Elogic Commerce designed and developed a website for a real estate company, integrating e-commerce capabilities to make it work as a marketplace. The technology stack included Magento and React.
The new site had very fast loading times and helped the client increase their conversion rate by 15%–20%. Elogic Commerce was very communicative and collaborative, leveraging tools like Slack and ActiveCollab. Additionally, they worked fast and proactively to meet the client’s goals.
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the assistant to a C-level executive at WTG Spain, a real estate company owned by Ukrainian people and selling real estate properties in Spain.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Elogic Commerce?
We mainly work online, so it was important for us to create a proper website that could serve us as a landing page and a place to provide clients with information about our properties for sale. We also wanted it to function like a marketplace to embed the possibility for other partners and sellers to incorporate their offerings so that we had more properties on display.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Elogic Commerce designed and developed our website. Initially, we went through a discovery process that included stakeholder interviews to assess our requirements. After that, they built the website, integrating a marketplace functionality to meet our needs — that feature was Elogic Commerce’s idea. As for the technology stack, the site is based on Magento and uses React for its frontend.
What is the team composition?
We worked with a project manager, a team of designers, two backend developers, two frontend developers, a DevOps engineer, and a QA engineer.
How did you come to work with Elogic Commerce?
We issued an RFP to various e-commerce development agencies we found online. On their proposal, Elogic Commerce offered to run a thorough discovery phase and conduct interviews to scope the project better — we really liked that idea.
They also gave us the opportunity to talk to their team members during the initial interview to see if we would be comfortable with the team we would be working with, which we did, so we moved forward with them. We wanted to build this website quickly, and fortunately, Elogic Commerce was available to assign a full team to the project to deliver it quickly.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent between €25,000–€50,000 (approximately $26,000–$53,000 USD).
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from November 2021–February 2022. Still, they help us with maintenance on an ad-hoc basis; whenever we need something, we can reach out to them.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The e-commerce site developed by Elogic Commerce had a very positive impact on our business — that’s why we agreed to leave a review for them. Compared to our former website, the new one had faster page loading times. Moreover, our conversion rate increased by 15%–20%.
How did Elogic Commerce perform from a project management standpoint?
We were pleased with Elogic Commerce’s project management methodology. We had a daily standing meeting with the project manager and the rest of their team. Additionally, we set up a Gantt chart with the timeline and the project’s structure.
As for collaboration tools, we used Slack and ActiveCollab for communication and documentation management. On Active Collab, we could also see and track the hours Elogic Commerce spent on certain tasks.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Overall, we were very satisfied with how Elogic Commerce worked. Their team was fast and met the goals we wanted to achieve in a straightforward manner. We really appreciated their hands-on approach because we didn’t want this project to distract us from our main business activities.
Are there any areas they could improve?
As customers, we would always like to pay cheaper rates. Other than that, we’re very happy with our collaboration.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Go for the initial discovery phase because it’s a great idea. It will prevent you from engaging with them or any other company on a full project. If you have a discovery phase first, you can see if you like their style and decide whether to move forward or not before paying more money. Still, you’ll really like Elogic Commerce’s work and move forward.

BACKGROUND

I am the Head Of Digital Marketing of UAMASTER
Describe what your company does in a single sentence.
UAMASTER is a full-service digital marketing agency helping businesses grow through data-driven digital strategies and performance marketing. Our key services include SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Performance Max, Google Shopping, social media marketing, analytics, and conversion optimization. Our team combines strategy, paid advertising, SEO, analytics, and creative expertise to help businesses increase qualified traffic, generate leads, improve conversions, and achieve sustainable growth across digital channels.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What specific goals or objectives did you hire Elogic Commerce to accomplish?
