We find Emperic Geeks easy with work with, most importantly they didn't focus of project buget but rather the desire to bring our program to existance to our satifaction.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Our overall experince with Emeric Geeks is fantastic- however, the only area to improve would be for Emperic Geeks to take more initive in providing more advise to clients that are not tech savvy.

The website provided us with a great way to reach out to customers and suppliers. We're all extremely happy with the quantifiable and qualitative outcomes.

Communication was extremely straight forward (combination of calls, emails and WhatsApp chats). The website was up and running in under a month (from conception to final execution).

The efficiency! Each development stage was done professionally, quickly, and thoroughly. No aspect was overseen and the whole process was extremely quick.
