For more than 20 years, we've helped over 500,000 patients lose weight safely and effectively through its physician-guideded, evidence-based medical weight loss program. The multi-dimensional program offers personalized combinations of medication, nutrition, and behavior modification.

• Provide ongoing maintenance and support for the client's legacy technology platform, keeping existing digital products and services stable, reliable, and efficient while minimizing maintenance overhead.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Empeek supports different divisions of our business. The key outcomes for our legacy platform was to ensure its reliablity and performance while maintaining it cost-efficiently. For our customer online course offering, Empeek delivered a new sleek member-based site leveraging our existing infrastructure and programmed with relatively complex custom course rules. They continue to maintain this site, providing required database, platform, and front-end updates.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

The project management team always do an excellent job at scoping requirements that provide very accurate time and cost range estimates, providing thorough and timely updates, and communicating with every member of the team to keep projects on track. The one aspect where I need to extend extra praise is their management of change requests. They handle these with a great deal of understanding, flexibility, and the highest professionalism.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Empeek just inspires confidence. Everyone we've worked with is highly skilled and extremely responsive. In emergency cases, they jump in with razor sharp focus and commitment to resolving them as quickly as possible. On top of that, they are all incredibly positive and friendly!

Are there any areas for improvement or something Empeek could have done differently?

Nothing comes to mind. They're very buttoned up.