We brought Elogic into the project at a point where marketing was no longer our main bottleneck. We were already driving traffic and working on analytics and CRO for one of our ecommerce clients, and we knew which parts of the customer journey needed improvement. The problem was that many of those improvements depended on the ecommerce platform and its integrations, and the client's internal development team simply couldn't move fast enough to keep up with what we needed to ship.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.
logic stepped in on the ecommerce engineering side of the project, with their work covering several areas. First, they reviewed the existing Magento setup and identified the actual performance bottlenecks rather than just the symptoms. Some key pages were taking around 3-4 seconds to load; by addressing both frontend and backend issues, Elogic brought the typical load time down to roughly 1.5-2 seconds. Second, they reworked parts of the integrations with the client's ERP and other backend systems. Some processes were running synchronously and created delays when larger amounts of data were being processed. Elogic moved the relevant processes to background jobs, improved error handling and retries, and made the integrations much more predictable. Third - and this had the biggest impact on our day-to-day work - we had a backlog of CRO and UX improvements that required development. Previously, getting one of these ideas into production could take 2-3 weeks. With Elogic, we were typically able to move from an approved idea to a production release within 3-5 days. The client also had more complex ecommerce requirements around customer accounts and pricing. Different customer types had different access and pricing rules, so some of the standard Magento functionality wasn't enough. Elogic helped implement the required account, catalog, and pricing logic so these rules could be managed within the platform rather than through separate manual processes.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The result wasn't just a faster website. We shortened the time needed to implement ecommerce improvements from weeks to days, reduced the amount of manual intervention required around integrations, and gave the client a more stable technical foundation for further growth. Concretely, typical page load time on key pages went from around 3-4 seconds to 1.5 seconds, while our release cycle for approved CRO/UX changes went from 2-3 weeks to 3-5 days. That changed the way we could work with the client. We could focus on acquisition, analytics, and conversion optimization, while Elogic handled the Magento development, integrations, and technical implementation behind those initiatives. There was a clear division of responsibilities, and we didn't have to turn our account managers into technical project managers. For us as an agency, that was probably the biggest value Elogic brought - it allowed us to take on more technically complex ecommerce projects without having to build a large ecommerce engineering team ourselves. We could own the growth and marketing side while Elogic handled the complex ecommerce development underneath it.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
Communication was a strong point throughout. We always knew what was being worked on, what was blocked, what the risks were, and what the next step was. When requirements changed, the team was pragmatic about it and helped us find the simplest technical solution instead of creating unnecessary process around every change. The project also had enough structure to keep things predictable without creating unnecessary bureaucracy. We had clear ownership, visibility into risks and dependencies, and regular communication around priorities. That was particularly useful when several marketing and technical initiatives were moving in parallel - we could see potential issues early and address them before they became delivery problems.
What was your primary form of communication with Elogic Commerce?
In-Person Meeting
Email or Messaging App
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
What impressed me most was that Elogic didn't need to be spoon-fed technically. They could come into an existing ecommerce environment, understand the architecture, identify the root cause of an issue, and explain what should be fixed first - rather than waiting for us or the client to define every task in detail.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Elogic Commerce could have done differently?
If I had to name one area for improvement, it would be the initial ramp-up. There was quite a lot to understand in the existing Magento setup and integrations, so the first stage took a little longer than we expected. Looking back, though, that upfront work probably saved us much more time later by avoiding rework.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What specific goals or objectives did you hire Elogic Commerce to accomplish?
We were working on a client project that required a scalable B2B ecommerce environment with complex catalog, pricing, inventory, and ordering logic. The biggest challenge was connecting the ecommerce platform with the client's existing ERP and PIM systems while keeping the data flows reliable and minimizing manual work for their internal team. We needed a partner that could take ownership of the ecommerce architecture rather than simply provide additional development resources.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.
Elogic Commerce joined the project during the discovery and architecture phase. Their team reviewed the existing environment, mapped the main business and data flows, identified integration risks, and helped us define the implementation roadmap. They were responsible for the Adobe Commerce side of the project, including B2B functionality, custom development, ERP and PIM integrations, performance optimization, QA, and launch stabilization. The team included a solution architect, Adobe Commerce developers, QA engineers, and a project manager. What worked especially well was how naturally they integrated with our internal technical team. They participated directly in architecture discussions, raised potential issues early, and often suggested more scalable alternatives when they saw a risk of unnecessary technical debt.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The project resulted in a significantly more stable and maintainable ecommerce environment. After the integrations were implemented, the amount of manual work related to catalog, inventory, pricing, and order management decreased by approximately 30%. We also saw noticeably more reliable synchronization between Adobe Commerce and the connected business systems, with recurring integration-related issues reduced by roughly 35%. Elogic Commerce also worked on storefront performance, and several key pages became approximately 20–25% faster after optimization. From our side, one of the biggest benefits was reduced delivery risk. Their discovery work identified several dependencies early enough to address them before they became expensive development problems. The launch itself was well controlled, and we didn't encounter any major production issues during the initial release period.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
Project management was structured and transparent. We always had a clear understanding of what was being worked on, what had already been completed, and where there were risks or dependencies. Their team communicated proactively rather than waiting for us to identify problems ourselves. They were also responsive during the more sensitive stages of the project, particularly around testing and release.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Their depth of e-commerce expertise was the biggest differentiator for us. They didn't approach the project as developers waiting for specifications. Their team understood how B2B purchasing workflows, ERP processes, product data, pricing logic, and storefront performance affected each other. Several times, they challenged an initial requirement and proposed a simpler or more scalable solution. That helped us avoid unnecessary complexity and technical debt.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Elogic Commerce could have done differently?
Nothing significant negatively affected the engagement. One improvement would be to formalize the post-launch optimization phase earlier. Their team identified several good opportunities related to performance and UX after launch, and having those recommendations structured into a longer-term roadmap from the beginning would make the transition into ongoing optimization even smoother.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
What impressed us was Elogic Commerce's combination of Shopify Plus expertise and the understanding of B2B commerce. They successfully implemented business-specific purchasing workflows, integrated Shopify with ERP, CRM, PIM, payment infrastructure, logistics providers, and other enterprise platforms, while maintaining stable day-to-day operations throughout the project. Their discovery-first approach significantly reduced implementation risk, and their understanding of enterprise buying requirements - including custom pricing logic, approval workflows, customer account structures, and backend integrations - made a measurable difference to the overall success of the program. For a project of this complexity, Elogic delivered excellent value. Their structured delivery process lowered implementation risk, improved execution quality, and ensured the solution remained scalable as the business continued to grow. Even after launch, the team continued delivering value through proactive optimization, performance improvements, and strategic recommendations rather than simply providing maintenance.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Elogic Commerce could have done differently?
Earlier access to technical documentation during discovery would have let our internal team prepare integrations in parallel and shave a bit more time off the timeline. Nothing that materially impacted delivery.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.
Most of our regular clients were placing orders through Telegram. That worked when volumes were smaller, but it became difficult to track briefs, revisions, payments, and delivery dates once several teams were ordering at the same time.
We did not need a traditional online store. We needed a service-ordering flow that reflected how creative production actually works. Elogic Commerce spent the first part of the project reviewing real briefs with our production team and mapping the decisions a client makes before we can start working.
They then built a Shopify Plus portal with a custom service configurator. Clients could choose the creative type, number of variations, target GEO, language, aspect ratios, and turnaround time. The portal also included customer accounts, saved company details, order statuses, file uploads, payment processing, notifications, and a section for downloading finished materials.
Elogic Commerce handled the UX, Shopify development, payment integration, analytics setup, testing, and launch. They also trained our coordinators and documented how to update service packages and pricing without involving a developer.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Three months after launch, around 64% of repeat orders were being submitted through the portal without a manager recreating the brief manually.
The average time needed to prepare and confirm a new order fell from roughly 24 minutes to nine minutes. The number of briefs returned because of missing dimensions, GEOs, or source files decreased by 41%.
Our coordinators also spent about ten fewer hours per week answering routine questions about payments, order status, and delivery links. The biggest result was not simply more orders. It was that the same volume became much easier to manage.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
We worked in ClickUp, reviewed designs directly in Figma, and had a short Google Meet demo at the end of each week. Elogic Commerce also recorded Loom videos when a feature needed more explanation, which was useful because our production team works across different schedules.
The main portal was delivered on time. Approval from the payment provider took several days longer than planned, but Elogic Commerce warned us early and moved training and content setup forward while we waited.
They were responsive when we changed smaller requirements. For example, we realized during testing that clients often reuse a previous brief. Elogic Commerce added a duplicate-order function instead of making users complete the same form again.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They understood that we were selling a production service, not physical products. A standard product catalog would not have solved our problem.
Their team watched how our coordinators handled real requests and noticed details we had stopped questioning, such as clients sending dimensions in messages after submitting a brief or asking for the same adaptation across ten GEOs. Those situations became part of the portal instead of remaining manual workarounds.
That ability to translate an untidy operational process into a simple customer flow was the strongest part of the engagement.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Elogic Commerce could have done differently?
We initially focused almost entirely on the client-facing portal and paid less attention to how our coordinators would use the admin area from mobile devices. Some actions required too many steps on a phone.
Elogic Commerce improved the most common workflows before launch, but discussing mobile administration earlier would have saved an extra round of adjustments. It was a relatively small issue and did not affect the overall outcome.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.
We brought Elogic Commerce into the project because we needed extra Adobe Commerce expertise and did not want to stretch our internal team too thin. They first reviewed the existing setup with us and helped identify which parts needed immediate attention and which could wait.
Most of their work was on the technical side. They developed and updated Adobe Commerce functionality, connected the platform with the client’s ERP and PIM, configured payment integrations, and improved the checkout. They also found and fixed several issues with product and order data not syncing correctly. Elogic handled testing alongside our team and supported us during the release.
By the end of the project, we had a stable ecommerce platform, working integrations, a smoother checkout, and clear technical documentation for future development.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The clearest win was hitting the agreed launch date without the usual last-minute scramble to stabilize things.
Product and inventory sync used to take around three hours and often required manual double-checking. That's now down to under 45 minutes.
The first three months after launch showed the real impact: checkout errors dropped by roughly 35%, mobile page-load time improved from 4.8 to 2.7 seconds, and completed orders rose by 14%. The client's team also reported fewer issues with incorrect prices and unavailable products — a small but meaningful improvement for their day-to-day operations.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
The project was easy to follow without adding much management work on our side. We had a weekly planning call, used Jira for tasks, and handled day-to-day questions in Slack. Their updates were specific, so we knew what had been completed, what was still being tested, and where they needed input from us.
Most deliverables were completed on time. One integration took longer because the ERP documentation was incomplete, but Elogic raised the issue early and adjusted the sequence of work so it did not delay the overall launch.
They were also quick to respond when priorities changed. During final testing, we found an issue with customer-specific pricing, and their team investigated it the same day and delivered a fix for us to test the following morning.
What was your primary form of communication with Elogic Commerce?
Virtual Meeting
Email or Messaging App
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Elogic Commerce works across several platforms, not just Adobe Commerce, but where they really know their stuff is the ERP and PIM side of B2B — pricing rules, account setups, integrations that have to keep working when a client's backend changes something. That's the part most agencies gloss over.
We saw it firsthand. When product data was wrong on the storefront, they didn't just tweak the frontend and call it done. They went and checked the PIM, then the ERP, until they found where the data actually broke. That's not something you figure out on your first B2B project, it takes years of doing exactly this kind of work.
They were just straightforward to deal with. If something was going to be a problem, we heard about it early, not after it turned into one.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Elogic Commerce could have done differently?
There was nothing significant that affected the outcome

Elogic Commerce has helped the client reduce manual efforts in their customer-related workflows and support complex enterprise requirements. They've provided clear and proactive communication throughout the engagement. Their ability to understand complex B2B environments stands out.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the business development manager of Protectimus Limited, an IT company. We provide an affordable and versatile two-factor authentication solution, offering both cloud-based and on-premises options to secure any system with easy integration, customizable features, and support for OATH standards.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Elogic Commerce?
We needed to build a more scalable self-service experience for our enterprise customers. We also wanted to improve our subscription and account management workflows, reduce our dependency on manual operational processes, connect our customer-facing experiences with our internal systems, and create a stronger foundation for future growth. We weren’t looking for a short-term development resource; we needed a partner who could understand complex B2B workflows and help us build solutions that would scale.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Elogic Commerce has helped us create a more scalable digital experience for managing our enterprise customer relationships. Their key deliverables include customer-facing portal functionality, improvements to our account and subscription workflows, integration between multiple systems and APIs, backend and frontend enhancements, workflow improvements and automation opportunities, QA support for reliable releases, and technical improvements focused on scalability. One of our biggest challenges has been balancing flexibility for our enterprise customers with the need for standardized processes. Elogic Commerce has helped us move away from highly manual, customer-by-customer approaches toward more scalable workflows.
What is the team composition?
We’ve worked with 6-10 teammates from Elogic Commerce.
How did you come to work with Elogic Commerce?
We found them through an online search. We chose them over other options because they had high ratings and a great culture fit.
How much have you invested with them?
So far, we’ve spent around $200,000 to $999,999.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in April 2025, and our engagement is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Elogic Commerce has helped us improve how we support our enterprise customers at scale. The impact of their work includes a reduced manual effort in our customer-related workflows, an improved ability to support complex enterprise requirements, an increased engineering capacity for strategic initiatives, and more scalable processes to support future growth. The biggest value of working with Elogic Commerce has been their ability to create a stronger foundation for growth while allowing our internal team to remain focused on advancing our core security platform. People on our team have said that their work has become easier. They now spend less time on manual tasks and can support customers more efficiently.
How did Elogic Commerce perform from a project management standpoint?
Elogic Commerce has performed very well from a project management perspective. Their communication has been clear and proactive. We always have visibility into their progress, priorities, risks, and next steps. The team adapts well when our requirements evolve, which is important in enterprise software projects where priorities can change based on customer needs. Their approach provides structure and transparency without creating unnecessary complexity.
What did you find most impressive about them?
What has impressed us the most about Elogic Commerce is their ability to understand complex B2B environments and business processes. They haven’t approached our project as a simple development task. Instead, they’ve taken the time to understand our goals, customer needs, and long-term product direction. The team thinks about scalability, usability, and maintainability, which is critical when building solutions for enterprise customers. Overall, Elogic Commerce operates as a technology partner rather than just an external development team. They bring a business mindset, not only technical expertise, which has made our collaboration much more valuable.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Overall, we’ve had a very positive experience working with Elogic Commerce. Like with any complex platform, the initial onboarding phase required time for the team to build context around our product and processes. Once that knowledge was established, our collaboration became very efficient. Elogic Commerce has always been open to feedback and continuously works on improving our partnership.

Elogic Commerce provides development staff augmentation services for a web and mobile solutions company. The team has provided a senior Shopify Plus developer to integrate with the client's internal team.
Elogic Commerce's developer has contributed to the client's sprints within three days of joining. The team's performance has been successful, and the client has seen positive results. Moreover, Elogic Commerce has stood out for their clear and proactive communication throughout the engagement.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m a project manager at Immersetech. We build scalable custom web and mobile solutions for startups and SaaS companies, helping them move from idea to working product fast.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Elogic Commerce?
We needed to provide a senior Shopify Plus developer embedded within our delivery team for a client project involving custom B2B e-commerce logic, ERP integration, and third-party API connections. The developer needed to be technically autonomous, communicate directly with our PM and the client's technical stakeholders, and integrate into our sprint structure from week one without a long ramp-up period.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Immersetech needed a senior Shopify Plus developer embedded within their delivery team for a client project involving complex B2B commerce logic and ERP integration. Elogic Commerce ran a scoping session to align on requirements, data architecture, and integration touchpoints before the developer joined the sprint cycle. A dedicated senior Shopify Plus developer has been integrated into our team for the full project lifecycle, from initial scoping through delivery and post-launch support. The developer owns the entire e-commerce layer, including the storefront build, B2B account and pricing logic, ERP integration, and ongoing optimization after go-live.
Before the developer joined our sprint cycle, Elogic Commerce ran a scoping session to align on our client's requirements, data architecture, and integration touchpoints. That onboarding was thorough and paid for itself immediately. The developer came in understanding the scope, which eliminated the ramp-up lag we'd experienced with augmented team members before and meant we were shipping real work from day three.
Key deliverables include a fully custom Shopify Plus storefront supporting B2B and B2C buying workflows; B2B account hierarchy with role-based access and contract pricing logic; bidirectional ERP integration covering real-time inventory, pricing sync, and order data; third-party API connections for fulfillment and CRM; performance optimization maintaining strong Core Web Vitals; and post-launch support as the client scaled.
What is the team composition?
We work with 2 senior Shopify Plus developers from Elogic Commerce embedded in our team, supported by an account manager handling coordination and escalations.
How did you come to work with Elogic Commerce?
We researched staff augmentation providers with verifiable Shopify Plus depth - not generalist dev shops claiming ecommerce experience. Elogic's case studies and Clutch reviews showed a consistent track record of complex Shopify Plus delivery. A referral from a contact who had used their dedicated team service confirmed it. The intake call closed the decision - they asked about our sprint structure, communication tools, and technical standards before talking about rates.
How much have you invested with them?
We've spent around $200,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them in December 2024, and the engagement is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The numbers that matter most to us as a delivery team are internal. Developers have been fully contributing to our sprints within three days of joining; previous augmented hires typically took 2–3 weeks to reach that point. The first-pass code review approval rate has run at 94% throughout the engagement, which is higher than some of our own senior engineers. We've delivered the full project 11 days ahead of the original timeline, which has had a direct impact on the client's go-to-market schedule.
On the client side, B2B self-service adoption has reached 78% of their buyer base within the first 45 days, significantly ahead of the 50% target they'd set for month three. ERP integration uptime has been 99.8% since launch with zero manual interventions required. The client's sales team has reduced time spent on manual order coordination by roughly 55 hours per week. Feature deployment frequency has doubled compared to what the client had achieved with their previous development partner.
How did Elogic Commerce perform from a project management standpoint?
Elogic Commerce has stood out for clear, proactive communication. We always understand the status, risks, and next steps, and the team is responsive whenever issues come up. The account manager checks in consistently without being intrusive. When requirements shift mid-sprint, the developer adapts without friction and without turning every change into a renegotiation.
Their project management is disciplined and transparent, which keeps our delivery aligned and prevents the kind of surprises that typically derail augmented team arrangements. Governance feels like genuine support rather than overhead, structured enough to protect the timeline.
What did you find most impressive about them?
How fast developers have become a genuine part of our team rather than an external resource to manage. Most augmented developers take weeks to reach full productivity; this one has been contributing meaningfully from day three and making independent architectural decisions by the end of week one. That speed of integration is rare and has real commercial value when you're running fixed-scope client projects.
Beyond the team dynamics, the Shopify Plus depth is real. Complex B2B e-commerce logic, ERP and CRM integrations, and pricing workflows are handled with minimal direction. Their ability to integrate e-commerce with backend systems is a major reason the program has succeeded on schedule. After launch, they continue to add value through optimization and proactive problem-solving rather than just maintaining what was there. For a staff augmentation engagement of this complexity, Elogic Commerce has delivered strong value for money. I would recommend them to any technology team that needs reliable senior-level Shopify Plus expertise that actually integrates into how you work — they're not just technically capable but operationally compatible.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, there's nothing major to improve.

Elogic Commerce developed a custom Stencil theme for a promotional products company's website. The team integrated BigCommerce REST and GraphQL APIs and implemented product configuration logic.
Thanks to Elogic Commerce's work, the client saw a noticeable drop in inbound support requests related to product configuration. The team was disciplined, transparent, and adaptive throughout the engagement. Moreover, Elogic Commerce was also responsive and proactive in solving problems.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What specific goals or objectives did you hire Elogic Commerce to accomplish?
We needed to solve several challenges that BigCommerce couldn't handle natively: complex product configuration logic (decoration types, logo placement, stitch counts, quantity-based pricing), a clearer UX for both individual and bulk buyers, accurate order data flowing into our admin systems, and better mobile performance. We also wanted our team to manage merchandising independently without relying on developers for every change.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.
Elogic built a fully custom Stencil theme, implemented advanced product configuration logic beyond standard platform capabilities, integrated BigCommerce REST and GraphQL APIs to streamline order workflows, and created custom storefront widgets for independent merchandising management. They also redesigned the product page UX for configurable and bulk orders, optimised mobile performance, and have been supporting ongoing development since launch.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Inbound support requests related to product configuration dropped noticeably after the UX redesign. Our team now manages promotions and merchandising without raising developer tickets. Order data flows accurately into admin systems on every transaction, eliminating daily manual reconciliation. Mobile performance improved meaningfully following the responsive layout work. The ongoing partnership continues to deliver new features without starting from scratch each time.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
Disciplined and transparent throughout. Deliverables were consistently on time, and we always knew where things stood - status, risks, next steps were communicated clearly. When requirements changed, the team adapted without friction. Their responsiveness and proactive problem-solving reduced our risk on a technically complex project and made the collaboration feel genuinely reliable. For a project of this complexity, Elogic delivered strong value for money - their structured process lowered risk and improved execution quality in ways that a cheaper, less experienced agency simply couldn't have.
What was your primary form of communication with Elogic Commerce?
Virtual Meeting
Email or Messaging App
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Their ability to translate complex, non-standard business requirements into working solutions - not just technically sound builds, but outcomes that actually improved our operations. They were especially strong at handling the hybrid B2C/B2B commerce requirements - pricing logic, bulk ordering workflows, and account-specific configurations that most agencies would have struggled to scope correctly. The ongoing support after launch has continued to add real value, which matters when the platform needs to keep evolving. I would recommend Elogic for any commerce project involving non-standard product logic, hybrid business models, or platform customisation where reliable execution and technical depth genuinely matter.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Elogic Commerce could have done differently?
The scoping phase required more input from our side than we expected initially - but in hindsight, that thoroughness prevented rework later. A lightweight onboarding checklist at the start would help set those expectations earlier.

Elogic Commerce has migrated a large-scale e-commerce platform a legacy platform to Salesforce Commerce Cloud for an e-commerce solutions company. The team has also conducted a UX/UI assessment and CRO audit.
Elogic Commerce has delivered improvements both operationally and from a customer experience perspective. The team's project management is structured; they hold regular status meetings and maintain clear task tracking. Elogic Commerce's open communication around risks and dependencies stand out.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
We’re an e-commerce solutions provider that works with retail businesses on strategy and implementation projects. Our team helps clients evaluate technology options, plan platform migrations to ensure new systems support both operational workflows and long-term business goals.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Elogic Commerce?
One of our clients needed to migrate from a legacy e-commerce platform to Salesforce Commerce Cloud. The company operates across 50+ international markets and manages a catalog of 40,000+ SKUs, so the migration required careful planning to avoid disrupting ongoing operations. The legacy platform also had limited integration with the client’s Salesforce ecosystem, which created inefficiencies around product updates, pricing synchronization, and order processing. In addition, the storefront UX had become outdated, and conversion performance was below expectations.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Elogic led the Salesforce Commerce Cloud implementation, including storefront development, catalog configuration, B2B customer account functionality, and integration with the client’s Salesforce-based backend systems for product data, pricing synchronization, and automated order management. Early in the project, they conducted a UX/UI assessment and CRO audit. Based on those findings, the team redesigned key parts of the customer journey, including product discovery, category navigation, and checkout. They also supported architecture planning during the implementation.
What is the team composition?
The project team included a project manager, a Salesforce Commerce Cloud architect, UX/UI specialists, and SFCC developers. For more complex technical discussions, we also had access to senior technical leadership from Elogic.
How did you come to work with Elogic Commerce?
We identified Elogic while researching Salesforce Commerce Cloud implementation partners. Their experience implementing Salesforce Commerce Cloud in complex ecommerce environments and integrating it with Salesforce-based systems made them stand out compared to other vendors we evaluated.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent around $200,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them in August 2025, and our engagement is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The migration has delivered measurable improvements both operationally and from a customer experience perspective. Elogic Commerce has improved integration with the client’s Salesforce backend systems and automated processes that previously required manual work, particularly around order synchronization and product data updates. This has resulted in a 60% reduction in manual order processing tasks.
Following the launch and UX improvements, the client has seen improvements in key e-commerce metrics, including a 15% increase in the conversion rate and an 18% reduction in the bounce rate.
How did Elogic Commerce perform from a project management standpoint?
Elogic Commerce’s project management is structured. Regular status meetings, clear task tracking, and open communication around risks and dependencies have helped keep the implementation predictable even as requirements have evolved. We communicate via email and messaging apps.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their ability to combine strong technical delivery with a clear understanding of business objectives stands out. In addition to implementing the platform migration, they helped improve the overall customer experience through UX/UI improvements and CRO recommendations that had a measurable impact on conversion performance.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Nothing significant comes to mind.
